"The room was very nice, very bright, and I woke up in a good mood in the morning.
Special praise for the two front desk ladies on February 15, recommended us delicious and fun, especially a black mask lady, very intimate service attitude is super good. There is also a need to praise the aunt who came to clean on the morning of the 16th, which is also very good.
The fly in the ointment is that I rushed to the last bus for breakfast without noodles. Then the bedside lamp can be turned on on both sides, and can't be pulled open.

"The room is very clean, close to the street but very quiet, the front desk is very responsible. It is very close to the commercial street and it is quite lively downstairs. Because many businesses are not open during the Chinese New Year, there are fewer people. This is my second time in Changshu. The first time I stayed at Pullman, and the second time I stayed at Vienna. Vienna is very cost-effective."

"I booked a superior king room, but was given an executive room. I got the room card and told the front desk that there was a mistake. The room I booked was not an executive room. The front desk said that the room was correct. After I checked in, I found that there was a discrepancy with the booked room. I negotiated with the front desk again. The front desk said it was a third-party error and the hotel was right. They offered to cancel the wrong order and re-book a superior double room, but they were still rejected. After checking in and using the toilet, they could not change rooms. The cleaning lady was off work. I offered to cancel the order and book an executive room again. Although I finally rebooked an executive room, I was not allowed to stay in the room type I wanted. I was very dissatisfied with the front desk service. I have poor business skills and excellent deniability."

"Really good, the bed is quite big, soft and comfortable, clean and hygienic. When I booked the room, I saw the window in the corridor. I thought it was the kind of window facing the corridor. The result was the kind of patio window that can also be ventilated. The aunt was also super polite. When I left, the front desk lady gave it back. Tote bag stuff is also very careful to introduce the surrounding places to eat, drink and play. By the way, the food wholesale department is opposite. I bought a lot of snacks I ate when I was a child. Very nice."

"Going to Changshu to play, I chose this hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied, so I set another day. Let's talk about the location first, just in the city center, very close to Lushan and Fangta Garden, 10 minutes walk. It is also very close to the Lushan City Wall, and the bus is 2 stops away. Besides the facilities, it is a bit old-fashioned, but the furniture in the room can be seen that they are all wooden furniture with good texture, and it feels like furniture bought at home. There are two rooms in the room, each with a 1.5 meter bed, suitable for a family trip. The bathroom is large, there is a bathtub, and it is very comfortable to come back to the bubble bath at night. It is a surprise to have no smell in the room at all, maybe because of good ventilation. The room faces east and has two large floor-to-ceiling windows. When the curtains are opened in the morning, the sun will come in, and the square tower can be seen by the window. The window can also open a small seam to ventilate. The surrounding is very quiet and sleeps well at night. Parking is available at the entrance of the hotel, which is very convenient. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helped us put our luggage. Hotel breakfast is more general, mainly steamed buns, steamed cakes, carb staples, eggs, tea eggs, and soy milk, but no coffee milk (but maybe I went late, did not eat), but a buffet breakfast charge 20 yuan, And there was no price increase during the Spring Festival, which was already very conscience. I was very satisfied with this trip to Changshu, and I will stay at this hotel in the future."

"I went to Changshu on the weekend and chose this Four Seasons Hotel. This is a comprehensive building, which includes the Four Seasons, a confinement center and a hotel. The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, the bath water is super large, and the wifi speed is fast. There are ground parking lots and underground parking lots, which are free for guests staying in the hotel (scan the code at the front desk before leaving). The only problem is that the window in the room is a bit small and the sound insulation is not very good."

Environment: The whole yard and lobby are bright. A hall uses a floor of willfulness. The room is quiet after ten o'clock in the evening. It is a hotel with a pattern of movement and quiet on Haitang North Road. It is more face-to-face for relatives and friends to stay.
Service: The younger brother and sister at the front desk speak softly and the service is very good. They also sent a souvenir. The takeaway robot was sent to the door to call. The combination of Chinese and Western breakfast was quite satisfactory. Will come again!"

MM3331****This is a hidden gem of a hotel! The courtyard-style rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location is superb, right next to Nanmentan in Changshu, surrounded by a wealth of restaurants and historical sites. Many historical buildings and charming cultural alleyways are within easy reach. There's also a vibrant market nearby, full of local life. Highly recommended!

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

Built in 2021 with a large lot. The environment is clean, with small bridges, flowing water, rockeries and lonely boats. I can see the store's intentions.

While chatting in the courtyard, the staff busied themselves providing tea, snacks, mosquito coils, and ambient lighting – everything was provided. Our travel plans were changed to simply enjoying tea, admiring the osmanthus blossoms, and chatting because the courtyard was so tranquil. Five-star recommendation!
