The hotel is great! The duplex apartment is really well-designed and clean. Downstairs, there's a food court and a Changdachang supermarket, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to Seven Star Crags, making it easy to visit attractions. It's a fantastic experience for families traveling with kids!

The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic! It's within walking distance to the Guangdong Provincial Museum, the Grand Theater, Canton Tower, the Financial Center, and various shopping malls and metro stations. You can get to all of them with a leisurely stroll. The room itself is incredibly spacious, clean, and tidy. In an industry where most hotel twin rooms offer 1.35-meter beds, having 1.5-meter beds was a huge plus – they were so comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly. Super thumbs up! 👍🏻 All the amenities provided were also very practical and useful. The service was absolutely, incredibly, wonderfully superb! The staff were so thoughtful and patient. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This will definitely be my go-to choice for future trips to Guangzhou.

Umi Boutique Apartment is absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their service was exceptional. They even upgraded my room, which made me so happy! I have to say, the decor here is just perfect – very on-trend with the 'cream style' everyone loves right now. The bedding is super comfy too. The room itself is gorgeous, and I loved being able to lie on the soft bed and watch movies. It offers amazing value for money, truly a no-brainer to book. Plus, they provide disposable towels, which is a really thoughtful touch.

It's a budget hotel near West Lake (Xihu) catering for lots of local Chinese tourists. We were allocated a quiet room and we had a peaceful and good sleep for two nights. We visited two major attractions: Shui Dong Street and Xihu lake. Since it was CNY holiday in China, there were so many people and the roads were packed with cars. The front desk ladies are very welcoming, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. Their service is tip top and perfectly efficient. We also met one young guy at the counter who is equally efficient. Thank you very much for your kind service. The room is well-equipped. Rubber slippers are only provided by request. The towels are all santised and clean. Right opposite the hotel is the morning market and just a little walk into the middle of the market you could find a small shop selling delicious wantons and shui jiao (dumplings). The hotel is reachable by public buses#15 plus others and will stop at NanTan 南坛Bus Stop, just 50m away from the hotel.

The ladies at the hotel front desk were all very nice. The room was relatively clean, which was good, though there's still room for improvement. The best part is that the subway station is just a minute away from the entrance, making it super convenient to get around. It's also close to Dongmen, Huaqiangbei, Baoshuitai Mall, and there's even a Walmart nearby. Very convenient stay overall.

What truly impressed me about my stay wasn't the facilities, but every single person I encountered from check-in to check-out. Even before I arrived, the hotel sent a detailed itinerary via their app, clearly outlining transportation routes and local surroundings – a small detail that showed great thoughtfulness. The location was indeed convenient, about a ten-minute taxi ride from the station, and there were several breakfast spots downstairs, making it easy to grab some warm soy milk and fried dough sticks in the morning. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming during check-in, always smiling. Seeing my luggage, the young lady proactively offered help and thoughtfully assigned me a quieter room. When I asked for local restaurant recommendations, she patiently drew a small map, marking out every turn with precision. Throughout my two-day stay, whenever I passed the front desk, they would always greet me, asking how my stay was and if I needed anything – a genuine concern, not just polite formalities. The cleaning staff, in particular, left a warm impression. Every day I returned to a spotless room; the bed was impeccably made without a single wrinkle. Even my toiletries, which I’d carelessly left on the table, were neatly arranged, and my charging cables were tidily coiled. One time, I left my pajamas draped over a chair, and when I returned, they were neatly folded and placed by the pillow. Whenever I ran into her in the hallway, she'd always greet me with a smile, asking, 'Welcome back,' or 'Did you sleep well?' One day, I needed two extra towels, and she immediately scurried to get them, even asking if I had enough water – truly dedicated and responsible. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, everyone genuinely cared, making my stay incredibly comfortable and effortless. This hotel will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in the area.

I originally planned to take a short break during the Dragon Boat Festival. When I applied for leave with my boss, it was approved immediately, which made me so happy! I quickly opened Ctrip and booked my flight, and to my delight, the prices hadn't gone up. After work, I rushed home, packed my bags, and headed straight to the airport. All the traffic lights were green, and there was no traffic. The driver was also very polite and kind, even helping me with my luggage when I got out, which made me feel very warm. I was in such a great mood for my trip! I arrived in Guangzhou smoothly and took a taxi to the attractions I wanted to visit. I booked a hotel last minute and found its location to be absolutely fantastic, very convenient with everything nearby, and the price wasn't too expensive either. The front desk ladies were incredibly warm and friendly. Seeing that I was from out of town, they specifically found me the room type I wanted and even thoughtfully added the concierge's WeChat, sending me location guides and other tips. I had a wonderful two days in Guangzhou, eating and drinking to my heart's content, and even brought back plenty of local specialties for my colleagues. This trip was truly meaningful; I encountered so many warm people and experiences, which even improved my mood about returning to work. I'll definitely come back to Guangzhou again!

Hailing Island Tongyu Seaview Apartment really exceeded expectations! As soon as I entered the room, I was amazed. The hygiene was super clean. The bedding was soft and there was no smell at all. The details were full of care. The front desk brother was very good. When we checked in, he took the initiative to help us upgrade the room type. The sea view of the room was directly full! The price is very high compared to the hotel in the same location. The beach is downstairs. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes. It is also super convenient to eat seafood. The whole service is very intimate, if you have any questions, find the housekeeper in seconds, next time you come to Hailing Island, you will still live here, I highly recommend it to friends who come to play!

The room faces the sea and is a sea-view room with an unbeatable view! The butler service was excellent. Since I was traveling with two young children, I frequently troubled the butler to bring things, and they always had a great attitude, were very dedicated to their service, always accommodating, and answered all our questions! This will be my top choice next time I want to see a sea view in Yangjiang!!

Overall, I think it's a great place! The room is spacious and bright, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views outside. Most importantly, the location is incredibly convenient – very close to the subway station and also near Guangzhou East Railway Station. The hygiene inside is excellent, and the customer service staff are very friendly. The cleaning aunties are also very meticulous and always help clean promptly. I've extended my stay for several nights and would love to keep staying here.
