I love this hostel because it feels like staying at a hotel. It's convenient since you don’t need keys – just enter a digital code on the door. Very modern! The room is spacious, with enough space for prayer if needed, and it has an ensuite toilet. Even with 8 people, the room doesn’t feel cramped. Outside the room, there's an extra toilet in case the one inside is occupied.
If you're Muslim, there's a halal pizza and chicken restaurant right next door. I also appreciated the free coffee from the machine, available anytime. The staff treat guests with great care. There's a garden at the back where you can relax, and each bed has a charging port and space for your phone.
While it can get noisy at the entrance, which looks like a pub at night, the noise usually ends by 1 AM and doesn't bother the room much. Lastly, the WiFi is fast, adding to the overall convenience!

The accommodation is divided into a hotel and a campus section. We stayed on the campus. We were impressed by the two single beds (as booked), functional furnishings with desks, a kitchenette, and plenty of space in two clean rooms. The breakfast was good, and there was cappuccino available from the bar (very tasty).

The place is clean and tidy. The people there are friendly. The reception closed at 7.30 pm. So not sure if customer arrives after that time. Need a bit of walking to the location and the pavement is not even. So it is difficulty if roller is used.

It's really spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is served at the bar on the first floor, and it's a lively and pleasant atmosphere because you mix with students. There are many places to read or rest on each floor, and they provide coffee as a service, so it was nice to be able to drink it at the bar! The room condition was better than a 4-star hotel. It's a place where you can feel a little bit of space, and there's a huge supermarket just a short walk away, so it's easy to buy food! If you go to Milan, I highly recommend staying for several nights!

The location of muse inn is a quiet place but easy to access to duome (around 20 min by metro) and Milan AirPort Express (4 stations away), with a supermarket located in a few minutes. Everything is clean and exactly as described. The host is very friendly and provided quite many local tips, restaurant guides and very responsive to messages. Highly recommended!

The hotel exceeded expectations. Very good. Clean - trash was taken out every day. Linen was changed every three days. It was warm, water pressure was excellent. Good mattress, kettle, large mirror. The room had a small terrace. No breakfast - this is not very good, but for Italy this is considered the norm. It is about 20 minutes walk from the train station, it is not very pleasant to walk in the evening, but there were no adventures. You can get to the center by metro, about 40 minutes walk.

The front desk attitude is particularly good, the room is OK. There is no elevator, which is very troublesome. The bathroom is very clean. Have the opportunity to live. The first floor is a bar at night. Very hi.

PPatchara ArunsuwannakornWe stayed for 2 nights here. Ostelzzz Milan is in central location, easily to reach to subway Lima and Milano Porta Venezia station. I could stroll along to visit many tourist attractions within 1-2 km radius. I booked a room with double bed, spacious than my expectations. There were few ceiling tiles cracked and showers a bit broken, but still function well. Breakfast came with coffee, fruit juice, milk, cornflakes, ham, cheese, croissants plain and chocolate flavor, all tastes surprisingly good. There are restaurant options in vicinity. Overall we had pleasant time in Milan and would recommend Ostelzzz for one of nice options. Last but not least, every single staff here is very helpful and has service minded.

FFanqiA fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning.
At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset!
Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.

Yyour fellow wandererThe hostel felt safe and clean! They've got plenty of activities that I unfortunately didn't get a chance to participate in as I was only in Milan for 2 days. They also gave a complimentary drink ticket to use at the bar. It is about a half an hour walk from the city center, but the area felt quite safe. It's also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station, making it very accessible.

SSzn YiVery nice and helpful people. Because of my different phone number used, I did not get the check-in procedure from them but lucky enough we arrived during the housekeeping time and met a very nice cleaning lady to help us contact the staffs and sorted everything out. Very nice and clean room with all amenities needed even with free coffee and water in the minibar. It looks just like how the photos displayed on the website. Fast and easy check in and check out. Free luggage locker in the apartment before check in and after check out. Location is pretty good, Metro M4 that goes directly to LIN airport is just around the corner and it takes only 15 min by foot to the city. But the mobile signal in the building is a bit weak, if the cleaning lady did not allow us to use the wifi, it’d be difficult for us to use our own mobile data to open the doors.

GGuest UserGreat value for mone, free drink token on check-in, fantastic karaoke night and free light buffet dinner provided! Decent ensuite for each dorm room. Cleanliness was good. Well situated with the Milan Central Station right round the corner and close access to regular shuttle buses to the airport as well as a lovely rooftop terrace. Metro easily accessed too and easy to use. Great for meeting new people.

AAnonymous UserThis hostel is close to the metro station within walking distance. Just two stops from the metro to the Duomo cathedral. I stayed in a double room. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't perfect either. It can be said to be good for its price and performance. The location is really good, easy to reach. Cleanliness is at average standards.
