Near LRT station so eady to get from and to the airport cheaply as well as to other major places in Palembang. Ehailing service also easy to get. Food very nice, local and menu changes everyday. Room is spacious enough with chair and table. But no tea or coffee sachet in room! AC also not cold enough - just OK. Considering everything, will come afain.

The location is fantastic, with everything you need nearby. I loved this area and stayed around here the whole time during my stay. The staff are friendly. The elevator was broken, so getting up to the 5th floor was quite a struggle 🤣 There's no hot water. Towels, shampoo, and soap are provided. The price is quite reasonable, so you can overlook a few things.

However, the room quality, especially the door, was excellent and secure, with a built-in lock for added security. However, the room didn't provide complimentary mineral water. HOPEFULLY, THERE WILL BE CHANGES AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FUTURE 🙂
