I was a bit daunted by reviews when booking but was pleasantly surprised. Firstly, you get what you pay for (and a bit more). It’s a hostel with private rooms, not a hotel. Once you realize that, you manage your expectations. It is in a prime location next to Central Park and a short walk to Times Square. It is near a metro station and there are lots of stores and restaurants nearby. The room was adequate (I booked a single room). It was clean and comfortable. Inside the room was a small tv, a small refrigerator, a desk a twin bed and a small closet area. I wasn’t too concerned about the room because I didn’t intend to spend much time in there but it was comfortable enough for my stay. The bathrooms are shared but are privately used so you don’t actually share it with anyone while using. It was always clean and regularly checked (but of course as they are shared some people clear up after themselves better than others). There were several so I never needed to wait more than a few mins. The shower pressure was fine and the water temperature was perfect for me. Even though you pay for gym and facility use when you stay, I never used them so can’t comment on them. The checkin and check out processes were easy. The staff were all friend and helpful. The building felt safe and I never felt worried about anything. I don’t really have any negatives to comment on. There was a little noise at time from other residents but that’s beyond the control of the staff etc.

First time I have been in this hotel I wrote a negative comment , because a lady at check in was very unprofessional ....... My second times few days ago , I have to say : I have been very welcome from Mr. Meaghan at front desk . 5 Star service ! He greeted me very professional , polite , he use all words to make the guest welcome , Good afternoon Sir , how are you , how can I help you , do you have reservation , he also book for me a taxi for early morning , he offer me also a snack menu in the case if I wanted something to eat ..... The hotel is in area near the speed way , close to the airport , nothing around , no bars , no restaurant , no shop ...... good to stay one night for early flight , now they have also something to eat . Thank you Mr. Meaghan (I hope the name is correct )you make the guest happy to stay .

The only drawback was that the heating in the room could not be adjusted (it was quite dry), but other than that it was fine. There is a space outside the room to tie up large luggage (free of charge). I thought it would be convenient to have more than one padlock (one for the locker inside the room and one for large luggage outside the room).

This price is good to live in New York, the location is quite convenient, surrounded by attractions, now the environment is hygienic, the room has a microwave, gearbox, across the street has a whole food market, will continue to stay next time

The check in process was very quick and felt very rushed. There was no tour of the building so I was left to find things on my own. Thats my only complaint, other than that it was accurately descirbed.

In 21st century New York, I actually found a hotel without internet. Make sure you never forget it. Another weird thing is that each room does not have a key card. Always ask the front desk staff to open the door for you. It's troublesome if you want to **.

The hotel was right on the MTA D (Express) B and 4 lines, which take you directly to downtown Manhattan. The hotel's included breakfast was great, and the beds and rooms were very comfortable. The only things that bothered me were that the elevators were so loud and our air conditioning in the room was broken.

After a long layover followed by a 15 hour flight causing us to come in late, it was a breath of fresh air to have such an amazing front desk staff check us in and give us all to information we needed to successfully make our trip easy. Breakfast was a nice not addition when traveling with family. Beds are so soft and comfortable. I slept like a baby. Very clean and nice facilities right across from LGA.

I have paid for my room online before check-in. However, I was charged again upon checkout.... and it was paying for a room that was not under my name!! Thank God I double checked. The staff checked and made a refund to my credit card without any expression or apology. It was so stressful to try to settle this while catching the shuttle bus. The driver looked friendly but I was taken aback when he shouted rudely at my aged mother who was hesitant at the door because the two front rows were all taken up and she has difficulty moving to the back row. A younger lady then offered her seat to my mom. When I had time to check my credit card bill later, I realized that the refunded amount was less than the amount wrongly charged to my card! I wrote to their guest relations but one and a half month later, I still have not received any reply from them. Although the shuttle service was prompt and room was clean and quiet, I probably will not stay there again.

