Courteous & polite receptionist. Can use English for communication since my Chinese isn’t good . This one of my advantages. Easy to look for foods, subtrain station just v near , easy to get to the airport which only ¥4.00 per person .. than taking taxi may cost¥100.00 . If I ever come to Dalian again I would choose to stay here again.. with  washing machine   & liquid provided  provided upon request .lastly I would say “ a v comfortable stay”

I spent one night at this remarkable hotel. Initially, I was a little troubled when I couldn’t find the front desk on the main floor, but a few minutes later, a friendly and helpful staff member assisted me. She escorted me to my room, explained all the services, and allowed me to enjoy the spacious, comfortable room with its unmatched view. The next day, after running the Dalian Marathon, I was completely exhausted. To my surprise, the same kind lady arranged for me to extend my stay by two hours and even personally helped me get a taxi. I’m truly grateful for her exceptional hospitality—thank you so much!, 悦禾

This hotel is in the prime location in Dalian and it has an amazing view. It is essentially an apartment being rented as a hotel, so it has apartment like amenities such as a washer, a counter top and sink and a China size one person refridgerator. The bed is China style. There is a neat window seat at the window to sit and watch the world go by. The manager is completely amazing and can communicate via Wechat and is helpful with anything needed. There are no hotel amenities and it is different to get into until you get the hang of it.

Downstairs is the Color TV Tower Night Market, with a beautiful night view. The room was very clean, and the service was attentive. I'd definitely stay here again next time and recommend it to everyone. Most importantly, it's conveniently located near the subway station. The gate downstairs requires a card or facial recognition, and the elevator also requires a card, making it very safe and reassuring for women. The room was also very clean and tidy. They asked every day if we needed housekeeping, and the service was excellent. Any questions were addressed promptly and addressed. There's a night market downstairs, but it's not noisy at night. And if you want to go downstairs for a late-night snack after 10 PM, it's always crowded, and there are still people around until around midnight, so there's no need to worry.

The hotel is located near the beach, the windows give a beautiful view on the sea. You can find a lot of shops and good places to eat near the hotel. The reception workers are really helpful and speak really good English, so if you’re a foreigner, there won’t be difficulties in communication. The room is boy and bright with a nice bathroom and all the amenities. One thing that made me unhappy is a dirty towel and a spot on the pillowcase, but after I contacted with the reception, the problem was solved quickly

The environment is fantastic, and the sea view room was absolutely amazing – so clean and tidy. The front desk lady was incredibly gentle and the shuttle service, both pickup and drop-off, was excellent. My colleague lost her passport, and the staff went above and beyond, helping her search for it repeatedly. Thanks to their assistance, she was able to catch her flight and avoid being stranded in Dalian. A huge thank you to all the staff at Yibuhai Homestay for leaving my colleague with such a wonderfully romantic memory in Dalian. Next time I need to book a room, I'll definitely choose this place again. Highly recommend it!

First of all, I am very satisfied with the hotel staff. They are very friendly and caring. As a professor of tourism management, I should thank them for their service and caring attitude towards guests. Regarding the hotel, it is very convenient for local/international travel and the location is also convenient. The room is very clean and comfortable. Extremely satisfied! The owner was incredibly kind and even came down to greet us and help us to our room. The room itself was spotlessly clean and bright, and I absolutely loved the large windows! It featured smart voice control throughout, and also came equipped with a fridge and washing machine. The location was super convenient for transport, making our stay very comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shenyang. Truly a fantastic experience!

The homestay I stayed in this time was very satisfied overall 👍 1. Comfortable environment: the surrounding area is quiet, green plants can be seen outside the window, it is very comfortable to get up in the morning, and you can relax completely. 2. The room is intimate: the decoration is a warm style, the bedding is clean and soft, and the sleep is good; the bathroom has no smell, the hot water is stable, and the daily hair dryer and toiletries are also complete. 3. Good service: The landlord gave the check-in guide in advance, and he asked him for a second if he had any questions, and he didn't let him. The overall cost-effective, will consider choosing here next time.

It is in Victoria Mansion. The environment is very good. Venice Water City is downstairs. It is very convenient for tourism. Bus No. 13 can go directly to Haizhiyun Park downstairs. It is about 400 meters away from the subway line 2. It is very good. I stayed for two days and an aunt came to clean every day. The sanitation treatment is quite good. The supplies are very complete. I can directly see the sea, seagulls and big ships on Gangdong Fifth Street in the house🚢 I am in a good mood, very good, and I will choose this one next time.
