I booked this Aparthotel for my Dad and it was brilliant. Fantastic attention to detail and very clean. The only thing Iā€™d say can be better is customer service. We had to wait a long time before getting the key although booking in advance. As a world traveler, this gap was very notable and one that can be easily addressed. Itā€™s however a great place to stay.

šŸØ The hotel is very new, the overall apartment style, but the full service hotel, there are laundry services, gyms, swimming pools, restaurants, etc. There are not many breakfast options, but enough šŸ’Ŗ The gym is completely beyond expectations, and there is such a great gym in this place in Ghana. It is completely beyond expectations.

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and itā€™s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you donā€™t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasnā€™t around on the weekend. The one thing I didnā€™t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as itā€™s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didnā€™t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed for 6 nights, and we were quite pleased with this guest house. It was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the room sizes were perfect for the two of us. This is the 3rd guesthouse/hotel that we stayed at while in Ghana as we weren't satisfied with the other places and I must say we loved it! The only disadvantage was that the Bolt and taxi drivers had a hard time locating it even though we gave them the address. We later learned that the best way to direct a driver is by telling them a particular landmark, so in our case, the landmark was a restaurant called ā€Odu Riceā€ which is right in front of American Mall. The area is also a bit noisy in the morning, but we didn't let it bother us too much as we went out each day.

XXingzhe66666Except that Ctrip's price is a bit expensive, the hotel is very good and the room is a bit damp. Everything else is excellent and the waiters are very easy to deal with. It's very close to the airport, just a ten-minute walk. Remember, the international airport is in the T3 terminal, close to the hotel. Turn left when exiting the hotel from the airport parking lot.

FFarid EThis is not a hotel, it's more of a condo/airbnb. The studio is very good, everything you need to be independent. And the shared facilities include swimming pools, a high-end gym, and a quieter rooftop pool. A basketball/tennis court on the roof. Very good value for money for the area. I will be back very often.

GGuest UserThe guys at the reception are super nice. I was helped with my luggage when I arrived but when leaving, I was on my own. Breakfast was great since the hotel itself owns a commercial restaurant that serves great food. There are local delicacies on the menu, but no staple dishes like fufu or banku. (U might have to go elsewhere if u wanna try typical Ghanaian dishes. The environment is quite noisy but the windows are quite sound proof. A good place to be if youā€™re in Accra

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our time at KCS Guest House. The property is clean and well maintained and located in a peaceful part of the city. There are a few stores and a couple of restaurants within walking distance and you can also have some tasty food served in your room or in the lounge at the guest house itself. Special mention is deserved by Blessed (reception) and Prince (the chef) who looked after us very well throughout our stay.
