В целом неплохой отель, который размещает с животными, за что отдельное спасибо. Минусы: при бронировании были указаны завтраки, а на месте узнали, что не включенных, ни за доп плату завтраков нет, ресторан на ремонте утром в номер без стука заглянула горничная

The location is very good and the service is very friendly. However, the hardware and software facilities are relatively backward. For example, the button of the kettle in the room was burned out. There were cockroaches in the room and there were also smelly women. The spa needs to be booked in advance. Although it looks good, it is also neglected in maintenance. Supplies such as shampoo are actually diluted with water. The breakfast is okay and filling.

The steamed bun of the castle hotel is still quite big, but it is actually a normal decoration hotel in the restoration of the castle. On the way from Yerevan to Batumi, it is very suitable as a transit place (except in winter). Not friendly to passengers with large suitcases, the parking lot is about 150 meters away from the hotel intersection, bread stone road, inconvenient to drag. The castle can be visited for a fee, in fact, the free area is enough to see, early look, the scenery is good.

A beautiful, new, and clean family hotel. The reception is excellent. Thank you very much. The room has been upgraded. The place is quiet and beautiful, and the service is excellent. There is a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel is distinguished, and the effort is excellent. I recommend it to families looking for peace and quiet. There is no room service. You can only eat in the restaurant. The restaurant is excellent, and the view is wonderful. At night, the situation is a little scary, given that we are in the middle of the mountains. My thanks to the hotel management.

--RobGreat hotel located between Bakuriani Ski Resort and close by to 25 Ski which is a great beginner mountain. Pay a little extra for better equipment rentals. The lower cost is 10 gel per hour, or 40 gel all day premium gear. Hotel is great and has laundry service. Great for families and has a pretty good restaurant.
