We loved this hotel!! The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly 🥰 It was great to have a bath in our room 😁 We appreciated the view of the old stock exchange from our window & the lush trees outside. The hotel is ideally located for public transport. We were able to book the sauna that was only a 5 minute walk away. We also swam from the beach near the opera house. The centre of Oslo is full of interesting buildings, green spaces & artworks. Would have no hesitation in booking again 😁

Located in downtown Oslo, near the train station, it's very convenient for shopping and strolling. There are events on holidays, making it a lively place to stay, but it's quite quiet on weekdays.

The hotel's location is great, very close to the Central Station. From our room, we could see the Munch Museum and the theater, both just a short walk away. It was also about a 15-minute walk to the pier, the National Museum, and the Royal Palace in Oslo. If you want to take the tram, there's a stop just a few dozen meters from the hotel. It's self-check-in and self-check-out, with computers and other facilities for self-service near the elevator. We didn't see any staff during our entire stay. For double rooms, the odd-numbered ones were smaller, and the even-numbered ones were larger (my memory of which numbers were which is a bit blurry, but there was definitely a size difference between rooms on opposite sides of the hallway). The only issue was that we booked with breakfast included, but the hotel doesn't have a restaurant and therefore doesn't provide breakfast. After contacting Trip.com customer service, a small refund for the breakfast cost resolved the matter.

We had a wonderful stay at Smart Hotel Oslo. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved that the hotel provides Rituals toiletries – they are our favorite. The reception staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. We also really appreciated being able to check in a few hours before the official check-in time, as well as having access to the luggage storage room on our last day. Both made our trip much more comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. There is also a great Chinese restaurant nearby serving delicious food, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo.

Took me a while to get used to having no reception or staff around, but the hotel was amazing. Brilliant location close to the main train station with easy links to the airport and tram stop very close. Most main attractions are walkable in about 20 minutes. Loads of options for food, shopping, cafes and bars around. I loved the options of borrowing tote bags and cameras to go around the city, and the reusable water bottles were really handy (plus the tap water is the best water I’ve ever tasted!) Staff were easy to get in contact with and very friendly. The bed was really comfy and I slept very well every night. I do wish the room was a little darker at night as the curtains let quite a bit of light in, but on the whole it was a brilliant stay and I’d definitely recommend it.

The location is superb, connected to the train station. The room size is ok and comfortable for 2 nights stay. Breakfast spread is adequate but same food was served. Gym with free weights. No free coffee, compared to other hotels in Norway. Laundry washing is available in sister hotel, with a fee.

There's an Asian supermarket downstairs, and I usually go out at night, but there were some suspicious characters hanging around downstairs, which made me a bit nervous. The room floor had grease stains and wasn't very clean. Plus, they don't even provide shower gel; you have to buy it yourself. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel that doesn't provide shower gel. #Pros

We chose an apt because we like to do our own cooking  The stove hob didn't work and they fobbed us of with electronic responses and broken promises for our total stay of 3 days. On the last night they asked us if we would consider changing apts if one became available. What a joke the place was empty You could shoot a cannon and not hit anyone. If they did not have maintenance available they could have offered the change on the first Night . Lots of food wasted because we had no cook top. No front desk means that there is no one to complaint to. Their Automated electronic responses to service requests  provides appalling customer service. Emails and emergency phone calls don't generate responses either. A disappointing stay.

Service & Check-in: The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was absolutely smooth, fast, and welcoming. Room: Very functional and noticeably small. The biggest drawback: There is hardly any storage space or closets to store luggage and personal belongings efficiently. Breakfast: The offerings are solid in terms of taste and selection (okay), but the room was extremely crowded, loud, and bustling. For a short stay with minimal luggage, thanks to the great team, it's absolutely doable, but one should temper expectations regarding comfort and quietness in the breakfast area.

i had an amazing experience at this apartment. the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable . The location was perfect. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort !
