Rest in summer 2024 after the holiday of Pitrau. Very enjoyed! Real rest house! Delicious kitchen, snowy lingerie and towels, modern interior and outer space. Big free parking. Around the forest, bird singing and fresh air. There is a gym, conference rooms and negotiating rooms. Restaurant and summer terrace. polite and non-invasive service.

This is the best hotel in my six months of travel! The location is super, everything is within walking distance: a pedestrian street, and the main attraction - the Kremlin, and shopping centers, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants, and the train station, from where you can take the train to the airport. The hotel is new, bright, fresh and modern, absolutely the way I like it) If I fly to Kazan again, then only here, thank you for the hospitality! There is only one photo of the room, but the phone is full of breathtaking views with which Tatarstan greeted me)

The room was clean and tidy. The standard room we stayed in, the standard room twin bed in the hotel in Russia was really narrow, the bottled water in the room seemed to be not available, and the bottled water could be played in the aisle. The highlight is that breakfast is OK.

The bed is a bit small, there is no hot water bottle, there is a water dispenser at the stairs on the first floor. WiFi network is general, there are Chinese logos in the lobby. Breakfast is rich, old hotel, cost-effective is still relatively high.

Отель в принципе понравился, номер хороший, правда унитаз в номере шатается, вернулись в тот же номер через месяц, а унитаз в том же состоянии не стоянии 😅 Халаты, полотенца, зубные наборы, тапочки, вода, в номере есть. Во второе заселение уже не было приветственных шоколадок как в первый раз. А вот администратор абсолютно не клиентоориентированный. После бронирования, я позвонила в отель, предупредив что будет ребенок 2 года. На что администратор сказала что если бы мы бронировали не через trip.com, а на прямую, то в брони этого номера нам отказали бы. «Этот номер уж очень хорош и сдаем его для молодожен, а не для семей с детьми». Это как понимать?! Проведите работу с администратором на ресепшене!

The hotel is located in a historic building, which creates a special atmosphere. The room is equipped with a mini-fridge, there is a fan, a bigger TV. However, there are some downsides: When located on the -1 floor in the room, the temperature is not very pleasant at night, very hot. The windows outside are not available (they were known in advance, and do not bear as shortcomings), but there is a small window under the ceiling leading to the general corridor. This window is not equipped with an infiltrated curtain or roller, so at night when the guests move along the corridor and the automatic light is lit, the room space is also lighted, preventing sleep. On the bed is a rigid mattress, as well as a blanket too small: two people have enough of it. The overall condition of the room is acceptable but there are shortcomings: cracked and retarded floor cover, unclean (as if unclean) tile on the floor of the shower cabin. Also a dust hole in the bathroom (probably there was a vent hole or something like that). In addition, insects (worms that appear from moisture) were seen in the bathroom. There is no tea in the room, it is only in the common zone.

Очень понравилось! Большой, современный номер, чисто, уютно. Вполне приличный завтрак - 6 вариантов по меню. Отличное расположение. Стоянка авто на парковке Ашана и Центрального рынка - очень удобно!

Отличное расположение, приветливый, персонал. Чистота в номере + приятные бонусы как приветственный бесплатный напиток и каждый день маленький шоколад в номере. Минусы: 1.хорошая слышимость, звук с труб не давал спать. Поэтому в номере предусмотрительно лежат беруши. 2. Завтраки ужасны, еду приготовленную заранее, принесли за 5 секунд ,даже не удосужились разогреть, блины, каша холодные фу( Есть рядом полно, кафе , лучше ходите туда

✅местоположение супер,центр,кафе ,магазины,рядом классный гриль бар,ул Баумана через дорогу,Кольцо в паре минут ходьбы.До автовокзала 7 минут на такси ,Ж/Д вокзал тоже примерно также ✅Номер чистый,постельное белье хрустящее и белоснежное ♥️все нужное есть в номере,сантехника новая, чай,воду предоставляет отель, думаю остановилась бы снова здесь ✅Сервис замечательный, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, есть также общая кухня (но я ей не пользовалась),можно попросить утюг на ресепшен Важно❗️В отеле нет лифта, а у меня был тяжелый багаж, но ✅ работники отеля помогли донести вещи на 3 этаж и спустить их утром при выселении. В любом случае,место хорошее,я рекомендую остановиться здесь
