Balmi Hotel is located in the heart of the city, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the room was reasonably clean, offering a comfortable stay.
However, I did encounter an issue that needs attention. I spotted two small cockroaches during my stay. While this did not ruin my experience, it needs to improve pest control measures. Addressing this would greatly enhance the overall quality of the stay.
Despite this, Balmi has a lot to offer and could easily be a top choice for travelers once this issue is resolved.
I really liked the hotel: the staff were very friendly, the room was simple yet well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent.
Very good hotel room is very quiet, the bathroom is big, very convenient, especially thanks to the hotel's Chinese-speaking young lady and a little handsome guy, very enthusiastic, can provide good help, thank you
The front is renovated very nice but the room is not so. The room is not sound proof inside and huge noise of opening and closing doors from the hallway is always heard, more than 5 mosquitos met in the room, bathroom had strange smell. Breakfast was not bad but very limited choice and most of the items just taste bland.

MMaksimPretty varied impressions of the hotel.
The hotel is located in the city center, no big problems to get anywhere.
Most of the staff is friendly, but the problem is that only one of the staff speaks good English. Also the owner of the place speaks English.
It happens that under one type of room with one name there can be 2 types of rooms: you can easily be given a room without windows, or you can be given a smoky room.
I do not recommend to take breakfast, as it is rather poor for this price and the choice of dishes is not great.
Do not think of giving your clothes to the laundry. A few things were in disrepair afterwards.
Overall, a normal hotel with a good location and friendly staff, if you are willing to sometimes long to explain your needs or fight for the paid level.

PP.atricia_a.The accommodation is clean, exactly as in the picture. I had to check out at 5 a.m. so I didn't have breakfast. But the cuteness of this hotel is that it prepared snacks for me 😊🙏❤️ I am very grateful. Thank you Myanmar Life Hotel 🏨 ❤️🇲🇲 Thank you kaa 🙏🙏🙏

AAnonymous Guest UserWalkable distance from Aung Mingalar Bus Terminal, easy access by taxi or car. Breakfast is just basic kind but nice. The room seemed not so well maintained as many parts were damaged and the air conditioner is noisy and had a few mosquitos in the room.
AAolanshengxieanBreakfast is quite painful, only fried noodles are delicious, and other varieties are relatively limited.
There is only one kind of fruit and two kinds of porridge. Warm reminder: You can order boiled noodles. If you don’t like spicy food, remember to tell the waiter not to add spicy food, otherwise it will be spicy by default.
The pillows are a bit high.
It takes a long time for hot water to come out. Don't go in and wash your clothes right after taking off your clothes. You'll freeze to death.
JJackyChuangThe facilities were all great, and the staff were very friendly. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection was a bit limited! The food at the restaurant in the evening was also delicious, but it's a shame they stop serving at 10 PM.
