However, the guest experience is currently hindered by inconsistencies in front-desk hospitality and rigid service policies. Key Positives & Amenities Premium Accommodations: The guest room is exceptionally spacious, featuring a highly comfortable king-sized bed equipped with premium bedding (four high-quality pillows provided). Climate Control & Infrastructure: The in-room AC system is highly efficient, cooling the space to a comfortable temperature within minutes. Additionally, the bathroom is well-proportioned with excellent water pressure and a complete suite of complimentary toiletries. Modern Technology: The inclusion of a Smart TV with seamless access to streaming platforms like Netflix and YouTube significantly enhanced the in-room entertainment experience. Property Ambience: The hotel maintains a highly pleasant olfactory branding strategy; a subtle, welcoming fragrance is consistently present from the main lobby through to the guest corridors. Areas for Improvement (Operational & Service Delivery) Front Desk Engagement: There was a noticeable lack of welcoming engagement from the reception staff during both the check-in and check-out processes. While operations were functional, a more hospitable and customer-centric demeanor would greatly improve the arrival and departure experience. Rigid Housekeeping Policies: When requesting an additional towel, I was informed by housekeeping that this would incur an extra fee. Charging for basic linens feels counterintuitive to a premium guest experience and lacks a guest-first approach. Management Outlook: There appears to be a systemic complacency regarding guest relations, potentially driven by high occupancy rates and strong business demand. High volume should not compromise standard hospitality practices. Conclusion The physical property is in excellent condition, which ultimately guaranteed a comfortable and productive stay. While the hardware of the hotel is top-tier, the software specifically staff hospitality and guest policies requires refinement. Return Intention: Probable, contingent upon the prioritization of service standards.

I have to start with my highest rating first. The service provided by the gentleman who checked me in was top tier! Super sweet guy. Service was 10/10. I only stayed one night and didn’t explore the amenities so it wasn’t fair to give a poor rating. The cleanliness was okay, nothing terribly.  While the location itself was pretty peaceful, I’d definitely avoid this hotel, only IF you do not have your own transportation. It’s pretty impossible to get a Grab driver out to that location so that was the only downfall for me.

Overall, the stay was okay. The hotel is very near to Kuala Perlis Jetty, making it a good choice for travelers who need a place to overnight before catching the early ferry. The room cleanliness was quite good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that the hotel does not have a lift, which may be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Stayed at Hotel Seri Malaysia Kangar and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Kangar with a relaxing atmosphere and a nice view of the nearby hills. The room was clean and comfortable, suitable for a short stay. One of the highlights is the swimming pool area, which offers a pleasant hill view and makes it a nice spot to relax. The surroundings are peaceful, and it is still convenient to find food and basic amenities nearby. Overall, a simple, comfortable, and practical place to stay when visiting Kangar.

Good location.. large room.. parking space very limited.. extra towel request charge rm5 per pieces.. 1st impression.. smell cempedak fruit in the hotel.. staff should not eaten inside the hotel.. others ok.. hotel phone line no working.. we called reception using own phone

Everything about the hotel is acceptable except the staff, it's like they are underpaid and couldn't care less with their work, not friendly, and try don't have any butler or bellboy to help with the luggage, doesn't help is fine, mak face is another...they even scold you for parking at at roofed carpark and claimed it's for staff, I haven't found any hotel in the world that doesn't prioritize their customer over their staff..

The first impression is really good, with the attentive staff. The location is very strategic, as they got parking provided for the customer. The cleanliness is excellent: - no weird smell or old smell - The room smells really nice - TV functions well even though the basic channel - The room is spacious enough, can still pray - Water pressure, is gooood - basic amenities are included - breakfast is delicious even though there are only 4 menus. It is enough,👍 Only no mini fridge. Overall is good, will recommend and repeat
