The hotel was perfect for our needs. We really loved the swimming pool (just a bit cool though for a long swim but would have been so lovely on a hot sunny day), the gym was excellent, and the staff very accommodating. The room was really comfy. We found the breakfast a bit institutional and noisy with children. The hotel seems to cater to families so this could be expected. We are booked to stay there again on our way back through San Jose.

Great service, beautiful hotel location a little less but you know it naturally in advance. All is really well arranged and certainly true for your money! Eating is OK, not expect culinary high.

There's a Starbucks, a Spanish restaurant, and a small supermarket right next to the hotel. You can walk to nearby restaurants in just a few minutes. It's located in a relatively safe area of ​​San Jose, so walking around before late at night is no problem.
