This hotel is located at the KK city centre, it's very conveniece for hanging around the city centre. The nearest shopping mall is Centre Point, the Imago Shopping Centre also conveniece access by order grab to pick. Overall this hotel is good and suitable for traveller looking for conveniece access to city centre surroundings.

This hotel has lotsssss of rooms. I was so surprised with having windows in our room, though it’s actually showing just the alley of the other room on the other side. Hahahhaha. Breakfast with a view of the water was amazing

Our stay at Hotel N°5 was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is spotless, and the housekeeping team really keeps the rooms in great condition. The location is very convenient, close to town yet quiet enough for a peaceful rest. The staff provided warm and professional service, always greeting us with a smile and ready to assist

The apartment is conveniently located near the airport. You can literally step outside and watch planes land, which I found to be a rather pleasant sight. Self check-in was very convenient; however, the entrance was a bit tricky to find, and the given access code didn't work. Thankfully, 24-hour customer service was available, and we were able to check in without any further issues. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly sufficient for our needs.

Very satisfied. Very spacious and clean. The view of the city was very beautiful but a bit noisy at night because it is near the main road. I suggest those who want to stay here if you have a sleep problem please request a room that is facing the other way. Water supply no problem. The aircond is good. Functioning really well. There is also a space for smoking and my husband was very satisfied with that facility because almost all hotels that we go to didn't provide this space. The staff at the counter was very quick giving a response. Will repeat going here again someday.

This is our first visit to Sabah. Booked the room based on the high reviews and am really happy with the decision. The location was strategic with lots of restaurants within walking distance and the place is quite a vibe with people dining in and people walking by the streets. There are lots of Convenience stores available around the hotel 24 hours. The reception was friendly upon checking in and checking out. The room was spacious for our family of four. Cleanliness is remarkable. Highly recommended!

Overall is not bad. Hotel recently got refurbished and still have on going renovation work going on. Location is close to town area. Got bathtub. Got quite many restaurants around which within walking distance. Breakfast was nice ,got many choices. Bed was comfy. Suitable for business stay.

I also appreciated that the hotel provided plenty of parking spaces, making it convenient for guests who drive. Overall, it’s a great place to stay — clean, comfortable, and hassle-free.

The host was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Everything I needed was provided, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Peaceful and quiet surroundings.
