The room without sound isolation, the walls of the gips, all sound from the next rooms and the water from all the tubes. The closet is visible but not high for coat dresses ceilings total 4 , in the bath the shower water filled the entire space was not a suitable tilt, and the room also had no mirror for makeup . The room serves breakfast is very small.

Amazing stay. The best resort by far. Everything from the service, the facilities offered, the food, the cleanliness - absolutely perfect. Fantastic for kids! A couple of things I was not too happy with was that all the outdoor swimming pool floors at the Westin, are using not your standard tile material but one that causes major friction on the feet. Both me and my child got our toe skin cut after 2-3 days from walking about and playing in the pools. Also, all the outdoor pools close at 6pm when the sun in Greece during summer sets at 9pm. Lifeguard staff literally force you away. Other than the above comments we had a fabulous stay.

The hotel is very good, but the facilities are a bit old. The swimming pool is open to children from 9:00 to 15:00. There is an indoor heated pool and a spa. On the last night, the hot water pipe in the corridor burst at 4:30 in the morning. It took half an hour to control it. A lot of water came into the room. We arranged another room after 5 o'clock. In the end, there was no compensation at all when we checked out. I was not satisfied.

Nice hotel, perfect pool, very clean, plenty of parking spaces. The hotel is on a busy road, so the area around the pool bar often smells of exhaust fumes, which is probably made worse by the traffic lights right there. The traffic starts at around 6:00, and it is often very loud due to the unreasonableness of some moped and car drivers. The beach can be reached across the road. It is clean but only around 20m wide with pebbles. Sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free. Towels for the pool and beach are also free. Room is very nice and big, with a view of the sea. Room service is perfect! The breakfast service could be improved a lot: fried eggs cold, bacon cold, often there is no coffee or hot water for tea. There are often no cups or saucers. The breakfast staff are really friendly, but the smile doesn't always help. Overall we liked it, but I think 5 stars is a bit over the top. 4 stars are enough, breakfast 3 stars Drink prices a bit too high: Aperol Spritz 10€, beer 0.4l 5€ etc.

Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time. Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi. Breakfast was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive.

Very recommended, of course, it is more convenient to drive by car. It is about 2 kilometers away from Mystras and Sparta. Sitting in the yard and looking up, you can see the Byzantine ruins of Mystras. The service is more in place and the facilities are also Good, breakfast is especially good

Εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο!! 1. Εντύπωση: ωραίο ξενοδοχείο με πολλά υποσχόμενα. Όπου είναι σε θέση να τα εκπληρώσει. 2. Ένα ξενοδοχείο καθαρά για χαλάρωση - αποτοξίνωση από την καθημερινότητα και από το φαγητό ( γιατί προτείνει μια ποιο vegan κουζίνα στους πελάτες ) 3. Ο χώρος του σπα όπου για μένα η βαθμολογία είναι 10/10 είναι εξαιρετικός. 4. Έχει αρκετά ομαδικά προγράμματα. 5. Αρκετά έξυπνο το πρωινό όπως σερβίρετε στο εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου. 6. Όλο το προσωπικό ευγενικό - πρόθυμο. Αρνητικά : ( όπου θα ήθελα το ξενοδοχείο να ασχοληθεί) Μάλλον είναι και το μόνο. Αρκετά ακριβό οι υπηρεσίες του σπα ( μάζας) αρκετά όμως ακριβό. Θα μου άρεσε να υπήρχαν πακέτα μέχρι κάποιο ποσό για τους πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου. Επειδή κοίταξα αρκετά τον τιμοκατάλογο του σπα αρκετά ακριβώς για αυτά που θα κανείς από την ώρα που σε αλλά ανάλογα ξενοδοχεία είναι και έως -40% ποιο οικονομικά. Άμα φτιάξετε ένα ποιο ελκυστικό κατάλογο σε τιμές πιστεύω ότι θα είστε ένα από τα καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία με θέμα το σπα. Ή να φτιάξετε ειδικά πακέτα!! Σίγουρα θα ξανά έρθουμε!!!

We stayed here several years ago and were impressed. Beautiful hotel, the food was excellent as was welcome. Now… sadly, it was different. Still beautiful buildings in a beautiful spot. The customer service is poor, the food average but expensive. The seating area near reception has been abandoned, so difficult to get served drink or coffee here, in a wonderful part of the hotel , which is a shame. Pools nice , The hotel’s wine is good. But we were overcharged in restaurant, which fortunately we noticed. All in all, a disappointing experience.

AAnonymous UserVery beautiful property by the beach with magnificent bay views. Rooms are big and modern with very comfy beds and pillows. Several pools with plenty of sunloungers and extra fluffy towels. Very good quality breakfast with extensive choice, and many food options for dinner in the Agora “village” within the premises. The only issue is the service at breakfast, which is lacklustre and feels a bit chaotic. All in all, I will recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay here again!

The hotel is large, with many rooms, beautiful outdoor environment, but the room is not big. The balcony near the seaside can see the sunrise and sunset, which is very beautiful, and of course you can also listen to the sound of the waves all night. There are many customers, and the whole hotel lobby is very lively.
