The service was very good and they had reminders all over for help and what to do. They have a cute downstairs living area. My husband and I stayed for only one night and wished we had stayed for longer. There was AC and a fan for cool airflow and there was everything else we needed there. Definitely recommend this place for a cheap and comfy place.

The accommodation is about 15 minutes from Hualien Railway Station. There are many convenience stores and supermarkets along the way, and many souvenir shops in front of the station. It is a great place to stay with a variety of room types. Everyone is welcome to come and experience the accommodation.

It’s easy to access Ximen Station about for 7min walk from the hotel.
Room and bed are clean.
Card key needed to access the room makes it safe.
There is an outlet with USB ports.
Towels are available to rent at the front desk, but it’s not 24-hour service. I recommend you bring towels and shower shoes.

Brilliant hotel situated 3 minutes from the beach and at the bottom of the main street night market. Bus stop within a few minutes walk. Great discount price for scooter rentals. We were upgraded to balcony room without request. We had daily fresh towels and water and bins changed. No recycling options, all waste in one general bin which I didn't like. Water fountain on first floor. Would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is a new building with excellent natural light. My room offered a view of the 7-11 on the corner, and morning sun streamed in. The only drawback was that the room size was a bit small, but it felt very cozy. The air conditioning unit was also spotless.
Being a new building, there were no strange odors, unlike some B&Bs that use chemical air fresheners to mask smells. The room had simple furnishings, but everything was dust-free, indicating thorough cleaning. Even the curtains were spotless.
The window soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep – I slept soundly until morning. The room door was made of wood, and its sound insulation was slightly less effective. Opening and closing the door created a somewhat louder noise, though I still couldn't hear any disturbances from other guests.
The kitchen was available for simple use and was kept remarkably clean, tidy, and bright. The refrigerator was spotless, and there was a water dispenser along with various tea bags. Clean trays were also provided. There was a microwave, but it wasn't plugged in – to avoid potentially damaging the appliance, I opted not to use it.
The living room, furnished with simple wooden pieces, felt somewhat uncomfortable. Overall, however, my impression was positive. It's highly recommended for those who appreciate cleanliness.
This year, I took the Penghu ferry again for a four-day, three-night trip to Penghu 🚗⛴️
I left all my luggage in the car, so it was super convenient not having to carry anything!
This time, I stayed at the Penghu Linhaiju Resort Hotel, which was incredibly clean 👍
You have to change into indoor slippers before taking the elevator, so the room floor wasn't sandy at all and felt super comfortable to walk on. And the price was amazing—only NT$4087 for a four-person room for four days and three nights! 😲
We also made some new discoveries on our trip—it was our first time visiting Jibei Island, and we did the ”8-in-1 water activities,” which included snorkeling! The underwater scenery was absolutely stunning; the fish and corals were spectacular 🐠🌊
We also went to the Penghu Aquarium, which we hadn't visited last time, and the kids were completely mesmerized.
This second visit to Penghu, although I'd been to some of the places before, felt completely different. My youngest daughter is two years old now, and she understands much more and interacts better than when she was one year old. The whole trip was filled with laughter ❤️
Penghu is still beautiful~
It also holds precious memories for our family ✨

1. The hotel location is very close to Kaohsiung Railway Station, about a 10-minute walk
There is also Xiaobei Department Store and 7-11 in the evening
2. The hotel clerk told me that it is cheaper to book on the official website than on Trip.
3. There is no separate bathroom. Public bathrooms are required for bathing, toilets and bathing.
4. The entire hotel is on the first floor underground. There are no windows to the outside, central air conditioning, and no way to adjust the temperature...it will be too cold to sleep well at night.
5. The environment is clean and simple breakfast is available.
People who are light sleepers and value privacy...a single room may not fully satisfy you.

I was a bit worried because other sites mentioned that the supported languages were Chinese and English, but at check-in, they showed me a Japanese paper. The front desk staff, even with limited Japanese, explained things to me in Japanese or used a translator to communicate, which was very kind of them. Perhaps because there's no window in the room, the air felt stuffy and had a peculiar smell. I wasn't sure if it was okay to flush the toilet paper, but since there didn't seem to be a specific bin for it and it was water-soluble, I flushed it. There are almost no amenities! I think Japanese guests would find it more comfortable with slippers. You can hear quite a bit of noise from other rooms, but there were earplugs at the front desk. It even said ”Please feel free to take one” in both Japanese and English, which made me smile. The hotel is located between Taipei Main Station and Beimen Station, and while it's a bit of a walk, the access is good. There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor of the hotel, and many breakfast places nearby. I would definitely like to stay here again when I come to Taiwan. Thank you very much!

