Cleanliness: The hotel has an outdoor public hot spring, which is drained and changed daily to ensure hygiene. The indoor private hot spring is very private.
Facilities: The rooms are spacious, and the outdoor area is beautifully designed. In addition to the outdoor public hot spring and leisure pool, the hotel also offers fish therapy, a sauna, and a karaoke room.
Environment: I really enjoyed the hotel's ambiance. The green garden is beautiful, and the rooms are also very nice.
Service: The staff greeted me with a smile and a nod, and the service was excellent.
Travel photography voucher: The hotel offers a travel photography service that comes with three free photos, but the photos were so good that I negotiated with the photographer to purchase them additionally.
Suggestions: The breakfast had a good variety, except for the lack of stir-fries. One complaint is that the Truffle Western Restaurant, despite its name, did not offer Western dishes. They could use a wider selection. Also, the rooms only had tea bags, not coffee. Coffee would have been a plus.

JJiaojiaocuisongmumuThe environment is very elegant and simple, retaining the brick walls and courtyard of the original old house, but also with the convenience of modern technology, and there are careful and exquisite designs everywhere. It is not a plastic internet celebrity style, but just natural. There are not too many people traveling on weekends, so it is quite comfortable. The hotel service is very meticulous and considerate. There will be a housekeeper to arrange and take care of it. The waiter has a good attitude. The boss is also very nice and patient. The dishes in Mi Cang are very delicious, the design is ingenious, and the price is quite reasonable. Huadiao wine and double skin milk are very memorable. The view of the water view suite is super good, and the room is also very spacious. It is not inferior to a five-star hotel at all. I am very satisfied and will come again next time!

WwangyingboAt the tail end of the summer vacation, we took our kids to Qingyuan Chimelong Forest Kingdom and chose to stay at Deer Castle Hotel. The resort is conveniently located not far from the highway exit, with clear signage. The roads, which appear to have been recently built, are wide and clean.
As it was a weekend and the end of the holiday, there were quite a few guests checking in. The underground parking was full, so we had to park in an adjacent lot, which was a bit of a walk. This alternative parking area also seemed unfinished, with a gravel/stone surface rather than being properly paved – definitely something that could be improved. Due to the crowd, check-in involved a rather long wait, suggesting that efficiency and service could be enhanced.
The hotel kindly offered a complimentary upgrade to a hot spring room. The main advantages were its larger size and the convenience of having a private hot spring tub right in the room. However, I felt it lacked some 'family-friendly' touches in terms of decor or patterns. But since our kids are older, they weren't too bothered by this.
The hotel boasts a dedicated direct passage to the Forest Kingdom, allowing guests to enter 30 minutes earlier, which is quite convenient. However, due to the high occupancy rate, despite the numerous elevators, we often experienced long waits. Our package included a buffet dinner and access to the hot springs. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the restaurant itself was spacious. With ample time allocated, we could truly savor the food and relax! The hot spring area featured a large number and wide variety of pools, along with many water play facilities, which our children absolutely loved.
The Forest Kingdom houses a significant number of animals. While some can be seen in other zoos, Qingyuan Chimelong truly stands out for the sheer quantity, with most animals appearing in large herds or groups. The variety of species was also quite impressive, far exceeding the online rumors of 'only Qingyuan chickens.' The steam train ride is definitely worth the wait; it lasts about 30 minutes and offers a fantastic opportunity for close encounters with various wild animals – truly great value for money! The 5 PM parade is also a must-see. It has a fantastic atmosphere with lots of interactive performers who effectively get everyone immersed in the joyful celebration, creating a wonderfully relaxed holiday vibe! In contrast, the so-called 'Great Animal Migration' felt a bit of a misnomer and somewhat underwhelming. It mostly consisted of flocks of birds flying back and forth and zebras moving around, which was a tad disappointing. The Forest Kingdom also has a large self-driving loop that is yet to open; I hope it will add even more excitement!
Our butler, Zhiyin, was very responsive and professional in answering our questions, truly showcasing the hotel's attentive service! Overall, it was a very satisfying trip!

