A terriblely agri-dulce experience.
I don't know if all rooms have the same problem but at least in the 101 where I hosted with my wife have a very serious problem and is that the bathroom is at a quite considerable height of the floor where the washing machine is. The floor where the washing machine is not anti-scrapping as the bathroom so I had a very strong fall by the floor when I was wet only a little it becomes completely rough.
Fortunately, it did not pass from a harm in the arm that has incapable me for a few days, that no one has paid me and so I am quite annoyed. I was at all not hitting my head with the same edge of the bathroom and that could be too serious.
I consider that it is a negligence of your part that the facility is maintained in that way because I am young and yet I was at all of a major accident because the hotel has at least no tape or something like that that avoids it. The hotel is a very good place to stay in the hotel.
I am sorry for the hotel staff who were at the time I mentioned the situation because they are very friendly but they seem to be fully bound to make decisions and propose solutions.
I had to ask for help to help me to get my bags down, because I couldn't even move my arm thinking it could even be a fracture.
I wish you would contact me with the hotel managers, because I am too annoyed about this situation and I would ask you to take letters on this matter.

I stayed at the hostel for a week. The reason why I stayed so long was because the place has a really nice cozy terrace where people from all over the world gather, which makes it very attractive.
Now about the conditions: the toilets were dirty, flooded and smelly every single day. There was chewing gum in the sink (of course this is made by the guests). There was one day without hot water because the staff didn’t order gas before it finished. The kitchen has almost no amenities to cook, even though almost everyone was cooking, ad was constantly dirty, it was caos. The room was quiet and with a good temperature, but one day the staff came in around 11pm to show the room to a guest, turned on the lights and was speaking loudly.
The price is cheap, sure, but I guess there’s a reason for it.
I believe this hostel has not enough staff for the amount of work there is, maybe it also needs some signs around to remember people to clean after themselves. Kitchen needs an upgrade. Thank you
For a 3-day trip I needed something affordable and Hotel Ancona is one of the cheapest hotels found in the application, so I was thinking the worst and the truth is that it wasn't. It is a well-kept and fairly clean Hotel, it smells clean from the moment you enter the reception and that is appreciated. The single room is quite small but quite comfortable, my room had a smart TV which was a real surprise (I didn't try it, but the hotel has Wi-Fi so I don't doubt that you can put Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the screen )
In the hotel description it says: Adults Only, so this is not a family hotel. Quite a lot of noise from the other rooms all night and quite a bit of noise in the morning, as I am a heavy sleeper, I didn't give it much importance.
The bad point for me is the location. Although the area is accessible, central to a certain extent, in the surroundings you can find EVERYTHING, even the little store on the corner, even the market or even the shopping center, its bad point is that it is not close to any Public Transport, metro and Metrobus is an easy 20min walk, so yes or no you have to get around by taxi/Uber. If you bring a car there is parking but in my opinion it is quite small so perhaps you might not find a place upon your arrival.
The room is big and the bed is big and very comfortable to sleep in. There are shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. The facilities are simple. The wash basin in the bathroom does not drain smoothly, but the shower water is good. The front desk was very mysterious when I checked in. I arrived very late because of the flight delay. I couldn't see the front desk staff after entering the door, but I heard voices, like a mirror reflection. I looked inside, but I couldn't see the staff without standing on tiptoe. I only saw myself. I don't know why it is designed like this. Passports and signature forms are passed through a very small gap.

Still more classical shops, classical shops are not big. But very elegant, the city center, very convenient, very close to the Constitution Square and the National Palace. There is a local breakfast shop next to it that is very famous. If you have to queue up, the locals will eat.

Everyting about this hostel was amazing! They offered a free welcome drink on their beautiful roofop bar, the dormitory room was very comfy with private bathroom. We were only 3 people in a 6 bed dorm. Breakfast was great, with different options. I would definetely come back, good value for the price.
There is a fast bus at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very convenient for the city centre and bus station. There is a BBQ restaurant next door to the hotel worth recommending. The room was very clean and the hotel has a swimming pool. Recommended

Overall, the price is very high, the room is also big. Coffee machine, microwave oven, refrigerator. The main entrance is on the side of the road, a bit noisy. The bathroom spray I live in is bad, I can barely use it, but the water is very small and a bit irritable. The traffic is very convenient, you can walk to the Angel column, the whole area is very safe! It is very convenient to go out early and return to public transportation + walk within ten minutes.
The room is spacious and clean. It's convenient for eating and shopping nearby. Good value for money. One side has an inner window. Later, when I got a room, I changed it to a room facing the street, which was much brighter. Although the front desk does not speak English, we can communicate using translation software.

Mmaco722I really like the balcony of this hotel. I can stand on the balcony and feed the squirrels. It's such a joy. The room facilities are also very convenient. If you want to order takeout or make instant noodles, there are microwave tableware available, which is very convenient! It's only a 3-5 minute walk from the Independence Monument. When you go out, turn left and go straight for a short distance to find the famous chain of Spanish churros, which is delicious! There are also Korean supermarkets where you can buy instant noodles, which is friendly to Chinese stomachs!
AAnonymous UserThis is a youth hostel with a very good location, but the downside is that the Wi-Fi signal is extremely poor and basically unusable. The hostel facilities are also very old. The sound insulation is not very good either.

CcindyThe location of the hotel is hard to find, the facade looks like a residence. The first feeling inside is clean and comfortable, and the price is high. The location seems very close to Syntagma Square, the front desk service attitude is very good
GGuest UserVery good hotel, This came in as a surprise when booking as it was not really recommend, but the hotel location is very central and the staffs are super nice, they are there to help as much as they can! room also clean.
the only downside would be the shower as this is showerhead was quite hard and feel like piercing through my skin when showering.
CCarolina23The hotel is located in the heart of the city, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city. With the bed, you just sat and was making a lot of noise, and after the more than 15 hours travel we wanted only to sleep well and so with that noise was not possible. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We just wanted to sleep.
The hotel security manager, was the best of our stay, supported us at all times and super friendly.
RRazmatazThe dorms have very good privacy. Everything is perfect but please don’t sign up for their tours. They highly overpriced especially the lucha libre tour. The ticket cost 75 pesos and they charge 700 with a free drink and an ugly mask. Total rip off. Plus their guide does not really GUIDE !!
GGuest UserThere are some clubs next to this hotel so it's kinda noisy. But if you want to enjoy the nightlife, the location of the hotel may be good. The hotel was clean and the shared spaces are very useful. They speak English so easy to check-in and check-out. I want to use this hotel again.
Eestefania castilloThis place was perfect. Woman on reception was inviting and took me to my room. Hostel was very clean roomnwas perfect for one night comfortable bed, hot water from tap in bathroom and was able to use the kitchen to make a cup of tea. I would return great value for money also
