The following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I checked into room 202 that day. Hotel location: Lagos is easily accessible. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: Dry and wet are separated. Breakfast: See the picture for yourself, it is not a buffet. Yam is a staple food in Nigeria. It is impossible to eat more than one piece even if you come from far away. The room I booked is for 2 breakfasts, so the restaurant waiters are not trained, so I don’t plan to extend my stay. Hotel front desk staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite careless during their stay. The hotel pictures match the actual room pictures.
The surrounding environment of the hotel is very quiet, and the rest at night will not be disturbed by the noise. And there is a Chinese super downstairs, it is very convenient to buy snacks and drinks and daily necessities, no need to run far.
Most of the roomss are upstairs, if your flight was a long one, you might not be willing to climb stairs.
They upgraded our room and the service was okay!
Overall 4/5
In overall, i score “A” for the hotel, in term of location and security. I booked for standard room, but sold out and they upgraded me to deluxe, appreciations that gesture!
The only snag about this hotel is that they need to work on their breakfast. It’s like they impose what they like on lodgers, which should not be so. IIn addition, they need to work on some of their gadgets I.e obsolete tiny refrigerators with molds sorrounding the fridge. The internet, forget it, it’s not something to home about, flunctuation is the order of the day. Staffs are courteous. Great team👍👍👍

The house is humid during the rainy season, and the temperature of the air conditioner outside is too low, so that the room is very cold without the air conditioner; the hotel has a swimming pool, and the restaurant is not high-grade; the room itself is good.
I totally enjoyed my stay here, always make me feel like I’m home

ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.
GGuest UserI had a truly pleasant stay at Ai-Royal and Suite Aga in Ikorodu, Lagos. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made me feel very welcome. The room was neat, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and the attention to detail in their service. The facilities were in good condition, and the atmosphere was both safe and homely. It’s a great place to relax whether you’re in Ikorodu for business or leisure.
Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend Ai-Royal and Suite Aga to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Ikorodu. I look forward to lodging here again.

SSamkelisiwe Pamella NokwenzaIt’s a little hard finding the hotel because Google maps takes you to the back of the hotel and not the main road of the hotel. This needs to be updated.
We asked to order food, the reception said the kitchen would call us for an order. 30 mins went by with no call. We had to call back and request to be connected with the kitchen. We ordered food and they said it would take 30 mins. It took over an hour and came in dry. Nobody likes eating after 11pm.
Decent hotel for airport transfers.
GGuest UserHotel was good in general.
Good room and facility keeping and cleanliness, very good service at frontdesk but less good at the restaurant. Food was not exceptional but a little bit more than average...more nigerian food type oriented even at breakfast (poor continental international breakfast). Location was perfect for me as I was spending 10-15mn to reach airport general aviation terminal where I was having my profesionnal meetings.
GGuest UserThe hotel is beautiful and clean, room service was very good, but the so called WIFI didn’t work for my entire 3 days stay, that was very disappointing but I sorted my data out to stay entertained, the house keepers are good but can do better, they take tea cups and glasses to the bathroom sink to rinse and put back for you, without proper washing. Hygiene needs improvement, other than that, It’s not bad.
