3-Star Hotels in Balearic Islands, Spain

Didn’t go for the food package so would have been nice to have some sort of tea and coffee making facilities and possibly a small fridge already in the room. I did notice a poster at reception for a fridge with €40. Not sure if this is a deposit or a charge. Location is good with access to both EMT and TIB busses, EMT is cash only and TIB allows you to tap on and off with a regular bank card. Prepare for your bathroom to become a slippy wet room, as the cleaners never replace wet towels or floor mats. The shower quickly overflows. Also to fit on the toilet the right way you’d have to be 4”2 so you have to sit on it sideways as the wall is right in front of it.

The hotel was very clean and great area only 5 minute walk to the beach with supermarkets everywhere, the room got cleaned everyday and there is a tennis court and nice pool with plenty of areas to sit and chill, the food in the morning is €10 and they serve nice lunch after 1pm would definitely recommend.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel. All the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Our room 1201 was very quiet and large. Air-conditioning was excellent and bathroom large, plenty of hot water and toiletries although pressure sometimes dropped slightly when everyone was probably showering. Beds very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with selection of cereals, hot and cold, breads, rolls and pastries. Drinks machines for juices and hot drinks. Personally found the coffee a bit bitter but my husband liked it and cups were small so had to have several trips to get our caffeine fix! Pool area clean and in June there were enough loungers. Nice snack bar with good selection of drinks and light snacks. Close enough to main road for an abundance of very good restaurants as there is no evening meal facility at the hotel. All in all a great place to stay and would be happy to return.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das Frühstück ein Traum. Am Pool waren immer freie Liegen zu haben und es wurde extrem auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit geschaut. Mehrmals pro Stunde räumten Mitarbeiter am Pool oder in der Lobby kleinere Unordnungen auf und wischten die Tische ab. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Eine Nacht war etwas Baustellenlärm zu hören und Geschrei vom Nachbarhotel, aber was will man am Ballermann erwarten. Wieder erwarten waren eher weniger Partytouristen, sondern auch viele normale Urlauber da

Hygienic: clean and tidy, good service attitude.

This place is a party hotel, and if you are put in a room next to the rooftop bar, you’ll get no peace until very early in the morning when they shut the music off. Additionally, I had an issue with the lock on my door. I waited for them to send someone up to fix it, but after a while I gave up Because I wasn’t waiting at the door the repair man didn’t fix the door so when I finally came back, the door still wasn’t fixed this wasted hours of my day. The location of this hotel is really good essentially right on the beach, but there are a lot of other drawbacks that make this place, not ideal

I was very friendly received at my arrival and the staff were always helpful and premature during my stay. The room was very clean and clean, but the establishment has come somewhat in the years – a renovation or at least the exchange of individual furniture would be desirable. The electricity supply worked only after a few trials reliable. Unfortunately, I could not take the dinner and morning meals, but in the morning, alternatives were friendly offered. Really friendly and good service. Our room was located next to a busy street, so we asked for another room. That was no problem. But our new room had really noisy neighbors (the walls are very thin!), so we changed again. Very happy that this was possible in the middle of the night!