Thank you to the owner for the upgrade to a double room with a window. There is a washing machine on the top floor, and a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishes on the first floor. If you can't finish the food, you can put it in the refrigerator and reheat it. There are 4 parking spaces outside the hotel, and if they are full, you can park in the parking lot diagonally opposite.

I cannot recommend this place. I wanted to treat myself to something nice, but woke up in the middle of the night with a headache, as my room was running out of air. None of the windows open! I tried all settings of the AC, which required me to call my wife in China, as it was all in Chinese, but still there was never enough fresh air. I then cancelled my booking.
Also, the floor-to-ceiling windows only work if you are on the 5th floor. I was on the second floor, basically street level and had eye contact with construction workers on the street. In that context, smaller windows would have been better, as you are basically seen by everyone passing by on the street (see photos).

VVXLIAthe place was very convenient to get to, connected to many train stations (albeit requires quite a walk). biggest drawback is that they do not clean the rooms & there are no lifts. the main lobby is already on the second floor. the steps are very narrow and it can be quite difficult to bring up/down the suitcases
SsjenskaaVery cheap but definitely of good value. The rooms are spacious, just not that many amenities (but that’s totally ok for the price). The hotel is located next to the railway, but we didn’t have any problem sleeping.
Aahjin004Location is excellent wise. Close by airport rail at Taipei Main Station ( 5 mins walk) , several convenient store nearby theh hostel and you are Muslims travelling looking for halal food, fret not as there's two halal chinese restaurant right below the hostel. The common area is fully air conditioned and the amenities are complete (washing machine / dryer/ water machine so you can get hot / cold water)
Will be coming to stay here again next time I'm in Taipei 🫡🫡🫡
MM484188****The hotel rooms are spacious and well-appointed. However, most of the wooden floorboards creak when walked on, the pillows are a bit firm, and the duvet is quite thick. I stayed on the 23rd floor this time, and the view directly overlooking the harbor and sea was incredibly pleasant. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from both the MRT and light rail stations.

AAnonymous UserThe room design is great, the breakfast is delicious, the landlady's service staff are friendly and provide all kinds of inquiries. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The hotel is also in a great location, very close to the beach.
CChihYingNine copies must have been here, but not necessarily lived.
This time I came here for a vacation with my family.
The forest cabin has a special flavor
Going down the slope is Jiufen Old Street
And enjoy the view of the north coast.
Although the door is not very easy to find
But it's a secret feeling.
GGuest UserRoom 210, a six-person room, felt a bit small, almost like it was converted from a two or four-person room. The entryway for six pairs of shoes was quite cramped. The room was next to the elevator, but noise wasn't really an issue. The bathroom was very narrow, and the sink was so small that I almost hit the mirror while washing my face. There was no separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. They provided one pair of plastic slippers and six pairs of paper slippers, but I'd recommend bringing your own for more comfort. The communal restroom was on the first floor, and the water dispenser was on the second. The room itself was clean and odorless, had a TV, but not many power outlets. A small hairdryer was provided. Breakfast was an all-you-can-eat buffet at a restaurant near 7-Eleven, and the cabbage was delicious 😋
LLily in wonderlandWhat a find! I just spent a long weekend at color mix hostel and I absolutely loved it. Perfect location! Foodie places everywhere, near transportation. The room itself had just what a needed a clean space and bed to lay after sightseeing all day! I would definitely stay again.
GGuest UserThe place was alright but I think for the price, there are better options out there.
Unfortunately, my room is the first one on the left from the lobby. With the poor sound insulation, it was absolutely necessary to have earplugs to block out the noises coming from the corridor. The room is generally alright and quite spacious, but the decor is quite old, and it might feel a bit dark and dirty. There are windows but they looked to be sealed so everything feels enclosed too. The toilet is also poorly designed with water going everywhere during shower.
The common area is big with everything you expect from a hostel. Nice space to have chats with people or just take a rest. But again I feel that because of the decor, it might seem a bit old and dirty.
The location is relatively convenient, you have to walk a little to the stations.
AAnonymous Userwalking distance to ximending 2-3mins, to bus stop 4-6mins. Double suite not big but space design and organize with well, have a lot of storage space. Common area well design and decoration, have few water dispenser and study space for all. 4th floor have washer machine (need token) and microwave (free).
