Centrally located just across the Luang Namtha night market. Friendly, efficient and professional staff. Breakfast was included in the room price. Breakfast had 4 different options to choose from rather than having to repeat same thing over again. Fresh and tasty food. There’s a restaurant with a lot of options to choose from. From the most of the dishes we tried, we can recommend all of the options specifically Lao food and pad Thai. Room was spacious, clean. Good air conditioning, ample hot water but the water pressure at the bathroom seriously need improved. Takes so long to have a simple shower. Comfy big bed with comfortable mattress. Nice comforter too. Loved the interior of the room. There was a feeling like we went back in time. Daily housekeeping. Free water bottles, free toothbrush and soap provided. We liked the outside sitting area with a table and 4 chairs. We stayed at Zuela for 4 nights. We could get the tickets and help to go to Muang Xai from them too. They book bus, van tickets and tuk tuk service. Overall our stay was comfortable. We are happy we visited Luang Namtha and Zuela guesthouse. We recommend them dearly.

The room was clean and odorless. The front desk was warm. I communicated with the hotel in advance to pick me up at the port. I sent me to the Moding High-speed Railway Station the next day. The Bumblebee at the door supported the punch card.

The hotel is located in the first hotel at the gate, free pick-up service is good, the room is clean, there is a refrigerator and washing machine in the room, and the view is good: I will come again next time and can stay for a long time!

The room is very good, the living is very comfortable, the bedding pillows are very good, the bathroom and the bathroom are separate, and it will not be crowded because of the crowd. The lobby is very spacious, the place to chat and rest, free drinking water and some snacks, turn right at the port for 3 minutes. Good location, everything is very satisfactory

Used as a base before entering China. There are very few hotels that can be booked online, so this was a good hotel at a low price. The location is quite good in the city center, and the rooms are standard for Southeast Asia. There is no breakfast service, but there is a restaurant nearby, which is convenient.