The young, thin, light lady who was at the reception this Wednesday, September 18 at 6:00 p.m. was very unpleasant and rude. No courtesy or consideration for customers. I stayed at this hotel for a reservation from September 17 to 19 in room 306. I do not speak English well. I am French-speaking. I was supposed to leave the hotel on September 19 at 11:00 a.m. But against all expectations my flight was postponed to September 18 in the evening. I quickly went down to do my check-out to be able to catch my flight. But this girl did not take into account my disability in English. She openly disrespected and disregarded me. I ask the management to stick a request for explanation on her. And ask her to have a minimum of respect for people who do not necessarily speak English well.

Everything about the hotel was great except the pillows were too soft and felt empty. I’m also seeing some charges on my account from the hotel which I’m giving a few days to see if these are refunded before I reach out to them.

Coincidentally , their poor is closed for unexpected reasons and needed to be fixed. Therefore, we cannot use the poor which was the whole purpose we booked this hotel. 😩 Sad….😞

I stayed here on a business trip to Long Island and was pleased with the amenities and spaciousness of the property. There was a variety of breads at breakfast, but I would have liked to see some white bread provided.

The motel in the Long Island area of New York City has nothing to say about health. The sound insulation equipment is not bad. The hotel has a simple American breakfast. Very suitable for people who stay for a short time.

Lovely place to stay and cheap as well. The breakfast are incredible.

The service was great, the hoteliers were polite and responded to my requests for things I needed promptly. The room was comfortable and clean. I especially liked the updated key system they have. Unlike other hotels, the keys worked 100% of the time. As you may have experienced yourself, the keys of outdated systems that don't work well can be pretty annoying.

EZ check in EZ check out. Not in the most desirable of areas hence some of the other guests, but it was clean & for one night it was fine. No problems. This location does not have an elevator for 2nd floor units. OK for us but maybe not for others. Basic Days Inn.

This Hotel is near to Niagara Falls, can easily walk and very convenient to watch Night fireworks. In Morning can visit Rides. Rooms were clean and spacious. Parking was free and had lot of spots. Complimentary Breakfast was good and had many options. Vegetarian menu was less just bread and butter. But overall it’s convenient place to stay near Niagara Falls.

The hotel was based very near to Niagara so the location is very convenient. However, at reception I felt a sense of passive aggression from the clerk at midnight which was unsoothing. The variety for breakfast was poor as there was only waffles and there were barely any amenities provided.

Bring breakfast and it's cheap. Received 100 coupons. In addition to the hotel near the Great Falls, which is very close to the scenic spot, the other locations are almost the same, and you have to drive to the scenic spot. There is a large Wal-Mart supermarket nearby.

The room is sealed and the air circulation is by air conditioning. The facilities are old and the air conditioning is very noisy. It is so noisy that you can't sleep when it is turned on, and it feels stuffy when it is turned off. The floor does not feel very clean.

The family drove to Niagara Falls to play in the hotel near the waterfall. The hotel is opened by Indians. It is obvious that there are more guests in India and Pakistan, and breakfast can still be full. There are bread, milk, yogurt, eggs and homemade waffle cake. The hotel room is also relatively large, the double bed is also large, the sanitary conditions are OK, and it is more convenient to drive from the waterfall for seven or eight minutes. There is an Italian restaurant near the hotel, and it is convenient to eat. It is still possible from the price/performance ratio.

Around Niagara Falls, there is a 10-driving distance from the waterfall. Free parking, delicious breakfast and warm service staff. It is important to be careful that the price doubles on weekends. Fortunately we met a group of young Chinese postdoctoral students and took our old couple to visit various attractions of the Great Falls...a wonderful experience

The room is large. There is a microwave and refrigerator. It is an advantage. Others are very good. It is very convenient to take a car near the city center. Very good experience. I like the location. Everything else is OK. There is a free shuttle bus to the attractions. It is very convenient.

This Hotel is 5 min Drive from Niagra Falls, Excellent Location. Room Chairs were extremely dirty, bathroom was basic, overall room was okay for 1 night. There was free breakfast, hot water, and coffee.
