Booked 3 nights in the ”Elegant Residence City-View Double Bed Room” at the Fanbo Yashe Hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and a comfortable stay. The front desk was quite helpful, especially the wonderful receptionist Xiaoya, who assisted me with numerous things with enthusiasm, such as answering any questions, showcasing the various free amenities in the lobby, giving a quick demonstration of how to use the shared laundry area, and offered additional water or other services as needed. The bed and other furniture were comfortable and clean. The shower and bathroom area were fairly good as well. The atmosphere and decor of the room were probably the best thing. Most hotels have a stereotypical and replicated hotel room, but this hotel's rooms give you something more enjoyable since it is a different style from the norm. Special note on cleanliness: I did want to give this a 4.5, but kept it rounded-up to a 5 since it was minor enough. The room did have some leftover sunflower seed shells in a few corners or where a piece of furniture meets the floor, and a little bit of dirt stuck where the floor layers overlap in the middle of the room. However, it was not that big of a deal. This is maybe a reminder for the hotel to take a second look where dirt or trash may get stuck when simply sweeping or mopping quickly. Special note on the bathroom mirror lighting: The lighting by the bathroom sink and mirror could use some more direct lighting, since the position of the current lighting is not too strong and caused shadows on the face. This is not a big issue, but it could prove inconvenient to others, such as women putting on make up or trying to carefully trim a beard. The top-down lighting can cause shadows and unclear views under the eyes, nose, lips, and neck. Tips for guests: Name of the Hotel: While this website says Fanbo Yashe, you may actually see it named Van Gogh's Garden in person. Don't be confused; it is the same place. ”Fanbo” is related to the Chinese name for Van Gogh, ”Fan Gao”. Laundry: Yes, is it available, but there is only one washer and dryer available (hopefully these are increased to two or three!). Laundry detergent is provided. It can be a little troublesome trying to manage around other guests, so it is likely best to do it during the day when people are busy. There is also some nearby clotheslines one can use or just hang in your room if there is not too much. Foreigner Friendliness: Very good. They'll use Wechat to translate and communicate with you if necessary or find some other methods. In short, foreigners should have an easy time here. If other receptionists are friendly like Xiaoya, then there is nothing to worry about. Attraction Services: The hotel seems to offer some ticket and transportation services for nearby attractions (or at least advertises third-party services), but I did not use them and cannot attest to them. Location: It is right next to the bus station in Tongren (and a few streets away from the train station). Once the bus drops you off in the lot, you will need to exit the lot and head slightly east towards the nearby main street, then make your way south. You should encounter the hotel next to where the bus tickets are sold.

Good value for money, I booked it way below the rates announced next to the reception desk. Room was without outside window (only window to the floor), but it was okay clean and WiFi connection was good. Located in a tourist area south of Anshun with many other hotels in direct proximity and a huge selection of restaurants in front of the hotel.

First and foremost, do not be put off by the appearance of the entrance and elevator to the hotel. Although first impressions are important, for some reason, it does not apply to this little gem of a hotel. As soon as you get to the hotel floor, everything is much better. The rooms are spacious and clean, fixtures are of high quality, sound proofing in between rooms are very good. Noise from train station is not too bothersome for us, and the hotel does provide ear plugs should you need them.  Location couldn’t be more convenient- train station, long distance buses and local buses are within walking distance. Eateries, a big supermarket on the 2nd floor of a mall close to the long distance bus station is also available. Smaller convenience stores are all over the place.  Only gripe: hotel would not provide an extra pillow and housekeeping was adamant that only 2 pillows are allowed per room😩 Front desk staff was very helpful in assisting guests to whatever sightseeing questions one might have

It's just beside the train station, super convenient. Just exit from train station walk to opposite road then it's the entrance access to hotel. Their entrance not very obvious, but they put sign clearly for direction. Newly renovated hotel, everything is new, clean. Auto curtain and auto toilet bowl amazed us. Only cons is noise from train station, if staying for short term for transportation convenient should be fine. Receptionist very polite and helpful, always give us advise on how to better transport to attractions that we wanted to go.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed railway station, the transportation is very convenient, the hotel service is very thoughtful, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the room is very clean, and most importantly, there is a food street behind the hotel, all kinds of snacks and delicacies are simply too much to love! !

The first time I went to Liupanshui, I had already brushed this store before getting off the bus. It was decided decisively, and the boss has several stores. The boss is very friendly and fortunate to live in the main store. Located opposite the west of People's Square, there is a large balcony full of green plants, I like it very much. Unfamiliar friends at night, sitting on the balcony, chatting and drinking tea, the pictures are taken on the balcony, beautiful! ! Next time I go to Liupanshui to escape the heat, I will go live! ! (Stayed for five consecutive days)

Nice place for a short stay next to the railway station that also has plenty of shops nearby. Room was extremely clean and the staff was super helpful with a few issues that I had with my electronic devices - very good service overall, thanks!

it's a nice neighborhood with plenty of eateries. you can get great views of the area when you get to high points of the neighborhood. the housekeeper will tidy my room after i leave the room instead of disturbing me while I'm in it. this is nice.

If you need to live near the station, I really recommend this one! Before I even found the direction and walked out of the station, people started asking if I wanted to stay at a hotel, saying it would only be a few dozen yuan. Because I booked online in advance, I insisted on following the navigation to find this one. The boss was very helpful with the luggage, and it would be even better if he didn't smoke. The room is very big, the bed is very big, and there are floor-to-ceiling windows. I think the whole layout is very good. The wardrobe and shoe cabinet are at the entrance, and the toilet light does not affect sleep even if it is not turned off. The row of cabinets under the TV is also very imposing, as if saying, I want to see how many things you have to fill me up. The air conditioner and bathroom heater are very powerful. I was reluctant to get up when the alarm rang at three o'clock. The corridor has a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I can still smell it a little bit in the entrance after closing the door, but I can no longer smell it when I enter the room. Overall, I am very satisfied with this price and conditions.

Very close to the Xiangjiang River, there is also Xiangshan Temple in the south, the location is excellent, the service is very satisfactory, the daily cleaning is very good, the aunt is very serious in handling the room and outside, the front desk lady is very professional, can understand the needs of the guests, but unfortunately the construction situation is serious next to it, the environment is easy to produce noise problems, At one o'clock in the morning, there is still drilling work, and I will come back to live next time without construction!
