The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. It's a pity that this accommodation is not maintained properly, this is the first time I see this in Japan. The house is neglected. It also lacks what to relax like hamacs. They are on the photos but they don't exist anymore.

If there is something to visit nearby, I would highly recommend it. Because it was a low season visit, there were not many guests, so I was able to tie up a day quietly. Including dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price. The meal is also great.

サンドームでのコンサートに参加するために利用しました。ホテル自体は古いのだと思いますが、室内のリノベがされていて、壁や天井など新しいホテルでよくある感じになっていて、広さもあって大変快適でした。フロントの方も親切で感じが良く、隣接(併設？)のご飯屋さんもフレンドリーでホッとする感じでした。ただとにかく車がないとどうしようもない。新幹線の駅から徒歩で20分、夜ともなると怖いくらいの真っ暗な田んぼ道か、やはり街灯のないバイパス沿いの道を歩くことになり、雨だったので何度も水たまりに嵌りました。。車さえあれば(日のあるうちにホテルに着いていれば)かなり穴場だと思います！

Very good, comfortable hotel and what impressed me most was the varied amount of food at breakfast, and the best of all is that it's all included in the price of the stay! The location of the hotel is also very good, with several restaurants and convenience stores nearby!

The staff were very kind to me for consultation on check-in and meals. The baths were indoor and open-air baths, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. The facility itself is a bit old, but it seems to have been renewed and the room was very clean and easy to spend. There is no elevator, so if you are worried, we recommend that you book a room on the first floor!

GGuest UserThe location was good near Tsuruga station, the cospa as a room rate was good, and even four families were able to enjoy enough. In addition, all the guests were delighted with the large service that offered beef curry (one serving) at dinner for free.

AAnonymous UserWe were there on a rainy day and felt a little inconvenient to have to use an umbrella to go around parts of the hotel which were not in the main building like the Onsen and lounge. However the hotel was very clean and modern and the service was good. I wish they had a larger coffee table as I had to do some urgent work on my notebook at night during my stay.
