My room next to the front desk didn't use a card key, so it took some effort to open and close the door. Every time I struggled with it, a staff member from the front desk would come and help me open and close the key. In the evening, I had the rooftop terrace all to myself with a juice in hand. It's also conveniently close to the main attractions of Ichon-Qala, so I could easily pop back to the hotel for a quick break. Whenever I had a small problem, the staff were immediately there to help. I'm truly grateful for all their assistance. I highly recommend this place!
Absolutely loved everything! A new hotel, sparkling clean, with fresh linens, towels, and a comfortable bed. There's a safe, and the breakfasts are fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. They greeted us with tea and local sweets upon arrival. Check-in is officially at 3 PM, but we arrived at 12 PM and they immediately let us check in. They even upgraded our room without any extra charge! When they found out it was my husband's birthday, they brought a complimentary hotel treat to our room – raisins and nuts. In the evening, we ordered dinner on the terrace with a view of the old town. We were the only ones on the terrace, making it incredibly romantic – the old town, delicious food, and the moon. The hotel staff wished my husband a happy birthday and even gifted us a bottle of wine. We absolutely loved the hotel and the service; everything was top-notch. Thank you so much!
Amazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.
The hotel is located in Khiva's old city and is considered a decent guesthouse for the area, with reasonable prices. The service is good, and the facilities are relatively new. It's a good choice if you're looking to relax and unwind while exploring Khiva's old city.
The greatest advantage was the location of the hotel - all the sights nearby.
Breakfast is saturated, although there was no variety.
From the downsides - very bad water flowed from the crane, (about the showers at all silent) ,right very bad .
Featuring a garden and a terrace, HAYAT inn KHIVA is located in Khiva. The property has a 24-hour front desk, airport transportation, a shared kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property.
At the hotel, all rooms include a closet. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries, all rooms at HAYAT inn KHIVA have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms also offer a seating area. The rooms will provide guests with a desk and an electric tea pot.
Urgench International Airport is 22 miles from the property.
The homestay is in the old city. It takes about 200 meters to enter from a city gate. The taxi and the gatekeeper explain that they can drive into the hotel. Walk 200 meters at night to the short tower to see the night view, but you have to pass a dark light alley, and the small city is safe.
Located in the center of Khiva, it was convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is old and the breakfast was the most basic I've had in Uzbekistan, with the same meal served every day. However, the staff were kind and gentle. I was able to stay there with peace of mind.
The hotel was clean and the bathroom was creaky
The hot water in the shower was warm.
Amenities such as toothbrushes and shampoo were all available
Breakfast was also rich and delicious
I didn't understand Russian by phone from a taxi and it was very helpful to respond instead.
I want to stay again
1. Stand
A hotel a little far from Ichan Kara but within walking distance. If you walk to Ichan Kara, the north gate is close. From the north gate, you can go up to the wall (additional fee is required). The most tourists are the East Gate and the West Gate, so it is necessary to think about walking a little more even if you enter Ichan Kara. After walking and getting tired, it is also an ant to pay about 100-200 yen to the hotel by YandexGo. Making more land than in Ichan Kara. It is important to the atmosphere of Oita, so it feels like the price and the consultation.
2. Equipment
Basically wide and beautiful. Cleaning is done at a level where there is no dissatisfaction. I am glad that there is a bathtub as a Japanese. While there are many inns in Uzbekistan that do not have decent hot water, the hotel here has a solid hot water. The toilet is normal. My guest room was built in the toilet bowl with a bidet. It is better to add the toilet in Ichan Kara because it is not very clean and it is taken money. The courtyard was large and it seemed to have a pool. It's a matter of taste, but the bed is a little hard.
3. Service
Breakfast is delicious enough at a level that is not inferior to inns in the same price range in other cities. The people at the front desk didn't feel any inconvenience. Basically, English was spoken everywhere in the hotel.

MMaggie T.A.HNice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended
GGuest UserThe hotel is located inside Ichan Qal’a. It is new, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, and the hotel offers beautiful views. It also features a rooftop terrace where guests can relax and enjoy the scenery.

AAnonymous UserAmazing stay, hotel is right at the center of the old town, next to great restaurants. The family that runs it is lovely. Good little breakfast. Room was very clean and smelled nice.
AAnonymous UserIt is about 5 minutes walk from the west gate of Ichankara. It is convenient to the west gate if you are not concerned with staying in Ichankara. It was a hotel full of family-run hospitality. The hotel was clean to change to shoes, and the room was clean and comfortable. At breakfast, my eldest son's boy taught me how to eat delicious food.
In addition, this owner also has a travel agency, and I had a taxi to Bukhara via the owner's recommended Ayazukara. I didn't have much time in Ayazukara because I left Hiba after 15:00, but the sunset over the desert seen from Ayazukara was difficult to change.
I would like to stay again when I go to Hiba.
