3-Star Hotels in Connecticut, United States

Room was fairly clean but the hotel is old and a bit run down.  The location of the hotel , downtown of Waterbury , is not great.  We heard gun shots during the night , and did not feel safe walking around outside.  Was told to park our car in the a specific parking lot that ”had surveillance.”  All in all - an old hotel in a rough neighborhood.  Will not be coming back

Location was perfect for us with quick access to Yale University and its nearby restaurants and shopping areas. Housekeeping services are minimum (just refills of amenities, exchange of towels, and garbage emptying) which fit us perfectly. Only downside is no restaurant but considering the location it was no problem - plus there is a lobby shop for those “emergencies” when you don’t want to walk anywhere. All staff were very kind and service minded.

I reserved my stay with trip.com and was over charged by the hotel. The manager won't return my calls.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me since the place I was attending was down the block from the hotel. Service and cleanliness was also perfect. The only thing that I didn’t like was that you had to pay to park in their parking garage even though you was staying at their hotel. It was the first time that I had to do that.

The hotel is quiet and clean. The big bed slept very well. The front desk clerk is warm and welcoming. The hotel shuttle driver is also great! The only regret is that the waiter in the hotel restaurant is very discriminating against the Chinese who do not understand English. On the first day, I ordered two breakfasts. The whole dish was actually fried black-boiled potatoes and bacon. I want to give my opinion, but I can’t say it. I hate that I have not learned a foreign language well. The next day, I changed my English-speaking daughter and dad to have breakfast. The same breakfast was served, but the normal food status was up. I still remember the dark two breakfasts, but my heart is still very wrong.

First stay, bedding has dirty things, second stay is good

Good place to book for a hotel to and from the ******. But I would not personally book again. Asked for two extra towels, only accommodated one, the king size room doesn’t feel like one due to the layout and bathroom is incredibly small that you could barely shut the door comfortably.

The hotel has a lovely exterior with flowers and greenery, and the lobby is also beautiful. However, the service was quite disappointing. We ran out of shampoo and shower gel. After calling the front desk to request more, it took them ages to deliver, so I eventually had to go down myself to retrieve them.

Excellent location, many restaurants opposite, convenient travel, 15 minutes drive to Yale University, friendly front desk, answer all questions, IHG hotels are very good

這個酒店並於高速路邊，原本會以為有噪音，結果完全沒問題。飯店非常舒適，很新很寬敞，房間有巨大的冰箱、洗碗機、微波爐，全套餐廚碗盤杯具，很適合家庭入住早餐是典型的美式早餐，簡單健康，也很合我們家的胃口，1樓請問有免費的蘋果和熱可可熱茶、並可以外帶熱美式咖啡，真的很人性，對於家庭旅行的我們很有幫助中間。酒店旁邊有美國著名的1元店dollar tree和著名服飾連鎖店TJ-Max，很適合淘貨。總之，我們在這裡住了三晚，老少都住得很愉快！唯一的問題就是離當趟有點遠，但基本做Uber或者Lyft都能解決。是一間物超所值的酒店，不愧是Hilton集團
