Staying at Starlet Hotel in Serpong was a pleasant experience that balanced affordability with convenience. The hotel is modern and stylish, offering clean and compact rooms that are perfect for a short stay. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re efficiently laid out with all the essentials—comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and a compact bathroom with a refreshing shower.
The location is a major plus, especially if you’re planning to explore Serpong or nearby areas. It’s close to many shopping malls, restaurants, and business centers, making it easy to access everything you need. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were quick to assist with any questions and offered some great local recommendations.
The lobby area has a trendy, upbeat vibe, and there’s a small café where you can grab a quick coffee or snack. While the hotel doesn’t offer extensive amenities, it’s ideal for travelers who value a clean, comfortable place to rest without the extras.
Overall, Starlet Hotel Serpong offers great value for money, a convenient location, and a comfortable, no-frills stay. It’s a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers or anyone needing a base in Serpong!
As others have said, no soundproofing. So the conversation at 1am about why the power had gone off, then subsequent drilling to fix the power, and other noises, people in the pods on both sides of me were loud snorers. The power returned at around 2am and all the lights suddenly came on. , waking me up again. The shower was ok, cleaned regularly, but in between times got dirty. I left at 2.30am having had no sleep, but I could stand it.
The staff were efficient and friendly.
On trip.com this hotel shows the location under 4 kilometres of SHI Jakarta airport. Actually, it is 12 km away. Deception not appreciated. It is almost capsule like transit hotel rooms. You have to search where the room is due to their numbering style. Excellent bed, water, toiletries given and many many shops stores right in front of this small road, looked great in the night. But, no coffee tea pot etc..
Great for the price. 15 mins from airport with a free hourly shuttle service. Location a little odd but with a few restaurants/cafe/Indo nearby. Bed clean but squidgy - did what we needed for an airport hotel!
The location of Fame hotel is strategic as its on the main road. Next to its a hospital which is very modern. Also easily food can be found especially in the night with the night bazaar nearby.
The place is very clean, close to the airport. Breakfast was nice but without any coffee or tea. It would be nice to have a cuppa in the morning.
Moreover it would be appreciated if they offer an hourly shuttle from the airport to the hotel with some charges instead of taking a taxi, where the communication is very difficult with the taxi driver.
In short, the place is recommended as it is near the airport and extremely clean and friendly.
Staying at Villa Ubud Anyer, very pleasant, got cashback, the villa owner is proactive and friendly, There is a private pool, complete kitchen furniture, stove, refrigerator, dispenser, cooking utensils, barbecue grill, so you can barbecue on New Year's Eve, if in other Ubud villas (Numuru Villa Ubud) you are not allowed to cook & no cooking utensils are provided. So you have to go out to find food. The TV uses usee tv indihome so the shows are complete. There is also a fireworks party at the Ubud villa. Anyway, it's cool, the children's vacation is even more fun. Thank you.
Good hotel for the budget friendly
Spacious room for pop hotel
Probably the biggest pop hotel room i have ever been too
Price is also very good
Bfast is okay
This hotel has a relatively new building. It was maintained and clean. It connected to beach. Beautiful location. Staffs were nice, however, it lacks of trained staffs and the room service not 24 hours. The menu is very limited. So prepare for your own food as midnight food will not be served. No body at the front desk after 10 pm until 8 am in the morning.
When want to find a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. This hotel is highly recommended. And near the beach 👍

DDjohan IkaArrived from Bali close to midnite. I manage to arrange a pick up schedule, but driver have to pick up quite a lot of other passengers from different terminals, so time to get to the hotel took about 80-90 minutes which it would only take 10 minutes by Taxi which might cost 100K.
By 7ish I was back ti the airport again to catch my 10@m flight back to HKG.
Bravo to the Drivers who are all nice n courteous,
Better hotel choice than the Capsule at the terminal 3 which is very Noisy when I stayed on my way to Bali before which cost about the same.
The Chain Lock was Cut separated which Gave me quite unsecure feeling but Thank God nothing happened.

JJeanette Dwi SetyoriniArrived at the hotel in the middle of the night after a flight from China, and surprisingly the hot water was off without any prior information during check in.
Even though the hot water had been off for a few days at that time.
Very disappointing.
For a hotel with that rate, you only get a room with a portable bathroom, drinking water is in a dispenser far from the room, towels are not very white anymore.
DDebiiqbalI stayed at the M1 Residence on my recent trip to Jakarta and I was very impressed. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport, making it very convenient for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle, which is a great added bonus.
I would definitely recommend the Swift Inn Aeropolis Airport to anyone looking for a good value hotel near the airport. It is a great option for both business and leisure travelers.
Here are some specific details about the hotel that you can mention in your review:
The price of the rooms is very affordable, especially for the location.
The hotel is quite clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport, You Can Walk by TOD M1
The hotel dont have variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant.

GGuest UserStay was okay, however when I entered the hotel, the counter staff member requested me paying up a fee for early checking in, even though I had booked the stay online. This was later solved when I showed him a proof of my receipt.
Adding on to this matter, when I paid the deposit of 50K IDR, the staff member got the audacity to say my cash was “not blue” and initially did not want to accept it. I pushed on saying it’s 50K and then he accepted it. This all happened in 5.30am when I was jet lag and extremely tired after a long flight.
I hope the hotel could be more thorough in selecting staff members so no travellers would need to go through what I had to go through.
