The air conditioner in the room was broken, but they fixed it while I was out. It was a shame that there was no tissue paper. The kind young female hotel staff helped me out in many ways. Thank you.

We enjoyed a brief, one-night stay at this charming hotel, and it left a positive impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, offering comfort and a cozy atmosphere. Its location was truly unbeatable—just a few steps from the main square in the heart of the old city, making it the perfect base for exploring the historical sights and vibrant local culture. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, going out of their way to ensure our stay was smooth. A special mention goes to the receptionist, who graciously covered our taxi fare when I didn’t have smaller banknotes on hand—an unexpected gesture that truly reflected the hotel's commitment to hospitality. Breakfast was modest but satisfactory, offering a simple continental selection that provided an easy, light start to the day. While it wasn’t particularly remarkable, it served its purpose for a short stay. Overall, our time at the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The combination of its prime location, clean accommodations, and attentive service made for an enjoyable experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it for travelers seeking convenience and a warm welcome in the city’s historic center. PS please put tea bags in original covers and add coffee into drinks selection.

It was very clean and the staff were very friendly. When I stayed there, only one male staff member spoke English, but the other female staff member was very friendly even though we didn't speak the same language. The breakfast was also excellent. The shower space was spacious and deep, so I was able to take a comfortable shower. The water was hot and had good pressure. There is a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but be careful as they may try to sell you tours.

The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. The location is very good, just in the ancient city of Buhara, you can walk to every attraction, the breakfast is very rich, one person can't finish it, the room is very warm, it is too hot, this is very good for winter. Very recommended!

The hotel is good, the taxi from the airport will arrive soon without traffic jams. The handsome guy at the front desk of the hotel is warm and friendly, serious and responsible, and communicates smoothly. Go out to help us call the car every day. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was very quiet and could rest well. The breakfast is rich and delicious.
