The original hotel we booked had a problem, so we booked this one at the last minute. It turned out to be excellent, exceeding our expectations.
This hotel only opened this year. The rooms were very clean, the facilities were complete, and the bathroom fixtures were of good quality. The style combined traditional and modern elements, and the details of the decor were very well done. Chatting with the hotel owner upon check-out, we learned that he is a designer who designed and runs the hotel himself, which explains the excellent facilities and service.
The hotel is ideally located, just a few steps from Liab i Kahouz. The place is beautiful and peaceful and the rooms are more than spacious. The house is made daily and carefully. The staff is arranged and find solutions for each request. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
A wonderful hotel, literally five minutes from the old town. We were given a large room for two, with four beds. The room and bathroom are authentic, in Uzbek style. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, and there are blankets in the closet. The bathroom has a bathtub, not a shower, and shower gel, shampoo, and a toothbrush are provided. The linens and pillows are crisp white. The receptionists are professionals, very polite, and always ready to help and advise. The breakfasts are delicious: porridge, omelets, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, meat, cheese, vegetables, pancakes, stuffed pancakes, syrniki, sweets, fruit, and delicious coffee. Everything is fresh.
The room is clean, with no musty or damp smell, and the air conditioning is quiet.
Thank you to the staff for such amenities and their excellent service.
Bukhara – you are wonderful! We will come back and only here!
I don’t know if it’s a B&B or a family hotel? The woman shown in Figure 2 is entering the Kucardos Boutique Hotel, not the larger door on the left. If it wasn't for the chartered driver to deliver it, I probably wouldn't have found it myself. The hotel is very small, but the room is quiet and the air conditioning is sufficient, which effectively combats the 40℃+ heat in Bukhara. Breakfast is prepared for each person, and the waiter serves it immediately when he sees us entering the restaurant without ordering. The location is excellent, right on the edge of the ancient city of Bukhara, making it convenient for us to hike into the city many times day and night. The lady boss is also friendly and her English is surprisingly fluent, making communication easy.
I seldom give bad reviews and I actively encourage businesses to write truthful experiences. This hotel has no integrity. I couldn't cancel the payment after it had been paid, and I informed the hotel during the day that the bus would arrive a little later in the evening and they must keep the room I booked. The room I booked was a little unique and new, but when I arrived and checked in at 10 pm, the hotel directly informed me of the water pipe problem and arranged me to the nearby Komil boutique hotel. The triple room was extremely shabby! This is too much. They saw that I was tired and told the hotel to reserve a room for me during the day. Why didn’t they explain the situation and put me in another hotel without permission? They didn’t tell Ctrip or ask me. I informed the agent about the situation but he didn’t cooperate with me and gave me a bad review! There are too many tourists in Bukhara. The hotel feels fully booked under the sun during the day. The hotel's attitude towards doing business is very strong! The actual travel experience in Bukhara is not good. Stay for one night at most and leave. It is enough to sell goods everywhere! Besides, they replaced my shower head with another hotel's without my permission, there was no toothbrush or toilet paper, the air conditioner took a long time to cool, there were only two sockets, and the lights were not bright enough! The wooden floor of the room creaks and the old building looks unmaintained. Very few bad reviews were given to these two hotels! The rooms in the old city here are colorful and look good in photos, but the actual hardware is very poor. Special thanks to Ctrip for its active participation in the middle of the night and for offering to change me to a nearby hotel. However, since it was past midnight, the hotel system could not place the order, so I was tired and overcame it. After staying for one night, Ctrip waived half of the room fee. The key point is that I am satisfied with the online customer service staff of Ctrip Hotel. They are proactive and quick in dealing with things. They are always online and cooperate with their team. It's really good. Remember to take the small white receipt when checking out, which is the tax bill!

