The hotel was right next to the convention centre, and the airport. There are shuttle service from and to the airport, you just have to call the hotel early to schedule a pick up. Room was huuge. Very spacious, the amenities are excellent.

Overall, it was a great stay 👍🏻the staff were friendly, the food was delicious, the room was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. I also loved the beautiful view. However, I noticed a false eyelash on the blanket on my last day, which made me unsure whether the sheets or blanket had been changed before my stay 😬especially since I don’t use false eyelashes. Cleanliness could be improved slightly. Also, it would be even better if the breakfast had more variety. Still, I would recommend this hotel.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service, room, and buffet breakfast were definitely worth the price. My only preference would be a shower instead of a bathtub for added convenience.

overall comfortable stay! check in was smooth, parking was adequate. swimming pool was nice and near to the mall. breakfast hv good option but surely can be improved. the room can also be further upgrade as still look a bit old style.

I recently stayed at the Kingwood Hotel in Sibu on June 2025. The hotel offered a comfortable and convenient location for my visit.

I had wonderful stay on the *12th floor*. The room was modern, and offered a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were well thought out. Service was warm and professional throughout our stay. Only small issue was the *side table clock*, which was *off by 39 minutes* — a minor detail, but worth adjusting for future guests. A shout of thanks to front desk staff who arranged a grab ride from her phone. I didn’t her name. I check from hotel after 0500hrs Overall, a great experience and would definitely return

We chosed Astana Wing after after having a wonderful stay at Puteri Wing because reading a review that staying at Deluxe room will offer the best sunset view. We discovered to our dismay that not all deluxe rooms have that excellent sunset view. The checkin was slow. The room deco was dull & minimalist. There are no power outlet on both side of the bed just one. There is no towels provided upon checkin. In the morning we found out there are no shampoo & body wash provided.. just 3 body lotion (see picture) Will we recommend this hotel & repeat stay? Definately NOT.

it was my more than 3x stays at Meritz and it was completely incredible , not just about the connecting door to the mall , also about the safety. im highly recommended to stay here if you’re lazy to go anywhere cause the mall just beside u 😆. not even 10 step u took from the hotel to reach the mall.And for the services , everything was good till i order for room service , i dont know why the lady that answer my phone didn’t talk in appropriate tone.i hope they fix how they should be communicate to the guest.

Good hotel, nice room and very good breakfast option. Average scenery. Issues: Few issues with room and we were ordered to change room 3times which is troublesome esp with kids. Rooftop food was average abd disappointed with plate size for the rice (very small piring and rice keep on falling). Overall good Thank you

Very old hotel but can see that they tried their best to maintain the facilities in the hotel. The room is very specious and clean! Will definitely come back again.
