Staying at Starlet Hotel in Serpong was a pleasant experience that balanced affordability with convenience. The hotel is modern and stylish, offering clean and compact rooms that are perfect for a short stay. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re efficiently laid out with all the essentials—comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi, and a compact bathroom with a refreshing shower.
The location is a major plus, especially if you’re planning to explore Serpong or nearby areas. It’s close to many shopping malls, restaurants, and business centers, making it easy to access everything you need. I particularly appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were quick to assist with any questions and offered some great local recommendations.
The lobby area has a trendy, upbeat vibe, and there’s a small café where you can grab a quick coffee or snack. While the hotel doesn’t offer extensive amenities, it’s ideal for travelers who value a clean, comfortable place to rest without the extras.
Overall, Starlet Hotel Serpong offers great value for money, a convenient location, and a comfortable, no-frills stay. It’s a solid choice for budget-conscious travelers or anyone needing a base in Serpong!
The place is very clean, close to the airport. Breakfast was nice but without any coffee or tea. It would be nice to have a cuppa in the morning.
Moreover it would be appreciated if they offer an hourly shuttle from the airport to the hotel with some charges instead of taking a taxi, where the communication is very difficult with the taxi driver.
In short, the place is recommended as it is near the airport and extremely clean and friendly.
It was a reasonable accommodation for the price. It was reasonably clean and reasonably comfortable. I was a little worried because there was no toilet paper. I was glad that the shower was hot and the air conditioner was working properly.
Saya pesankan buat orang.dan yg bersangkutan milih hotel yg dekat bandara, sehari sebelum check in, saya batalkan. Tapi Sayang pembayaran tidk bisa direfund
I booked the hotel for one night and it was a nightmare. The officer gave me a room facing the road. I can hear the vehicles noise from my room. I was curious why the sound could be heard from my room. It turned out that the there was a gap at the window. I tried to make it close multiple times but it’s useless. At the end, i slept with my air pods on.
Staying here is comfortable, the place is also clean. I shared a room here for only 160 rb, which is very worthwhile. The place to stay has a parking ticket, yes, so the hour has to pay. Location near indomaret.
the only downside is that it is not soundproof,so there is a little noisy.the bathroom is very clean, and the tap water is all turned on well.
Great as always, the ac was very cold this time in room 311, but unfortunately it should be that cold because otherwise it will spool the floor and the hot water is also great because it is faster than other rooms.
Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay.

FFidiatun IsmailVery nice hotel in Jakarta.

Many shop and food around hotel.

DDjohan IkaArrived from Bali close to midnite. I manage to arrange a pick up schedule, but driver have to pick up quite a lot of other passengers from different terminals, so time to get to the hotel took about 80-90 minutes which it would only take 10 minutes by Taxi which might cost 100K.
By 7ish I was back ti the airport again to catch my 10@m flight back to HKG.
Bravo to the Drivers who are all nice n courteous,
Better hotel choice than the Capsule at the terminal 3 which is very Noisy when I stayed on my way to Bali before which cost about the same.
The Chain Lock was Cut separated which Gave me quite unsecure feeling but Thank God nothing happened.

MMattyFNo luxuries here, and it has seen better days! But it’s not about luxury, it’s about the convenience. I arrived at 01:30 and wanted a clean comfortable bed and a good shower in the morning. That is exactly what I got. I left at 11:00 feeling refreshed and ready to go into Jakarta. The staff were pleasant and helpful too, even at 01:30!
DDavid HerbertThis hotel is relatively close to Jakarta Airport and offers a free shuttle to the airport every half-hour or so. No doubt, when the hotel was built it was even more convenient than it is now, but a new freeway cuts off the direct access and so the drive to the hotel from the airport is a bit convoluted.
The hotel is very basic and there is not much around the hotel that is easily accessible by foot if you have a few hours to kill. There is a small (basic) restaurant at the entrance to the hotel and a few local restaurants (under tarpaulins) within walking distance. Some of the nearby hotels have restaurants and bars if you are looking for something a little more sophisticated (POP! hotel only has a vending machine in the lobby).
The walls are thin and you can hear noise in corridors and from neighbouring rooms, and the bathroom is compact and plastic, to put it politely.
It is a clean, basic, cheap and cheerful hotel, but don't expect sophistication.
DDebiiqbalI stayed at the M1 Residence on my recent trip to Jakarta and I was very impressed. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport, making it very convenient for early morning flights. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a free airport shuttle, which is a great added bonus.
I would definitely recommend the Swift Inn Aeropolis Airport to anyone looking for a good value hotel near the airport. It is a great option for both business and leisure travelers.
Here are some specific details about the hotel that you can mention in your review:
The price of the rooms is very affordable, especially for the location.
The hotel is quite clean.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport, You Can Walk by TOD M1
The hotel dont have variety of amenities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and restaurant.
GGuest UserThe hotel is a decent 10-15 walk away from the international arrivals area, but its in a quiet area so you wont have an issue with noise. A locker is provided as well as access to 3-4 private bathrooms. So that means only 3-4 people may use the restroom at a time but this wont be an issue.
Bed is comfy and capsule is well ventilated. I never felt uncomfortable. There is no outlet that i saw. Bring a USB-A cable.
GGuest UserThe room is located near to toilet and storage room and it caused lots of noise from people moving around and opening/closing the storage. Was thinking to book the room instead of capsule to get better space, but their room placement cause lots of inconvenience for sleep from the noise.
