Great place for travellers wanting to be close to the West Bus Terminal which gets you to Kochkor and Bokonbaevo. Walking distance of 300m only. The experience staying in this guesthouse was amazing. The staff were so welcoming with cheerful smiles. The place has that homely experience with a touch of kyrgyzstan vibes. I highly recommend this place for stay. Its worth the money.

Stayed in a single room for one night in February 2013. Conveniently located near Chuy Boulevard, but the road in front of the hotel is unpaved. The room was clean. It was relatively quiet, probably because there were not many people there. The lock was a little old. The kettle had a broken lid, but it was usable. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am. They have local dishes and it's very delicious. There is a baggage lock (just leave it next to the front desk, no lock, etc.). The front desk staff are hospitable. Overall, I recommend it.

The hotel is close to the center. At the moment there is no way to get to it, since the road is being repaired, you need to walk another 300 meters, but this minus will go away when the road is repaired. I really liked the surrounding area, it is not so big, but very cozy: a beautiful garden and a swimming pool, there are tables under a canopy in case of rain. Just great for an evening out. The room is clean and has everything you need. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the water pressure in the shower. Pleasant and polite staff. I would also like to mention the breakfasts: they are amazing. Price-quality - I sincerely recommend.

Overall experience was good. Location is strategic Room is spacious. Good restaurants are all within walking distance. We checked out at 7am, Didn’t manage to take our breakfast but the hotel was very thoughtful in preparing a breakfast pack for us to take away.

It was a newly opened hotel, so it was very clean and I liked it. The day I went, I was the only customer on the first day of the opening, so I felt like all the staff were watching me and moving. Breakfast was cooked and brought to me, and I was able to enjoy a cappuccino.

A bit outside of the city centre but near one of the nicest bazars of Central Asia. A must visit! The staff was very kind and helpfull.The air-conditioning was great. Across the hotel there is a mini market where you can buy delicious cold beers.

В целом хороший отель но было достаточно жарко. Окно пробовал открыть но прилетело очень много Комаров. Я бы добавил в сетки противомоскитные на окна, плюс купил бы вентиляторы и номер, они стоят дёшево но добавляют комфорт
