I was very satisfied with the hotel in all aspects. The location was convenient, and the surrounding amenities were excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy, with a reasonable layout and well-maintained facilities. The service was professional, attentive, and responsive. Overall, it offered excellent value for money and a comfortable stay, making it a high-quality choice for travelers and well worth experiencing.

It is not convenient to climb the loft stairs and change to ”Tingtao”. The room is full of floor-to-ceiling windows from north to south, and opening the curtains is the physical and mental pleasure of living in nature. The homestay is simply a place for spiritual healing. Backed by Lushan, south of Shanghu, there is a clear view of the mountains, and the aura of water can be followed by 👏👏 There are trees, flowers, water, small fish, coffee and tea in the yard, you can write, play the piano, chat, and be in a daze, you can look up at the hanging dumplings, or you can smell the fragrant lemons. All of this is the real thing that can be touched, and it is also a distance that makes people feel. Breakfast is delicious, butter noodles, big wontons, longan, not enough to eat, not enough to eat at all 👍🏻👍🏻 The most memorable thing for us is the staff of the hotel. When they answered the consultation, they had light, sincerity, smile, and warmth at home. Butler Xiao Zhang is a handsome guy, patient with guests, very calm and responsible. Through his words and behavior and service, we have improved our satisfaction with the homestay and our love for Changshu ❣️. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is right across from the Qinhu Xili commercial center, offering a wide variety of dining options. The service was also very friendly, and the breakfast was quite varied. We decided to stay in a nearby hotel because we couldn't book a room we liked at the Hilton in Changshu at the last minute, and the price exceeded our expectations for such a good hotel.

Simple hotel with good value for money. Make sure you get a slightly more expensive room with a window. Nice bonus: the room had a bluetooth speaker. Staff does not speak English as usual in smaller Chinese towns.

The hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

The B&B converted from an old house has a quiet environment and is convenient for travel but quiet. When you return to the courtyard after a day of traveling, you will be living in an antique Suzhou garden with pavilions and winding paths, which is particularly comfortable. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy. Special thanks to the little girl at the front desk. We arrived late on the first day and ran in and out to help us upgrade the room and get things. The breakfast in the morning is a set meal per person, which is very exquisite. The little sister is attentive and pays attention to details. Sometimes she remembers an unintentional conversation and prepares it properly. Stayed for three days and was very satisfied.

The courtyard is beautifully decorated, and the hydrangeas at the entrance are blooming beautifully. The room is spacious, the sound insulation is average, but the lighting is very good. The overall environment of the homestay is good, the waitress is very nice, and the recommended restaurants are delicious. When sitting in the lobby, she actively provided tea and coffee. I don't know what kind of beans the coffee is, but it is very fragrant. The breakfast the next day was also very good. She was also very enthusiastic to help us buy the popular fried skewers next door.

The room is very clean, close to the street but very quiet, the front desk is very responsible. It is very close to the commercial street and it is quite lively downstairs. Because many businesses are not open during the Chinese New Year, there are fewer people. This is my second time in Changshu. The first time I stayed at Pullman, and the second time I stayed at Vienna. Vienna is very cost-effective.

The room was large and quiet, simple and comfortable. I have to run cross-country races the next day. Breakfast is provided early in the morning and there is plenty of carbs. Not far from Wanda Plaza, there are more choices to eat there.
