The location is very good, just in the ancient city of Buhara, you can walk to every attraction, the breakfast is very rich, one person can't finish it, the room is very warm, it is too hot, this is very good for winter. Very recommended!
Very well located next to the main minaret, and walking distance to all main spots in the old city center. Very cosy and confortable room and rich breakfast (and dinner) facing the square. The only thing you need to be careful is not too spend too much in those gorgeous bazaars nearby (I myself got two carpets and several scarves 😍🤣). Just go and have fun.
This was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Uzbekistan; the price-performance ratio was unbeatable. The location was excellent, a 10-minute walk from the old city and next to a chain supermarket. The rooms were large, clean, and had a terrace. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful. The owners were very nice, but they kept asking why I hadn't requested housekeeping. Even after I clearly said I didn't need it, they still came in and cleaned it ╮(╯_╰)╭, which was a bit too enthusiastic and disrespectful. Otherwise, there were no problems.
I stayed two nights in Bukhara at this hotel, a very cozy little place with a great experience.
The owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful, even carrying our luggage up and down the stairs.
The hotel breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of choices. The local baked buns were especially delicious, and the yogurt balls were fantastic – a first for me!
The hotel's decor is cozy and homey, with a small, pale yellow courtyard and complimentary tea. In the evenings, my friends and I would sit in the courtyard, drinking tea and watching movies – super comfortable!
The hotel's location is also great; all the attractions are within a 15-minute walk. Nearby attractions include Jacques Castle, the Karon Minaret, the Four Towers Mosque, the Underground Mosque, the Bukhara Biennale, and the Borokhaz Mosque.
To the left of the hotel entrance is an old tree where an elderly gentleman plays chess, and a small black kitten will come and nuzzle you.
The guesthouse owner's child has an adorable kitten to play with.
The location is excellent, right in the old town, and easy to find on the main road. It's a restored historical site. The front desk staff were very attentive; I arrived a few hours later than scheduled, and the hotel even messaged me to contact them if I encountered any problems. I finally arrived and checked in late at night, and the young man at the front desk immediately showed me to my room without even taking my money. Everything was brand new, and the room was very clean and tidy.
Because it was the off-season, there seemed to be no other guests, and they gave me a huge table of food for breakfast the next day, including freshly made fried eggs and sausages.
After breakfast, I was about to go out for a stroll when I went to the front desk to pay. The owner even said that I could check out at any time and gave me directions at the door. It was really kind of them!
I rarely write reviews, but I sincerely recommend this hotel. It's only been open for three months, and it deserves to be known by more people!
The location may be difficult to find at first, but if you walk in the opposite direction from the historical district, you'll find yourself on the main road in Bukhara. The historical district is also within walking distance. The host is a very hospitable family. The room is not large, but it has everything you need and is clean. It feels like a great deal compared to the price. If you're unsure where to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.
This is a hotel with both youth hostels and homestays. There are hotel signs hanging in the B&B with several rooms here.

Very Good
MMladenowskiWe enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture.
The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality.
Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay.
Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center.
PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

FFreddy LubinVery pleasant stay, at a great location - a quiet alley, two minutes from Lyabi Khouse.
We arrived late, and were given bread and water, which made us feel very welcome.
The rooms a large and comfortable, shower hot, and even a heated floor!
Breakfast was a feast, and all in all we felt cared for.
We highly recommend this well-priced mid-range.

SSoka18Very brandnew, clean.(started end of 2024)
People are very nice and polite. I left early morning to board on a train, they gave me a breakfast set in a bag.
HHIROSHIKAWAMURAThe location is very convenient at the entrance to the old town. If you are an inn in the old town, you cannot access it by taxi, but this inn can be reached at the last minute. Also, when I took a taxi at Yandex Go, I forgot something in the car. The inn kindly talked to the Yandex driver (it is possible to call via the app, but the driver only speaks local language), and I was able to get back the forgotten thing safely.
