The hotel is generally pleasant, with impeccable cleanliness and particularly kind and attentive housekeeping staff. The rooftop with the pools is truly superb; it's clearly the establishment's strong point. However, the room we had on the ground floor was a bit disappointing: very little light, without access to an open terrace, which somewhat spoils the experience. You should definitely request a room on the upper floors to enjoy the view. The location is convenient, fairly close to the center.

It not in the center of the city or in the hotel zone. No public transportation there. Taxi is expensive. They wanted 300 peso/person from ADO Cancun station. Petty pricey. No Uber either. Going to airport, luckily there is Uber. Cheaper than taxi which is about 350 peso. Checking in was lengthy. Cube was abit cold for me even temperature was hike up to the highest. They ask to pay tax and fee again. Even though clearly in my booking it stated tax and fee included. Opportunity to charge more. Didn't want to and too tired to argue. Cube is clean. Locker and cube locked out once. Have to get them to reset. Breakfast okay. Thanks

I was very comfortable in the hotel, I stayed for 5 days. Fernando, a very professional and friendly girl, did everything for the guests. The room was as described,leaved in French,terrace with two seats and shared bathroom.All seemed clean and in order,the service was precise and the friendly and available operators, I was given the key to the box I used for valuable things and towels. The hotel is just a step from the shops and restaurants, every service is comfortable. I haven't had any big problems, but I confirm what many reviews say, that the underlying pub makes music up to 2 p.m. and can be annoying. The only thing that troubled me was the Wi-Fi network for no good.
