It is cheap for a reason. It's a decent hotel but it feels more like a motel. The room wasn't the cleanest and the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. If you have big baggage, you should avoid this hotel due to not having elevators (if you get an upper floor). The location is great for people with cars since there is nearby supermarkets, fast food.
We have been over a night only, but the great attention, the room well, comfortable bed, total cleaning. We have breakfast in the hotel with delicious chocolate curries. Location in the whole center of Aviles. Absolutely recommendable.
It's a bit far from the long-distance bus station, and dragging luggage up and down the hill was tiring. The room was fairly clean and hygienic, and the price wasn't expensive. Luggage storage was available after check-out. It's within walking distance of nearby attractions, which is quite convenient.
The facilities are a bit old. When using the hair dryer, the gate will trip every minute. It's a bit scary at night. The room is close to the elevator and the sound insulation is poor. You will be disturbed by the sound of the elevator at night. Everything else is okay. The room looks a bit old but is tidy. The front desk is also very welcoming.
Destacar la atención del personal que fue excelente. Hotel algo a las afueras de Oviedo pero a 20 minutos andando del centro y con buena conexión de autobús. Buenas vistas. Habitaciones cómodas y bastante nuevas. El hotel se encontraba limpio. Tiene cafetería pero no llegamos a probarla.
Eleonora has received us very heartily and carefully, responding to all our concerns and providing us with everything necessary to make our stay and travel by the people an unforgettable experience. The cleanness of the room and the hotel in general, have been freely satisfactory.
The hotel is a little outdated and older, a pity because the location is fantastic. Breakfast is very poor. It is in a cafeteria with many few options. It served us because we went to an event and we only marked the hotel nearby and only went to sleep there.
The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, very comfortable and comfortable. One single swab in a two-bed, one at the door and another at the bathroom....a swab to load two mobiles by night.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a very good location, close to the main bus station, city and has free parking around. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a bit small specially if you get a room on the top floor, they are modern and clean so it's quite comfy. I found that the air conditioner was quite loud and it would randomly start doing some really loud noises after around 20 minutes and would sometimes shutdown with an error E0. It would be nice if they had like a welcoming tray with a kettle and some instant coffee or teas, or even some water.
The breakfast is very good, I found it to be even better than some larger 4 stars hotels.
GGuest UserEven though the hotel is not in Gijon city center, you can catch the train to Gijon that runs every 30 minutes if you don't have a car. The train station is right outside the backdoor of the hotel. Also there is a beautiful park and camping ground near the station.
The room is pretty big and the bed is quite comfortable . Surprisingly, the breakfast has many items including bread, cake, cold cut, cheese, fruits, yogurt, juice and coffee. The dinner is also quite good and at very reasonable price. I would recommend this hotel if visiting Gijon area.
((。-`ω´-)The room is small but very clean, no need to plug in the card, it is safe to have access control at 10 o'clock in the evening, you can directly see the port, the front desk lady service is very good, will recommend~

BBronsteinAfter I have already spoken about the recommendable breakfast, a few words about the surrounding area. It is already pretty ugly and good bars are only 500 m away. Who wants a better coffee, the bar ”el Rincón” (photo) is recommended. There are Alimerka and Dia Plaza for shopping. Cheap tanks seem to be not available. The staff was rather not present at breakfast, otherwise competent.
JJdecangasExcellent location, especially for those who need to go to the HUCA as you are less than 5 minutes walking, is a place with all kinds of services alongside that is very quiet.
GGuest UserGood hotel, modern design, location beautiful, the most center, 24-hour access to the hotel with the help of the app. I had a number 204, the only minus, that my window in the patio was opposite another room with the same big window, so you have to always close the curtain
GGuest UserHotel with an excellent location, next to San Lorenzo beach and the city center. Clean rooms, decent breakfast, but... Surprise! Be careful with the air conditioning if you're traveling in the middle of summer.
Supposedly, the air conditioning had been out of order for days, and guests hadn't been notified (obviously) to avoid canceling during a heat wave. According to the person at reception, ”they'd had this problem for days, and that's why they'd removed the air conditioning from the various search engines, since it was going to be a while...” They didn't remove it, apologize, or offer any kind of compensation, and surprisingly, it was working again on Sunday, albeit slightly.
Breakdown or cost-saving strategy?
SSa CrisIt’s very clean. The bus station is around 900 meters away. It’s also near the beach. The reception is only from 0900 to 1500 hours. Early check in is possible as long as the room is available.
