I only have positive things to say about Hotel Plaza Venice. From start to finish, my stay exceeded expectations. Reception & First Impression The lobby is spacious, luxurious, and impeccably maintained. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-kept, with a touch of elegance that you immediately notice upon entering. The location is perfect, right across from the Venice Mestre train station, making it incredibly convenient for anyone traveling to or from Venice by train. After a long train journey, stepping out of the station and seeing the beautiful façade of the hotel feels like finding an oasis in the desert. It's easily the best-located hotel in the area, and that first impression is unforgettable. Check-in Experience I arrived at 11 PM for check-in, and the front desk staff was quick, efficient, and professional. Despite the late hour, the process was smooth, and I appreciated the courteous service. Room & Cleanliness The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable. Everything in the room, including the bathroom, felt new and freshly renovated. The bathroom was spotless, with all the necessary amenities provided. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Breakfast Experience One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast room is large, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The hotel has several staff members serving food and beverages, which ensures everything runs smoothly. There are plenty of hot food options, and the variety of coffee drinks is impressive — you can order cappuccinos, mochaccinos, and more. Everything is fresh, well-prepared, and delicious. I can confidently say that the breakfast at Hotel Plaza Venice is excellent. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Plaza Venice offers an outstanding experience. The perfect location, luxurious reception, modern rooms, and exceptional breakfast make this hotel the ideal choice for anyone traveling through Venice. an excellent hotel with excellent service. We had 5 rooms reserved at the hotel. We left the hotel to go to Ravenna via the trains. We left our Apple air pods in of one the rooms. The gentleman from the front desk (morning shift - sorry I don’t remember his name) on his own walked over the train station, tracked us down and surprised us to give us the air pods. I travel a lot and have never seen such exceptional service. Literally, because of his level of exceptional service from when we checked in to now, we decided to change our hotels (when we return from the cruise) to stay again at The Carlton because of his above and beyond attitude. Thank you for your hospitality and outstanding experience from the point of when we first checked in.

What can I say? From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm welcome. They even offered us coffee from the breakfast floor when we asked about good coffee spots nearby, and kindly let us use their machine. It was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location is fantastic—just minutes from Mestre and only 5 minutes from a supermarket, with some great dining options nearby. The room was clean and spacious, and to top it all off, they surprised me with a lovely birthday note and a bottle of prosecco. It really set the tone for our trip—a perfect start to our time in Venice!

Great location to stay outside of Venice. Easy to take a train to Venice as train station is within walking distance from hotel. If you drive, free parking behind the hotel. The hotel room is clean & comfortable, breakfast spread is quite decent & delicious. One of the popular hotel in Mestre.

We stayed 3 nights for our honeymoon at this hotel, the only window was in the bathroom, the whole room was very dark coz no windows.. old facility as you can see on the wall etc.. not recommended for people who want romantic experience in Venice.

Fabulous location,not too close to the crazyness of St Marks square during Carnival, but close to the railway station,water bus and bridge over the Grand Canal. staff extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble. lovely room, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room but there is a safe and a mini bar. Breakfast was very nice self service,good selection. will definitely be going again next year at the same time.

easy online checkin. No staff after midnight but all is possible with a downloadable smart-phone-installed key. Very simple, very easy. In the morning, we were greeted by friendly staff and even though breakfast was not included in our price we still got a little take-away cake as a gift.

Typical Hilton so quality was not bad. Rather than paying v high hotel rates in Venice people should consider Hilton as it is v reasonable. There are two buses right outside the door with the 2nd stop that brings you to Venice bus terminals. You can walk in to Venice or take a ferry within 30 min with things to see whilst you are walking. Another plus is that with a 5 to 10 min taxi ride you and your luggages will arrive at the door of Hilton without the trouble of taking your luggages to your hotel in Venice after transport through boats But you need to time the return journey especially when the weather is cold or wet as it is hard to get a taxi in the evening when people are leaving after dinner.

The hotel was in a very good location. Just being about a one minute walk away from the Venezia Mestre station, the hub of transportation in the area, it was very convenient to travel to and from Venice. The only complaint that I had was that the hotel had very (very) thin walls. Every time my adjacent (and above) rooms turned on the shower, flushed the toilet, and had a conversation, I heard everything. I even heard somebody urinating. Additionally, the room keeper opened and slammed the doors starting at around 7-8AM, causing me to wake up earlier than I wanted to be. The hotel staff were all great. I might consider staying here again in the future.

