It was Great experience to stay here
Room size and comfort is outstanding
Staff is also very helpfull and good
Food and breakfast buffet was so delicious
Avari Xpress has a convenient location, and the front desk service is excellent. The staff was very friendly and even upgraded my room without me asking. However, one drawback is that valet parking is unavailable late at night, which can be challenging. Additionally, the room's insulation is not very effective, so it can get a bit noisy in the morning due to traffic on the road.

We attend the hotel with outside temperature of 45 degrees after a long journey on the 3rd day of Eid after having stayed a nice hotel in Multan with fully functioning facilities.
The reception was well maintained and nice and cool, we were given our rooms and the porter led us to a door and to our dismay, which went outside to the unfinished shopping mall so we could access the second lift on the other corner of the building as the lift in reception area was out of order.
The lift took us to the second floor, where the decor reflected the reception area , however they had turned off the air conditioning for the building there excuse was that the building engineer was on eid holiday only he could turn on the corridor ac ? we were shown our rooms which were hot as they had just turned on the Ac in the rooms we had booked the large deluxe rooms , however had to change both our rooms about 4 times as issues with inaffective ac units, this didn't get resolved until midnight.
The restaurant was closed even though the staff were there , the other parts of hotel were not accessible as the air conditioning was turned off.
In the morning the staff immediately apologised as there was no buffet or active kitchen so the breakfast which was out sourced was a option of eggs and paratha and toast. There was 4 of us and after a 10 minute wait we were given one cold old paratha cut into 4 pieces it seemed like it was a left over. I complained and we then received some paraths which were reheated old and hard.
Why accept customers if you don't have fully functioning hotel, it could of been a good stay if everything was functioning as the hotel has nice decor.
The hotel itself is good. But Chinese people should never come to Lahore recently. After we checked into this hotel, they did not allow us to go out unless we rented a bulletproof car, which is now very expensive. And even with a bulletproof car, we were not allowed to visit tourist attractions, so our good summer vacation was ruined. …..We had no choice but to buy tickets from Lahore to return home. Ended the trip early. …..The hotel provides free buses to the airport….Speechless😓ing 撒油那拉Pakistan

GGuest UserIts an old apartment complex. Most bedrooms are based on 3 bedrooms suite style. The bedroom window opens in the corridor and that itself is such a lame tactic of Avari. The location itself is quite inconvenient as you need to take a 5km u turn whenever you exit or enter the property. Overall, the hotel is disappointing and depressing. I hate to stereotype but It looks like another faizabad hotel took over by careless abbasi (s). The staff is apparently courteous but never cares to listen or understand the guests concerns. I hope that management will consider this as a constructive review and make solid improvements.

PPeter Wang(wangqiang)The Ramada room is pretty good, and the main service is very good. It would be nice if there were more charging sockets in the double room. I stayed in 4 hotels + 1 homestay in Lahore for 20 days. Ramada is the hotel with the highest quietness index in the living environment. The restaurant can also eat food that suits the Chinese stomach.
I won’t mention THE NISHAT HOTEL (the one above the Emporium shopping mall in Jonisha Hotel). The fake 5-star decoration materials and sound insulation are everywhere showing what a fake 5-star is. The breakfast included is not as good as a three-star hotel, and the background music is ugly and loud. The 4-star Nisha Hotel with the same name in the city center is still good, at least the TV looks the coolest. My evaluation is very objective, I hope that the viewers will avoid wrongdoing
RRoger Wang RogerThis hotel is actually a detached villa in downtown Lahore. There was no breakfast on the Internet at the scheduled time. I did not expect that breakfast was quite rich, and it was delivered to the room.
During the period, a kettle was broken and repaired in time. It's comfortable to drink some hot water.
AAnonymous UserA good facility clean, hygienic and maintained. Slightly overpriced, however reasonable enough. Problem with respect connectivity on reception desk as numbers are not answered in case of any eventuality while ensuring booking or seeking any adjustments in booking.
RRaja1990Located in the area of Johar town and It was a nice hotel and great hospitality. It's very convenient for transportation and it has many restaurants and mini markets around it . Easily accessible from airport and Daewoo bus stand.