The room is luxurious, elegant, generous and comfortable. The environment is elegant and clean with flowers and plants. The interior design is spacious, comfortable and breathable. The quilts, sheets and pillowcases are all very clean and white. The hygiene is clean and tidy. There are cleaners cleaning every day. Thank them for their hard work. 🌹🌹👍🏿 The staff are friendly, gentle and amiable. If you want to travel and rest, you must choose Dendi Plaza Hotel 🌹🌹🌹🌹👍🏿👍🏿❤️
The inn is located in the old town, but the signage is unclear. The main attractions are a ten-minute walk away. However, the rooms are very small, and finding space for a suitcase was a struggle. The rooms were extremely hot in July and August, and even with the air conditioner on, the heat was difficult to dissipate. The hotel service was excellent and the room was relatively clean, but the bed was a bit hard.
The location is very good. It is located in the ancient city of Bukhara and is relatively close to the city gate. It is convenient to check in with a suitcase (because cars cannot enter the ancient city). You can walk to visit all the attractions in the ancient city, including the ancient castle. It is a half-hour walk from the four-column mosque outside the ancient city. Because it is very safe in the ancient city, it is safe to eat and take a walk after dinner, and it is also very quiet to sleep at night. It's not far from the restaurants by the lake, about a 15-minute walk, where there is a statue of Avanti. The hotel breakfast is good. It is particularly worth mentioning that when we left the hotel, the front desk called a car for us. Because the car was in another parking lot outside the city gate, a lady at the front desk specially took us to that parking lot, which was very friendly.

PPaul Adrian JonesRoom was more than adequate (although the bathroom tap system took a couple of attempts to figure out).
Fifteen-minute (ish) walk from the main centre.
Kind staff helped us order a taxi at 4:00 in the morning to the train station (so didn't get chance to try the breakfast 😢). Would definitely book again.
AAnonymous UserLovely hotel. I headed by Yandex, but I had to go through a narrow road and it seemed difficult to drive. The room is compact and has everything you need. I could hear the voice in the next room, but I didn't mind that much because everyone was quiet at night. Breakfast is a small buffet. The watermelon was delicious. I enjoyed the view from the rooftop in the morning and evening. Convenient escape from the back side. No elevator, 2 bottles of water, shampoo, shower gel, dryer, slippers.
SSonny427About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times. Every time I called a taxi, the location here seemed to be inaccurate. The breakfast was not very good, there was no milk.
GGuest UserI stayed for two nights, and the retro, homey atmosphere was just as pictured, and I was satisfied with the price. The breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast area on the fourth floor had an open, airy feel. It's also a good base for sightseeing, as it's about a five-minute walk from the Rabbi House. While I didn't encounter any danger, the hotel's location in the Old Town, down a narrow alley, means it gets dark and quiet after dark, so if you're concerned, please be aware of this. Others have mentioned that taxis can't come to the front of the hotel, but I specified the location on Yandex Go and they came right up to the front of the hotel. (It was around 2 AM, so there may be traffic restrictions, such as daytime restrictions.)
Also, since I was leaving late at night, they said they'd deliver a lunch box the night before, but they didn't. While the hotel has the charm of a family-run, homey atmosphere, it seemed like the owner handled all customer service alone, so I guess you could forgive any minor imperfections.
Ssmol73the hotel really surprised with its cleanliness, hospitality! gorgeous breakfast! and wonderful staff!! actually earlier I read reviews someone wrote about breakfast that there is not enough food and portion sizes)) I don't understand such people, because the choice and serving of breakfast is just wonderful! everything was delicious and decent! we are tourists from Siberia, we were very happy to visit you in Bukhara!!
YYamiLittle budget hotel next to their main Boutique Hotel, in which you have to make the check-in (it was not very clear) and where the breakfast will be served.
Uzbek traditionally adorned rooms.
The breakfast was a bit poor, but the room itself was really nice.
Location was good, inside the “old city”, just 3-4 minutes walk to Lyabi-khause square.
The staff were really friendly and helpful :)
MM24701****Newly renovated family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean, especially the restaurant is big and beautiful, and it is almost catching up with the star hotel. What is particularly moving is that the boss is very nice. The breakfast is customized for the guests (although the choice is not particularly large), and it is provided one by one after the guests get up. It is really warm to eat a warm fresh breakfast in the cold morning in autumn. And it was a bit cold on the day, and the boss immediately prepared a heater after knowing it.
