The hotel's location is good for muslim travelers because it is near from a masjid, halal restaurants and asia marts. The hotel is really dirty with the fridge and drinking utensils poorly cleaned, floor and furnitures filled with dusts, hairs on the bed and towels and some cobwebs probably unseen because of the room's poor lighting. I did not complain because of the price and the location but I would not likely come back

Its prime location next to Antwerp Central Station is a major advantage. This provides easy access to public transport for exploring Antwerp and beyond, including direct Thalys connections. The rooms are described as modern and clean, which is crucial for a comfortable stay. While compact (around 13-15 sqm), they are designed to be functional, typically including a comfortable ”Sweet Bed™ by ibis budget”, a desk, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a private bathroom with a shower and eco-friendly toiletries. The room also features a separate toilet. For quick snacks and drinks outside of breakfast hours, vending machines are available but they only accept cash.

Location and cleanliness were good. So were the services and amenities.

A great room and friendly service, but guests are in details – and they are missing here. We had no high expectations for a two-star hotel. The room was clean and the location is good. But why is there a simple glass laundry table lacking? That detail is almost nothing, but says a lot. Then that 'lottery' : almost everyone 'wins' a glass of water, which you must drink standing at the reception. While there is just a water tip. That feels not like a careful extra, but rather like a flawy marketing trick. It's a pity, because just those small savings make you feel no real guest, a little more attention, and it would be much better.