GGuest UserThis trip truly exceeded all my expectations. It was incredibly beautiful, enjoyable, comfortable, and spotless. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was immediately struck by its spaciousness and pristine environment – it was completely unexpected. What was even more surprising was the exceptionally warm, thoughtful, and considerate service from the front desk staff, which truly warmed my heart. She even gave us some game tokens to enjoy activities within the hotel.
A particular highlight was the breakfast, which offered an incredible variety of dishes. There were so many delicious options, plus a dedicated children's area with special small bowls for kids. You'll find almost any savory dish or meat you could wish for!
But the absolute highlight is the Tea-themed Hot Springs! There are various hot springs, both cold and hot, all incredibly relaxing. What left the deepest impression on me was the Rose Black Tea, with its rich, aromatic scent that filled the air. However, the local specialty, Yinghong No. 9, was truly the most uniquely soothing and special! (Psst, they even offer tea to keep you hydrated!)
Seriously, my overall experience was just incredible, haha! I wholeheartedly recommend everyone to come and fully immerse yourselves in the beautiful landscapes, embrace nature, and truly enjoy life!!!!!!!!!!!

RriannaThe room is very large, and the balcony is also very large. There are three beds. There is no water limit in the hot spring on the balcony, so you can soak in it as you like. The environment is beautiful, the privacy is high, and the photos are great. The public swimming pool and hot spring in Area A are great and very clean. My best friends and I had a great time and felt very relaxed. It's worth a visit. I especially praise the service here. It's really nice. The housekeeper and the driver Xingge...every staff member is very nice👍👍👍

GGuest UserThis was the first time we were staying at this hotel, and we will definitely be coming back. The rooms are big and clean, the staff is extremely cooperative and friendly. A special mention to the manager Zhu Haojin who was always very helpful whenever we were faced with difficulty and ensuring we had an amazing experience overall. The hot springs and water park were around 500m away from this hotel and there were feeder cars to and from the springs, they were very enjoyable and kid friendly. We are definitely looking forward to coming here regularly.

GGuest UserI came here from Shunde, Foshan, and my friend told me that the hotel environment here is good, so I took advantage of the May Day holiday to experience the three-bedroom, one-living room villa here. The environment here is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and lakes, the air is fresh, the facilities are complete, there are hot springs and private garages, it is clean and sanitary, and the butler provides thoughtful and meticulous service throughout the whole process. It's super good, I will come again!

MM44945****The air was fresh and the surroundings were beautiful. We checked into a scenic premium mountain-view twin room, which was spacious and bright. Thoughtful amenities like a crib and children's slippers were provided, making it an excellent experience for families with children.
For recreation, a full range of sports facilities including badminton, table tennis, billiards, and soccer were available, allowing us to get active. We also enjoyed boating and kayaking, taking in the beautiful lakeside scenery. The dual indoor and outdoor play areas, complete with a sandpit, adorable bunnies, and opportunities to feed chicks and ducklings, were a huge hit. The children's playground was packed with fun, letting the little ones play freely and burn off all their energy.
The indoor standard 8-lane swimming pool (maintained at 26-28℃) and the forest hot spring area, featuring over 10 unique pools, were perfect for relaxation. After a day of activities, we loved unwinding in the hot springs. Immersing ourselves in the warm, enveloping water of the various specialty pools allowed all our stress to melt away with the rising steam.
The lavish buffet breakfast and dinner offered a wide array of Chinese and Western cuisine. The abundance of fresh seafood was particularly delightful and left us feeling incredibly satisfied.
Overall, this is a highly recommended, great value choice for a family vacation, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and relaxation!

YYuen TingThe price-performance ratio is very high. The price is lower than other hot spring hotels, but the quality is even better. The environment is beautiful and it feels like a holiday. They also upgraded our room to have a private hot spring pool and mahjong table, so we can stay in the hotel all day without feeling bored. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In addition to the hot springs, there is also a swimming pool, where you can also go boating. The children had a lot of fun. The breakfast was also a surprise, with both Western and Chinese food. Originally our trip was going to be cancelled due to bad weather and heavy rain, but we were very happy after we temporarily switched to a hot spring hotel.

GGuest UserThis may be the lowest configuration of Hilton Garden Inn. To enter the hotel, you have to go around a long circle from the amusement park parking lot, which made the navigation confused. The hotel is behind the amusement park and should be a supporting facility for the amusement park. Perhaps because of years of disrepair, many places are in disrepair, the garden is basically untended, and the ground is rotten. If you want to go to the amusement park, you can just stay for one night, but there is no need to come here specifically to stay!
