The room was spotless, and the overall environment was really pleasant. The hotel's location is a bit more convenient if you have a car, but considering the price, it's excellent value for money. There's also a large shopping mall and plenty of dining options nearby.

Guest UserThe room has an amazing view of the promenade and the site where the Lighthouse of Alexandria once stood. The room itself is a bit dated, but the view, the veranda, and the price more than make up for it.

Hi everyone! I stayed at this hotel from March 19-23, 2026. My room was 411.
The location is great. The Zamalek area is a super beautiful place! The Nile is wonderful. I really enjoyed it. The hotel's overall condition is good, even though it's only a 3-star. The hotel staff and personnel are very pleasant people. The room and bathroom were both fine, but the view from the window was bad 🤦♀️. The food in the restaurant was good quality. I have no complaints. I recommend this hotel. I used the laundry service, and it was fine, no complaints. Thank you very much! 🙌🏻🙏🏻

FeitiandefeitianPros:
The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Khan el-Khalili, just a 3-minute walk away.
The hotel is located in an alley, so vehicle access is not very convenient.
Breakfast is served as a set menu, and the portions are generous.
The owner and staff are also very enthusiastic.
The triple room we booked was just the right size.
Cons:
Because it's close to Khan el-Khalili, the surrounding environment isn't great.
There's also a mosque nearby, which has regular prayer calls.

Guest UserThe service was exceptional! Our flight schedule was a bit awkward, so we needed to stay from 9 AM to 9 PM. After discussing it with the front desk, the friendly guy there agreed to swap our breakfast from the next day to that morning. Plus, we were able to check in as soon as the room was ready, instead of waiting until 2 PM. The breakfast was plentiful and had a great Egyptian touch. I picked up an orange, and the chef even came over to slice it for me – so thoughtful! The room door was a double door, the air conditioning was a lifesaver, and they even provided iced water. After dinner, we went downstairs and surprisingly, our room was already ready! We got into our room by just after 9 AM. Awesome!

If you mean what does a 4/5 review mean, it generally means very good / great, with some limitations or room for improvement. One review methodology, for example, describes 4/5 as “dependable,” while another maps it to “great.” If you mean what does a 4/5 review mean, it generally means very good / great, with some limitations or room for improvement. I stayed at this hotel again after returning from Hurghada, mainly because of its convenience. The receptionist was as welcoming as ever, and his ”welcome back” was just right. A very handsome young man at the front desk also showed me to my room. I booked a single room, which was a bit small and cramped, but it had a private bathroom for easy showering. I tried the Lebanese and Egyptian restaurants near the hotel, both of which were quite good.

Е.М.This is not my first time staying at a Brassbell hotel, and once again, it was an excellent experience. The studio apartment feels like a complete home – a truly wonderful option! The room is clean, pleasant, and literally has everything you could need: a large bed that provided a great night's sleep; clean, new bed linen and towels; slippers; a kettle; and a full set of dishes (not just mugs with saucers and spoons, but a complete collection – plates, forks, a set of knives, wine glasses, regular glasses, a frying pan, pots, and even a Cezve for coffee – amazing!). Additionally, there are separate packets of tea, coffee, and creamer; bottled water (only upon check-in, no refills); a hairdryer; an iron; a full-sized wardrobe; a small table and two armchairs; a TV; air conditioning; a sink for washing dishes with a filter tap; a stove for cooking; and a washing machine – I used it, and it works perfectly! There's even laundry detergent in a special packet and box. Before coming to Egypt, I stayed in a premium-level studio apartment in El Alamein, but even there, they didn't provide laundry detergent or a full set of dishes. This hotel, however, has it all. Thank you! Here's a tip: if you need to dry clothes, after washing them, hang them on hangers, then hang the hangers on the upper metal rail of the shower corner – voilà, everything dries perfectly :)
Hot water with good pressure is consistently available. The shower includes shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are friendly, and you can store your luggage after checking out. There are many cafes, restaurants, and shops near the hotel, and Tahrir Square and the old museum are within walking distance.
There's nothing negative to mention, as this accommodation option is simply fantastic for Egypt! Especially for the price. Given the room's amenities, it feels like a 5-star hotel. Perhaps the only minor suggestion would be to add towel hooks.
The staff are polite and pleasant; they helped me with calling a taxi (for some reason, taxis have trouble pulling up directly to the hotel entrance, so they need directions).
Huge thanks for the magnificent living conditions! If I return to Cairo, I'll definitely stay here again. I wish the hotel prosperity, well-being, and decent, grateful guests!
