We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it was a lovely experience. The location is fantastic, offering beautiful views that truly enhance the stay. Whether you’re enjoying the sunrise or sunset, the scenery is simply breathtaking.
However, there were a few aspects that detracted from an otherwise great visit. Firstly, we didn’t receive the room we had chosen. Instead of the one king bed we requested with two single beds, we were given 2 double beds, which was disappointing and inconvenient. This also meant we lacked some necessary amenities, such as bath mats, a hairdryer, and an adequate number of towels.
Despite these issues, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and the atmosphere was welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for its location and views, but I hope they can improve their room allocation and ensure that all amenities are provided to guests.

A very magical travel experience. We went to the campground at 9 o'clock in the evening. The jeep was bumpy for ten minutes and felt almost sold. After we arrived, we found the new continent. Plus we didn’t eat. The taste of BBQ was average. But there are many small animals bowing their heads when eating. Accompanying, looking up is full of stars, very atmospheric

Heaven on earth! Absolutely spoiled every morning with breakfast on their rooftop overlooking the famous Ella Rock. Possibly the best bedroom view I’ve ever seen. We travelled in April which is notoriously muggy and hot, but the electric fans are very powerful and kept us nice and cool in the evenings, they even have a sleep setting on them!
Couldn’t have asked for much more. 5 min TukTuk to and from town (500sr or £1.50). Or a peaceful 10 minute walk.

High in the mountains! The house is beautiful, all new, bed is comfortable! A separate love and delight from its own terrace with a view to the mountains and the temple! In the evening was rain and fog, and in the morning sun and in any weather, there is beautiful!

Great hotel, with unbeatable view of Ella rock on the balcony. However the room did not have universal plug sockets, the hotel provided a hairdryer but did not fit the plug socket. It is also very difficult to get to with suitcases. Fine if you’re backpacking, but carrying suitcases up the massive hill is very difficult. Perhaps the hotel should look into purchasing their own tuktuk to ferry customers up and down the hill. Not everyone is a backpacker!

位置很難找到，必須要聯絡老闆才找到，但確實有驚喜。不是很漂亮的房間，但整潔，有熱水，有大陽台可以見到猴子。老闆很友善，個人認為比傳統酒店好。但晚上步行出大街會很黑，要小心。

El hotel está convenientemente ubicado a solo cinco minutos a pie de la zona comercial de la ciudad, lo que es un gran punto a favor. La piscina es muy bonita, aunque el agua estaba un poco fría durante nuestra visita. En general, las instalaciones necesitan un poco de mejora; el ambiente podría ser más cálido y acogedor. Actualmente, los pasillos y el hall carecen de decoración, lo que les da una sensación bastante fría y poco acogedora.
La habitación es amplia y cuenta con vistas a la piscina y a los jardines, pero, como mencioné antes, también tiene esa sensación fría que podría mejorarse con algunos toques decorativos.
En cuanto al desayuno, hay margen para mejorar. No todos preferimos desayunar solo pan con mantequilla y mermelada; sería ideal ofrecer más opciones al estilo occidental. A pesar de esto, es aceptable.
Por otro lado, la ubicación es excelente para disfrutar de la vida nocturna; hay muchos locales agradables donde cenar en las cercanías, lo que añade valor a la experiencia.

TtorinessKeeping in mind this is a 3 star hotel, the positives are the rooms are big with a balcony looking out at amazing views (ours anyway), and the pool is clean and quite big also with amazing views and a concrete elephant water feature!!! The location of the hotel is pretty good too - far enough from other properties to be quiet but close enough to Ella main drag that you can walk in 10-15 minutes or pay a tuk tuk driver double the rate of Colombo to get to and from. The big negative for us was that despite being told upon checking in that the room would be cleaned every day, it was not. And I was told the reason why was that we didn’t hand in our key for it to be done - which seems bizarre after staying in hotels for decades and not being told to or having to hand in a key in order to get a standard daily room clean. The insinuation that it was our fault for not handing in a key (not that we were told to do so on checking in) was extremely irritating. Food was ok but overpriced so we ate elsewhere (lots of options). There were lots of little things in the rooms that could be easily addressed to make them nicer - definitely not having ripped old bath towels, and removing an empty TV bracket from the wall (like a TV used to be there but not anymore - or was it just our room, who knows). All these little things add up to I really think the room rate is too high - but we are here in the high season so maybe that’s just the going rate.

The **breakfast was a highlight** – a **delicious, wide spread** that set the perfect tone for our days. The **prime location** was unbeatable – just a **2-minute walk to the main city center**, with easy access to **trending restaurants and vibrant spots**.
What truly made our stay special was the **attentive service and warm atmosphere**. **Great food, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff** – we couldn’t have asked for more!

GGuest UserBeautiful hotel, great service, wonderful rooms, showers, bath, lounge areas. The desk area wasn't very private and we were right next door to the only other people there, so would have liked to know that it's open concept decks! Also, it's a long way away from the downtown of Ella if you would want to walk in, so something to be aware of when booking. However we stayed during a rainy time and loved our stay at this boutique hotel.

Hygiene: Generally speaking, it’s pretty good, but the trash can needs to be cleaned.

Compared with the price, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The location is very close to the central area of Ella, but it is in an alley. It is not noisy at all and is very quiet. The room is large and the bed is very comfortable! The restaurant has a good environment, surrounded by trees

For the location, it is next to the city centre so there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose.
