Room was clean. Bathroom towels were wrapped in plastic bags but there is a slight step to the bathroom, which is slightly inconvenient. However, the hotel is located next to a dim sum shop which makes it easy to get breakfast. Location was a bit far from the tourist attractions but still walkable.

Ideal location, bus stops are near the hotel , no noises even the hotel is in front the main road. There is a morning market opposite the hotel, 2 supermarkets and eateries. The front desk ladies and ladies taking care of rooms are helpful and wonderfully. Room is cleaned with 2 big netting windows. Highly recommended.

We booked this hotel for its location which was very convenient for walking to Shuidong Street and the West Lake. There were many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. The room was good for what we paid - large room, memory foam mattress, 2 armchairs, kettle, hairdryer, hot water with good pressure, slippers and toiletries. Wifi was strong! There was a Chinese pharmacy downstairs that we consulted and the medicines they prescribed helped my husband get over his cough after 2 doses - I highly recommend it! A couple of drawbacks - firstly, their heating was not working so we nearly gave up but luckily they had a small heater that they loaned us and it was sufficient. Secondly, the website said it was a non -smoking hotel but they said it was not. Again we were lucky to get a room that didn’t seem to smell of cigarette smoke.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service, which is decent even though it's only once an hour. It's located right next to the Rezen Hotel, and if you walk 7-8 minutes behind the hotel, you'll find plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, which is quite convenient. The complimentary breakfast needs to be claimed before 8 AM; otherwise, it's forfeited. It's just a cup of instant noodles, which is fine. Other than being a bit old, the room has no other issues.

A great accommodation choice for those who want to get away from the central busier areas of the city of Shenzhen. It is located near Heshuikou subway station, and close to Gongming Square, which makes it a good stop for sightseeing. The rooms and service are excellent, everything is functional. Amenities include free breakfast and laundry service. In addition, the reception is very welcoming and accommodating in ensuring an amazing hotel experience.

The front desk allowed me to check in early and kindly upgraded my room. The room was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable and perfect for a good night’s sleep. The location is only two stations away from Beijing Lu Station, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and fruit shops nearby.

Jinjiang Inn has always been small but well-equipped. It has everything, the room is very clean, and the price/performance ratio is very high. There is also breakfast downstairs.

The environment is great nearby. Red wine is available when ordering from Ctrip. The location is great and parking is convenient. There is plenty of hot water. The breakfast is great. The air conditioning is powerful and the environment is quiet. The front desk is beautiful and the service is good.

In terms of the room, the area is large, very comfortable, clean, the bathroom water temperature and water pressure are very good, the room is also very quiet, the wifi signal is also very good; the waiter service is very good. The transportation is very convenient, there are many restaurants, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, the surrounding environment is very good, there are parks, there are department stores and shopping malls a little farther, come back next time, or will choose it.

The special offer king room is amazing value for money! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and supportive, and there was plenty of natural light. The Wi-Fi connected directly via QR code, with the password clearly displayed. The hot water supply was stable, making for a very comfortable shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. The pricing was transparent with no hidden fees. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.
