Pros: the hotel serves breakfast from 2:30 to 10:00 am and provides a free shuttle to the airport. Cons: The hotel looks so close to the airport but the way to drive from the airport to the hotel is not straightforward. As our flight was quite late, we were tired. We wanted to cancel the 2nd night booking because of the change of our business plan but the hotel disallowed. Surprisingly some customers were complaining at the front desk when we were checking in. It didn't sound good. The towels are very old and yellow. During breakfast, there is no coffee machine. If you want coffee from a coffee machine, you have to pay separately and that's what we did. Conclusion: there are a lot of choices in Jakarta, probably we won't go back to this one simply because of what we saw at the check in night.

The room was compact, with a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and a smaller window that could be opened for ventilation; the floor was very clean, but the bedding wasn't so hygienic, even though the staff changed it diligently; the location was out of the way, with many narrow passageways leading in and out.

Choosing this hotel was convenient for a business trip. The hotel environment was clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant stay. The price was reasonable and it is worth recommending.

Location: 15-min car ride to airport. Free shuttle service provided by the hotel at 1.5-hour interval. No other business or eateries around the hotel. Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower. - No room slipper provided. - No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor. - No facial tissue available in the room. Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers. I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises. Room isn't bright enough for working.

Facilities: Located inside the airport, very easy to find, although the entrance isn't grand. Cleanliness: Decent, but ventilation is average. Environment: Super convenient for transfers, and plenty of dining options nearby. Service: Warm, friendly, and they speak a little Chinese. Recommended for transit.

Overall hotelnya bagus, cuma ada yg kurang. Bantal sm selimutnya sdh kliatan kusam (yg tdnya putih, jd kecoklatan) trs sarapan, sarapannya untuk pilihannya standar hotel sekelasnya. Yg kurang baru ngerasain 1x nginep disuguhin sarapan lauknya telor balado dan nuget, dibanding hotel sekelasnya menurut sy, sangat kurang.

Located on the outskirts at South Tangerang. But also connected to small town nearby. For travellers driving/riding, there is a basement carpark but you have to ask the counter for the rates. When you enter, there is a gantry guarded by two security guys. Front desk staff are very polite. Room was clean. Towels could use the extra softener scent, otherwise it is sanitised. Toilets are clean enough and functional. The shower head is standard 3-mode. They come with complimentary toothbrush, toothpaste. Soap is provided. You got two 600ml of complimentary bottled water. They do offer snacks and 1.5L bottled water. You have to pay to want to consume them. Its labelled on them. There is a TV box with LAN provided. You can browse your favorite shows. Youtube is available too. I suggest you bring your own Portable Hotspot for wifi. Bedsheets and pillows are clean and soft. Really like the matress. Not too hard, just nice. You got a desk facing the window. Aircon works really well. IF YOU SMOKE, PLEASE NOTIFY STAFF TO ARRANGE A DIFFERENT ROOM. ＜- All caps for importance thx :)

The location is strategically connected to Teraskota so it's not too boring, the room is clean, I'm just a bit doubtful whether the bed sheet is changed for each new guest because it has a strange smell, the room also needs a freshener, the sound of outside vehicles really penetrates the room, the sound of the AC is also quite disturbing, the staff is friendly and helpful.

For the age of the place it was Very Clean and tidy..with a very cheap Rate.. Reasonable distance to Jakarta Airport 20 minutes away with a regular Shuttle service. The Staff Very helpful ..the Restaurant had pleasant Service staff with refreshing drinks and hot food available until.11pm with Room Service 24/7..
