We reached gauhati from calcutta at 1.00 noon .we were alloted rooms immideatly and our luggage was sent to room . The property was excellent . Lush green . Shivji temple was there They had golf carts for internal transportations Food was very good Staff was very courtous We had two nights stay . The room was spacious . Bathroom clean Flush was working They had a generator for power backup

Good service, good service, secured campus, foods are excellent, lift is also protected without key no one can can use the lift that is interesting

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch but the restaurant closes at 10:45pm and they don't keep water bottles even to serve in the room if suppose water shortage occurs.

The room was neat and clean with good amenities and hospitality. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The hotel location is well located in a market place

Location was good but the service was very poor. Took more than 1. 5 hrs to deliver one item at room despite of no of calls. No pickup of call at room service and restaurant. Quilt was very dirty. At restaurant no one was taking care of exhausted food item and replacing it. Guest were sitting idle with veg waiting for bread though food was tasty. Need cleaning of so called lake as it was filled with algae and water was smelling inviting mosquitoes unhygienic for health

The hotel location is slightly different from usual transit points or tourist hotels, but convenient in the city to travel about. Room ambience is ok, little bit of old world charm, a small pool - hardly functional, food is good but service is little slow.

Well in the complimentary dinner, we werw just asked verbally what we want to eat without handing over the menu. Also we ordered dessert which we forgot to have our ice cream. We remembered while we came back to our room. The fun fact is that neither the food serving staff called nor the hotel staff reminded. Also the morning breakfast was served from 7:30, we went to eat at 8:15 am yet the breakfast was not placed in the food stations. Only cold stuff and some breads, cakes were there. Didnt like it at all
