Hotel Shams

The hotel's location is great, right next to the main road, making it convenient to take a taxi or walk to attractions. The front desk service was decent. The room size was good, and since we booked two rooms, the hotel provided an extra small room, which was very convenient to use. Bottled water was provided daily. Breakfast was acceptable. Toiletries were provided. The cleanliness was also acceptable. I'd recommend it.

I really enjoyed the service. The rooms were cozy, and they helped us with our luggage. Everyone was smiling and friendly. We'd happily come back again. The breakfasts were delicious!

The breakfast was delicious. It's within walking distance of various tourist attractions in the city, or it's convenient to call a taxi. The room was lovely and the staff were attentive.

The location is very close to the four towers. The room wasn't big, but it was very clean. The receptionist was quiet but provided excellent service. When we were leaving late at night and couldn't get a taxi, he helped us get one. Reliable, thumbs up!

The hotel was better than expected. I was able to do my laundry, take a dip in the pool, and had a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly. The room is simple, clean, and comfortable. 100% recommended.

Very cozy family hotel. Comfortable rooms with everything you need (hair dryer, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers). Very good breakfasts. The only thing we would recommend the hotel to consider is the curtains = they let in a lot of sun and from the very early sunrise it does not allow you to sleep. Otherwise, the hotel is simply excellent with very friendly service!!
