The scenery is excellent, the environment is very feel, the location is very close to the main scenic area, the facilities are average but acceptable, the counter attendants are courteous and courteous, and willing to lend the kettle and microwave for guests to use.
Very nice hotel and the location is top class. You can see the Royal Palace from the hotel room. Breakfast was really good. The bed was super large and the room had the AC as well. The hotel is very near to Metro and Tram services. Very close to the city centre.
Overall the stay was really nice and comfortable.
The hotel environment is nice, but the facilities are quite basic. What made me really angry was that I left my pajamas on the bed, and when I came back at night, although the bed had been made, my pajamas were thrown on the floor! They could have easily been placed on the nearby chair, but instead, they were tossed on the ground! Even if they had accidentally fallen, the staff could have at least picked them up. But they didn’t even bother! It completely ruined my mood. I’m so upset!
The hotel is really at a very good location. It is just 23 minute walk from the basilica, which is one of the tourist highlight. There are many restaurants just nearby the hotel. Hotel rooms were very clean and tidy and very spacious. They also have breakfast which have a lot of options even for the vegetarian and the non vegetarian people. Public transportation is easily available. And even the cabs just come in front of the hotel, which makes it very easy stay. We two girls had stayed there for a night, and we never felt unsafe over there. The rooms were very clean. There were no noise issues.
The location is excellent, being close to the subway station and having supermarkets nearby. Overall, the stay was quite good. However, the kitchen in the room wasn't equipped with essential cooking items like pots, pans, or knives, which meant we had to request them from the front desk.
Very spacious, practical and comfortable apartment that's adequately equipped for a short stay.
Pros: Short bus ride from the main sights of Budapest, seamless check-in procedure and easy to use door codes, bed was comfortable, kitchen had many cookware.
Cons: Bathroom lacked space/fixtures to put toiletries; shower area had no rack for soap.
Other than that, excellent choice for a short stay. Would recommend.
Super super value. I booked more than 800 for two nights, but the room has a bed, the living room has a sofa bed, and then there is a kitchen, and the kitchen utensils are super clean. There is a washing machine and it is friendly for business travelers. If I come again, I will definitely stay here again. Super recommended. Big, clean, quiet and cheap (¯▽¯) 👍👍👍
There was no buffet. They left a breakfast basket in the room with breads, waffles, jelly, butter, spreads and tea bags.
Reception opens at 10 in the morning. So, it’s difficult to plan early trips in the city if you need anything from the reception. You can store luggage till 6PM. So, you have to plan accordingly (store the luggage at 10 and collect before 6) if you have flight at late night.
So, don’t expect breakfast buffet and consider the reception time. Other than that the studio was nice with functioning ac and others.
The apartment suite is nice and very quiet, the staff are very friendly, the bed is very comfortable, the pillows and bedding are soft and comfortable, the location is near transit with a shopping plaza and a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended, I will stay here again.
It was a hotel that I would like to stay again.
The size of the room is very large and there is a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. It was about 1 minute from the tram station and the supermarket was about 6 minutes on foot and access was very good.
There was a little water around, and there was a part that was easy to leak or clogged, but there was no problem.

Very Good
GGuest UserWhen I arrived at the hotel before 7 o'clock, I was nervous because the entrance door was closed, but when I looked around the intercom, there was a call code on it, so I just had to press it. I went inside just as the other guests were coming out. All the staff were kind and greeted me with a smile, making me feel at ease. A bottle of wine was included in the room and it was delicious!

GGuest UserReading the reviews, overall I was expecting worse. The room was a little dated but clean, the bathroom ditto. Clean sheets and towels. On the other hand, the pillows offered are really uncomfortable, the mini bar is not working and the breakfast is very poor and without a sweet proposal: I went on for three days on bread, butter and jam. The staff were friendly enough and the location was excellent for getting to the center by public transport.
SSavannah DVery good location, but you might need to bare in mind that it is in the city centre so it will be loud during the night. It located just right next to St. Stephen’s square. Walkable distance to the river.
TTopperUKA fantastically clean and very well located hotel. Right in the centre of town and has just enough to provide a comfortable stay.
However, the 8:30am knocks from housekeeping are very annoying and a fridge is something management should consider - as there is room for one. Breakfast pastries and coffee were great, but hot items lacking and need improvement.

AAnonymous UserThe room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful. Convenient location with easy transportation. Great value for money—an ideal place to stay.
HHIDEAKIWhile you can access synagogues and ruins cafes within 10 minutes on foot, the hotel is a reasonable inn where you can rest slowly in a quiet area.
Breakfast was substantial.
BBrunoLMWe stayed for one night and, while the experience was acceptable, we wouldn’t choose this hotel again.
Although we had booked a premium double room, we were given a twin room instead. We had to push the beds together, which was not ideal. The room felt outdated and could use renovation. There were no light sensors or automatic switches to save energy. The bathroom had a noticeable drain smell. Also, the kettle was placed in a spot without a power socket, so we had to move it to the dresser to make tea — though the tea selection was good.
Check-in was fast and efficient. Our room was ready earlier than expected, which we appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with gluten-free options and plant-based milks. All staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful.
The elevator was very slow and noisy. In the early morning, we could clearly hear doors slamming and elevator sounds from our room.
A decent option for a short stay, but we’ll look elsewhere next time.

MMikethetravellingscouserFantastic hotel and brilliant location. The beds were comfy and large as were the rooms. There isn’t really the best view out of the hotel rooms, but that isn’t a problem as I found the hotel is a place to use as a base. There were some road works and construction taking place outside of the hotel during my stay. This didn’t impact on the night time and was quiet. The construction works weren’t very well segregated during the day, so this is something to bear in mind. Breakfast is included and is to a high standard and fantastic quality. A good stay all round.
