I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel and had a mixed experience overall. Initially, I was quite disappointed with the service. The check-in process was slow, and the room assigned was not up to the mark, leaving me questioning my choice to stay at the property. However, things took a positive turn when I brought these issues to the attention of the manager, Sunny. His response was nothing short of outstanding. Sunny listened patiently to my concerns and promptly addressed every issue. The bedsheet had some marks, which I pointed out to him, and he immediately got it replaced with a new one. He was focused on providing the best possible support during my stay, including arranging breakfast and dinner. He went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. During my stay over the Christmas holiday, I had brought a gift for my son and requested Sunny to deliver it while telling him that Santa had come and left the gift. He was extremely supportive in making the arrangements and ensured the gift was delivered in the morning, just as I had hoped. Sunny's proactive and empathetic approach completely transformed my experience. His attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction are commendable. By the end of my stay, I felt valued and well cared for, which is the hallmark of great hospitality. While the initial hiccups were disappointing, the recovery made by Sunny and his team (Chotti) deserves appreciation. I would recommend Ginger Hotel, but I also suggest they work on improving the initial experience for guests. A big thank you to Sunny for turning things around and leaving a positive impression.

Very nice Hotel in Calangute. Rooms are small but clean and Modern. The white and Yellow theme goes very well. Basic amenities pocket tea/coffee, soaps, and kettles are provided. Breakfast is very good and unlimited has options in both veg and nonveg. There is also a live counter where we can order egg dishes, sausages etc. The swimming pool and pool area are good and well clean. There is a multi-purpose room where indoor games and library books are placed. The hotel staff is friendly and polite particularly Azhar from the restaurant section who served our request was very polite and helpful. He was full of energy, and enthusiasm from Goa to serve all customers. I will highly recommend this hotel if staying near Calangute beach. The hotel is just behind MacD. The distance between the beach and the Hotel is approx 1km.

I liked my stay in this hostel, it’s budget friendly, there is a free water cooler. Not far from the center and bus stop. The linen was clean, my room had a balcony. And even a hammock on the balcony😂👍 The room has a wardrobe and iron drawers in which valuables can be stored under lock and key. The staff is friendly and there is a place where you can cook your own food. I liked everything 👍

Хорошее расположение - до пляжа 5 минут неспешной прогулки, немного в стороне от дороги, соответственно тихо. До центральной улицы Палолема 3 минуты кустами. В номере все что надо есть. Особо хочу отметить - отличная большая кровать с замечательным матрасом. Но самое отличительное - это владелец! Manjay - спасибо за всё! Можно обращаться по любым вопросам, всегда постарается помочь и пойти навстречу.

This is a new hotel in Arambol. The furniture is new, the renovation is new. The owner of the hotel and the staff are very nice people who are ready to help. The hotel is located away from the road, surrounded by nature and silence. I wish you good luck and recommend it!

I recently stayed at this resort for one night and had a wonderful experience. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to the day, offering a good variety of options. Our room had a minibar, and it was nice to find that two water bottles were complimentary. While the hot water kettle was available upon request, it was promptly provided when we asked. The overall stay was comfortable, and the room was well-suited for a family. The highlight of our stay was definitely the outdoor swimming pool, which is conveniently located next to the in-house restaurant. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable time. Overall, marina bay beach resort provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, making it a great choice for a family getaway.

The Executive room was very clean, daily housekeeping service and all the staff were very very friendly and helpful in case of any queries. The location is ideal, walking distance to various restaurents as well as for shopping. The market was a mere 15 minutes walk.

To the Beach you can walk 20 minutes On the second day you will get a bike and realize that this is the best place in the city. A cool lawn in front of the hotel, you can arrange a picnic or work out yoga. Very pleased with the attitude of the hotel staff, they are friendly, ready to help in all matters open to communication. I definitely recommend this hotel for booking!

The hotel is euphemous and not bad. At the pool, one of the staff of the hotel (the cleaner) brought a forgotten t-shirt in the room, putting it down and stole all the money that was with him - be careful!

its really good hotel, location wise execellant those who want to come for business trip. price and facility is really good. and food quality is really good. i will recommend this hotel those who are coming from train from outside and also want to go again by train so this hotel is really good.

