This capsule hotel exceeded expectations! Spotless facilities, comfortable pods, and excellent security. The shared lounge was cozy, and the location was unbeatable. Affordable yet high-quality—perfect for a short and budget-friendly stay!

This hotel just far better then I expect. The service for checking was much accurated as during checking, they give option what type of room: Smocking or Non-smocking. So it’s really suited. On the other hand they have free taxi delivery from hotel to airport. The free cost only 10 Am and afternoon 3/4 PM. So if you go at that time they will bring you to airport without any cost. If you go other than that time they will cost you.

This is my second time staying at Zest Hotel for an overnight transit in Jakarta, will surely choose it again for transit because: 1. They offer free airport shuttle service, both pick up and drop off. The hotel is around 10- 15 mins away from the airport, depends on which Terminal you arrive 2. Room is not big but it's clean. However, my 2nd time here got a little disappointment - there's a towel in the bathroom with cigarette smell :/ 3. They provide toothbrush/tooth paste, shower gel, shampoo, hangers, free wifi, water (also has water dispenser in the corridor), enough for short stay transit 4. Buffet breakfast - well... don't expect too much because it's only Indonesian dishes plus bread. No eggs :(( Also not many choices but with this cheap room price, am totally fine with it! The Indonesian burbur (rice porridge) is very tasty, I had 2 big bowls!! 5. There are some eateries/ cafes and Alfamart ( or Indomaret or 7-11... can't remember) just outside the hotel, very convenient. 6. Zest Hotel is situated next to Swiss Belhotel Airport Jakarta, they belong to the same hotel group so the free shuttle bus also includes the guests from Swiss Belhotel. We went over to Swiss Belhotel's lobby restaurant for dinner, very good food and service. They offered us super yummy tempe chips with our drinks :)) Just a friendly reminder: if you are going to Terminal 3, it might take a bit more time for your airport drop off as they need to drop guests to T1 and T2 first (if any) .My experience was it took me 30 mins to arrive T3 from the moment I get on the shuttle. Anyway, I will still choose Zest Hotel as my transit hotel and recommend it, you got more than what you pay for!

The Terminals are far apart so a car or train ride is required to get to the right terminal for the hotel. The trains is closed at night and the busses travel every 1.5 hours but for a few you can take a taxi that accepts only Indonesian rupees. Once arrived you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to your room which is quite compact but cosy enough. There's plenty of local restaurants for a breakfast meal in the morning and small shops.

Great location, next to hospital. Price very affordable. Size is enough for few hours rest and use the bathroom. Overall its nice.

Super convenient stay in this hotel. It is located literally inside of the airport which is easy for me to catch the next flight. The bathroom is super clean and the staff is very helpful. The pod is so futuristic. Very very recommended rather than getting out of the airport area.

All are clean. Near airport. Cozy & warm room. I thought rooms are soundproof I hear people chatting, laughing. I’m at 2F. All in all if you are paying a relatively cheap hotel I recommend this place. Please add more friendly channels for foreigners. 👍

Arrived from Bali close to midnite. I manage to arrange a pick up schedule, but driver have to pick up quite a lot of other passengers from different terminals, so time to get to the hotel took about 80-90 minutes which it would only take 10 minutes by Taxi which might cost 100K. By 7ish I was back ti the airport again to catch my 10@m flight back to HKG. Bravo to the Drivers who are all nice n courteous, Better hotel choice than the Capsule at the terminal 3 which is very Noisy when I stayed on my way to Bali before which cost about the same. The Chain Lock was Cut separated which Gave me quite unsecure feeling but Thank God nothing happened.

It's unfortunate that there is no shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport after 3 PM. The hotel can arrange transportation, but we must pay IDR 55,000 for pick-up outside of shuttle hours. However, according to the hotel information, it should only be IDR 35,000.

A good decent hotel for a short stop over near Jakarta Airport. Pros: close to airport and free shuttle service to airport. Value for money and decent breakfast at very reasonable price Cons: no amenities like slippers, toothpaste etc available in room but since u are paying very little so can’t complain a lot

It's enough to sleep for a day or two. In terms of cleanliness, it's quite clean, but the facilities are lacking and it's actually quite comfortable.

The hotel's mattress is still clean, the shower room is still pretty good... But it's a shame that the walls and edges of the floor are very dirty, especially the part on the wall above the head... in the photo the application still looks good, in reality it's already dirty... then when I want to to the airport, there's no shuttle from Aeropolis to TOD M1... the security guard's statement doesn't have a shuttle, even though it's already a week after Eid 🥲

The washbasin was blocked and it was full. The toilet and shower floor were separated by bricks. The shower had floor drain. There was no floor drain on the toilet side, which was easy to accumulate water. It was very troublesome. The pillow core inside is also old antique, some black spots, there is a taste, but he has a better pillowcase, okay. The price is not high, so I don't have to be picky. Okay, all score 4 points. By the way, there is a little bit of no work, WiFi can't be used, and I have responded after staying for a few days, and I still haven't repaired it.

Not bad for a place to rest during transit, in locations around the hotel there are many places to eat and there is a laundry

This hotel was accomodated by my helper who was stranded to come in. This hotel has charter service to the airport and most importantly they were helpful and friendly.
