The hotel location is perfect, just about 350 meters to the golden temple, 50 meters to the post office to find Uber or tuktuk, and surrounded with many shops and restaurants. The room is so clean, the staff are very nice and helpful. My friend and I stayed there for 3 nights, we were so happy and think it’s worth every penny.

The hotel has a poor and narrow approach and located in mohalla street. There hardly any parking space for the clients arriving. The rooms are big with huge beds and two large double beds were in a single room against requirement of one. The wall paint in the room had huge chippings of paint.This is with a view of their commercial intrest. There was no seating or racks for the suitcases. The restaurant is plane and meals are below average and service substandard. The room charges are exorbitant when one compares with the k8nd of boarding snd lodging. Only plus point was 7 minutes walk to Golden temple and courteous staff.

The sound insulation effect is not good. Someone in the night next party opened the party and the hotel staff repeatedly stressed that it still failed to effectively persuade it.

I stayed at goSTOPS Amritsar in a 4-bed AC dormitory, and overall, it was a great experience. The check-in was smooth, and the hostel was clean and well-maintained. My dorm was comfortable, with a clean bed, blanket, pillow, fan, charging point, and locker. The washrooms were clean, though the hot water system in my dorm wasn’t working, but the staff arranged a hot water bath in another room, which was very helpful. The hostel had a quiet vibe since it was a weekday, but I still got to interact with a traveler from the Netherlands. The common area was nice, though the set-top box remote was missing. The location was excellent—just a 5-7 minute walk from the Golden Temple. The staff was available 24/7 and very helpful. Drinking water dispensers were provided, but only disposable glasses, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a great budget-friendly stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!