The location of West Point Hotel is quite strategic with Decathlon and Iper Familia across the street. The bus station is around 200 meter away. Actually it is much nearer if the side gate is opened. We took bus from Verona Porta Nuova to Dossobuono and dropped in front of Decathlon, walked a little bit and we reached the hotel. The breakfast was abundant and had many varieties. The room was clean and tidy, enough for single traveler like me.

The breakfast was very good, the parking in the surrounding area is free but you have to arrive early, they were very kind when I needed help with some services.

We stayed in Oriana Suits for 1 night. One very strange thing about the hotel that the suite was ready only by 2^30. And you have to leave the hotel next day at 11:30. That't true that Oriana Suits have very good location, but we found out that in an extreme situation the staff is not helpful AT ALL. My wife broke a glass in the living room. We asked for a help at 6 p.m., at 7^00 p.m. we reminded of the problem - the glass was all over the floor. We went to watch a show. When we returned back at midnight the small pieces of glass still remained on the floor. Nobody cleaned it - as you understand, we couldn't use the room. We left the hotel, and nobody did anything about it. So the smiles of the staff are another proof that fair words butter no parsnip. We don't recommend this hotel to anybody because if something happens to you in a strange city there is no help on the side of the hotel staff.

This was the best hotel in our 3 weeks Northern Italy tour. Though rated 4 stars, it gives a 5 star experience. A very classy hotel. Location is perfect, in the center of the historic district, 10 meters from Verona's ”5th Avenue” and 3 minutes from the Arena. Everything is within short walking distance. They have parking for 21 Euro, but can also provide a Verona parking tag, if you can find a free blue parking spot. The hotel is meticulous in detail and amenities. The room was large, and we lucked out and even had a balcony and a small sitting area. The maintenance is great. Large 50+ ” TV. Bed was large. Room had many outlets available, with a special device for charging. Service at the front desk was superb. The public places are extremely well maintained. I am not sure how they rate hotels in Italy. We stayed at a 4 star in Arezzo that felt like 2 stars. Compared to that experience, the Accademia is a 10 star experience. Highly recommended.

We stayed in this structure and, I must say, it is a hotel a few steps from Piazza Bra where the Arena is located, therefore, an excellent location. The structure is clean both in the common areas and in the room, the latter being large with a nice spacious bathroom. The good welcome, professional and helpful reception staff. Breakfast room service ... unfortunately I have to give a point not to give unclassifiable. Total lack of organization, there is no room manager to control the work of the employees, I say this because two episodes have happened to me that absolutely must not happen in a top-level hotel. First of all I approach the buffet and, wanting to get some fresh fruit, I notice that the containers of fresh pineapple and watermelon are empty, this absolutely must not happen as even before the container is completely empty it must be replaced with something already ready in the kitchen , after asking if it was possible to have said fruit I was told that they were preparing it, I assume they went to pick the fruit as everything arrived after a good 15 minutes but, that's not all, I ask a room attendant if it was possible have a coffee spoon as they were missing in both containers, my affection told me that he would have done so immediately but he continued to carry out his duties until after five minutes I went in front of the kitchen entrance asking for a teaspoon, remained perplexed by my request, they verified the lack of cutlery and began the search for crockery, after a minute, apologizing, they said they had forgotten them in the dishwasher (the excuse is worse than the accusation). Surely none of this would have happened if there had been the presence of a manager trained for this type of service. Unfortunately for errors of this type the entire structure loses value. I apologize for the length of the review but it seemed only right to explain what happened so that the management could improve the service.

Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms, great swimming pool. The people are very friendly. The only downside is that it is far away from the city center, and the transportation cannot work 24 hours a day, but everything else is fine

My friend and I have just returned from this hotel. No real complaints hotel was spotlessly clean and staff lovely. Approximately 20 minutes drive into centre. I cannot understand previous reviews commenting on the area and distance from the centre. Surely you would read this before you booked. We did a city break with jet2 and this was mentioned. We used the shuttle bus and taxis which weren't cheap but still did not add up to price of hotels in verona centre. Our room was huge. Nice bathroom with toiletries. Breakfast had everything. Very busy no matter what time you went. I didn't like the tea and my friend didn't like the coffee but this is personal taste. The barman was really nice when we had a drink before bed. Overall we had a smashing time. We used the trains to visit other resorts. Very good service and not too expensive all in all a great time