THE WORST HOTEL EVER!❌❌❌ I’m sure you don’t want to spoil your trip, so do not get a room here. THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!❌ Staffs are non welcoming, very arrogant, and non professional. Especially the evening staff (receptionist) are the worst. What I hated the most was : 1) No one welcomed us while we entered. 2) Receptionist charged extra 500 for the second person. Who does that!? Charging for third person is okay but second person!? Seriously? 3) No one carried our luggage till the room. The lift wasn’t working so had to take carry so much luggage all by ourselves. 4) The rude unprofessional evening receptionist gave me the worst hotel room. 5) Room was very DUSTY, UNCLEAN, NO MAT OUTSIDE WASHROOM, THE FLOOR WAS NON SWIPED, THE BEDSHEETS WERE NOT CLEAN, HAD NO VIEW BALCONY ROOM, LIGHTS WEREN’T WORKING, SOME BAD SMELL WAS COMING OUT OF THE AC, THE TOILET POT WAS LEAKING AND THE JET SPRAY AS WELL, WATER KETTLE WAS VERY DIRTY. I was sneezing all ***** because the room wasn’t clean at all. 6) I came here with my girlfriend and she felt very UNSAFE. *****Guys I am putting my time to type such a big bad review to help you figure out with your trip. This place looks good from outside and the photos but the staffs and the cleanliness is ZERO! ❌ Me and my girlfriend just hated this place! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! *****

Overall good but need to work on their floor marble, bathroom amenities and room freshness (without smell) and also need to check, everything is proper or not. Pros: large size room with good vibes and near to cl-ova beach. Good service neat and clean cons: mug and bucket was broken and look dirtily not provide basic amenities like dental kit, shaving kit. My visit to goa and stay at viva hotel was good. Best part is location which very close to madgaon station. Staff is good. House keeping was prompt.

A run down refugee camp best describes this utterly appalling hotel. The pictures online are deceiving. We arrived at the hotel and full payment was demanded before we got our key. The room was anything like the 'ocean view' we expected. We looked onto other dilapidated rooms and buildings with a garbage yard right beside our balcony. Inside was utterly disgraceful, linen that had seen better days and appeared soiled, ripped pillowcases, from torn wallpaper to badly laid plastic looking linoleum, a big patched roof in bedroom, filthy looking bedframe and side tables that you wouldn't dare put anything on. Broken cupboard. Those with weak stomachs beware, I'm about to mention the bathroom! From huge cracked tiles on floors, holes in floor, walls and the roof was a plastic sheet! Nothing looked clean anywhere in this whole establishment. We were conned. We demanded a refund and they refused. We have given them a sufficient time of grace to do the right thing but they haven't. Hence the review now. Now they have 24 hours until this review is posted on every review site possible. The customer is always right and this business certainly needs to learn that.

Nice hotel with restro...hotel is nice room is also good ...but room have no tv or no phone so if you want to order something than walk to reception.....pool is good. Tasty food....and famous Palolem beach is near ...and remember if you book room with breakfast than note they give you only 1 item with 1 parson not unlimited breakfast...

Average hotel with average staff. Visited with family including 2 daughters. I thought it being recently opened on 04 Oct with stone wood brand it’s a good deal and will be a memorable stay. But the staff took more than 24 hrs just to arrange an extra bed. Except Mr Rahul who was at reception, no one is bothered about the brand value. Buffet breakfast is another mess in itself. Stay there for 3 days to enjoy south goa and it’s not worthwhile. Must say, there are good resorts nearby with same tariff which are much better option.

We had an awesome and memorable fun at Paparazzi Resort. The owner is a wonderful and fabulous lady and really made us feel at home. The resort is approx 50m from Calangute beach. So our morning used to start with sea bath. They have three types of rooms Villas, Cottages and super delux rooms. All are good if available go for villas and cottages else super deluxe rooms are also fabulous. We had amazing fun and made friends for life in the owner *Gurdeep Kaur the Fabulous Aulakh*.

Casa Saverina has been our go to hotel when we have visited Goa in the last 8 trips. We have been visiting the hotel for the last 10 years and they have always exceeded expectations. - The staff is cordial and exceedingly helpful. They will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable and memorable. - The food is amazing and we have always opted for breakfast included stays as the food is really good and the breakfast spread large. - The rooms are nice and big and they maintained the old Portuguese charm. It has a rustic charm to it which you won't get at any of the big hotel chains that you have in Goa. - The beach is walking distance and they provide towels for the beach so you don't have to bring anything of your own. For the past 10 years we have travelled as a couple, my wife has travelled solo and now we come with our kid. It is for everyone and in the last 10 years we have always felt a sense of calm coming here. The hotel is and always will be our go to place when we come to Goa. Saying it's a hotel would be wrong. It's a HERITAGE PLACE. Rather than staying in one of the hotel chains which have the same rooms no matter where you go, you should come to this place which gives you an authentic feel of Goa.
