Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellence location. Located above an MRT station with direct lift from the home stay to the station level. Beijing walking street just beside the home stay. One down side is that the exterior was badly maintained and quite run down. Swimming pool was emptied of water. Interior of the room was ok.

Arrived from the UK a bit worried and tensed. Got to my hotel and met an amazing team of young ladies at the reception who though they didn't understand my language, were eager to help me get settled in. Times I needed to get a taxi or get food delivered, they handled it swiftly The services received during my stay here was nothing short of amazing. I recommend them and here is an opportunity to actually thank all those girls running different shifts at the reception for a job well done.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. What really sets them apart is how they handle a situation. When Typhoon Ragasa was making its way to Shenzhen, I was genuinely impressed. Instead of just doing nothing, they called me! The person on the phone was kind, explaining the situation and giving clear, practical advice like making sure the windows are locked. I saw they had even taped up the windows at the entrance as an extra precaution. It immediately made me feel like I was in well prepared place while in an unexpected circumstance. That same caring attitude is reflected in every interaction with the front desk staff. They are just the sweetest, most genuine people. Whether I was asking when the typhoon was going to hit or when I forgot my keycard in my room, they were always so kind and attentive. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and the service here truly great! And let me tell you, don’t walk past the front desk without trying their tea! It’s such a lovely touch. I found myself looking forward to that delicious cup of tea. It’s those little details that really make it a great experience.

My stay at this apartment suite was absolutely perfect! The room was incredibly stylish, and the huge floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the city lights at night. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, on par with a five-star hotel, and I woke up feeling completely refreshed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it super convenient to cook my own meals, and the smart home features were an absolute delight! The butler service was very responsive, and the cleanliness was impeccable down to every detail. The location was easily accessible, with a bustling commercial district right downstairs. Plus, the front desk attendant was exceptionally charming! I even heard she secretly practices the 'Mixue Ice Cream & Tea' jingle whenever she has a free moment! 😆😆😆

This hotel is hands down my favorite in the city. From the moment we stepped in, the service was outstanding. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making our check-in process smooth and quick. The room itself was warm, comfortable, and beautifully arranged, truly feeling like a home away from home.

Our stay at Bo Yu Apartments in Xiaojingwan was an absolute delight! I had initially been worried that three consecutive days of rain would dampen our spirits, but to my surprise, the room was clean and comfortable. It was perfect for staying with kids – as soon as the rain stopped, we could head straight down to the beach to dig in the sand, and coming back to the room for a shower after playing was incredibly convenient. That was a huge plus. As for dining, we also made a couple of pleasant discoveries. On the first day, we ate in the commercial street; while the options weren't extensive, the ingredients were very fresh. On the second day, we bought seafood at Xiacong Market and had it cooked at a nearby eatery – the value for money was astonishing! This three-day, two-night trip was meant to be an 'escape from the daily grind,' but it felt more like a wonderfully stolen moment of relaxation. We truly enjoyed ourselves. We'll definitely be back when the weather is clear!

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotlessly clean and bright, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the check-in process was very efficient. There are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby, and it's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

The driver had difficulty locating the hotel until he called the hotel reception for assistance. The staff came down to the main road and brought us up to the reception. Our rooms were upgraded; however, one of the rooms had a smoke smell even though we had requested a smoke-free room. We left the window open and returned shortly after, finding less smoke smell. The hotel's location was fabulous, with many high-end shops and restaurants nearby. However, be aware that the room does not have soundproofing, and we had a food delivery person knocking at our door at 12am.

The environment is great, and the room is clean, comfortable, and cozy. The layout is perfect for business needs, enhancing work efficiency. The front desk service was excellent, responding to any issues instantly. The facilities, like the fridge and washing machine, were exactly as described and worked perfectly, which was a relief. The cleanliness was impeccable—the sofa and bed were visibly spotless, with zero stains, making for a very reassuring and fantastic stay!

The scenery is beautiful Service is also very good It’s just a building where the entrance and exit are relatively dark.
