Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

I do not know I have to pay $25.00 for parking, when I book you should let the customers know they charged parking, parking in the parking lot not in garage and still charged for $ 25 I fell like not to fair to customer.

My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. Hotel was clean, people were friendly and room was very comfortable and great layout. Bed was a little too firm for me, but no big deal. Breakfast was great with a lot of options as well. Ocean Shores was mellow and quaint, just what we needed for a weekend getaway. Will definitely return!

Very clean. Room and lobby was modern and nicely decorated. Didn’t really use any of the amenities so can’t speak to that. Staff was gracious and friendly.

Excellent location if you need to go to University of Washington. A lot of restaurants (Korean, Thailand, Chinese, Sandwitch, Cafe cusines) are nearly by within 5 to 10 minutes. Room Cleaning will be provided once every two days. Room is Spaceous. Netfix is available and you can connect to your own account.

The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located close to a supermarket and offers free parking. The only minor issue was some street noise outside. Overall, it's a very convenient and excellent value for money hotel.

Very pleased with location, guest room, and pool. Breakfast could use some revamping with a little more space to maneuver around. Thank you for offering sugar free syrup for waffles! Hall noise was a little issue (doors slamming, people walking). Hotel staff very nice. Would stay again! Thank you!

Pro: Very functional room, they provide plates bowls and all the pot tools in pantry, all you need is just ingredients. TV channels are great. Con: $10 charge for parking. breakfast ran out before ending. front desk employees can not figure out billing issue.

When we got to the hotel, the front desk assigned a room which was already assigned. When we used the card to get inside the room, there were people already in the room which shocked us a little bit. I’m worried about if the front desk assign the room which is belong to ours to someone else, will it be safe?

Hotel location is very good, 10 minutes from the airport. Old hotel, carpets needs upgrade. Bed and pillows are comfortable, spacious kitchen and living room. Quiet. We enjoyed our stay. Would be happy to return.
