The location is great, it’s at the edge of the old town so most of the places in the city centre are within working distance.
Cleanliness can be improved though - there was some long hair in the bed…
Breakfast is very basic. I would have expected a bit more in terms of quality of food (eg. Scrabble egg was rubbery, juice was just diluted chemical). But price is reasonable overall.
I had a single atrium room. Great value for a solo traveller. I usually do not sleep well at all in hotels but had a great sleep here.
It's good to have a kitchen but unfortunately can only cook by microwaving. Doesn't matter for a few days though.
The only think - the vending machine could do with some more options such as salted crisps!

Great value budget hotel with a tasty breakfast in the very heart of Tallinn Old City. Recommend for a short stay 👌 😎 😉 the bed was a bit too soft for me.

Great location, very close to tram/bus stop.
Breakfast was okay. Typical hotel breakfast menu.
Service- the front (reception) needs to work on her service attitude. Some are fine, that particular one really doesnt know to show what hospitality is. Staff at breakfast room were awesome, welcoming with great smile.
Room-a bit smaller than expected but decent size for solo traveler.

The Bern Boutique Hotel in Tallinn is an excellent choice for those seeking comfort and an unbeatable location. Its central location allows easy access to the city's main attractions. The rooms are cozy and well-equipped, ensuring a pleasant stay.
One of the highlights of this hotel is its staff, always attentive and willing to help. In our case, we arrived early in the morning and were allowed early check-in, which was a great touch. Furthermore, the reception is open 24 hours a day, providing guests with peace of mind and flexibility.
A basic good Hyatt hotel. Clean, stylishly decorated. The biggest minus is the restaurant and lobby. The soundproofing is poor. The restaurant and lobby are incredibly noisy. One big, loud group at dinner, you can't hear anything the waiter is trying to say or a conversation with someone else is impossible. You can't enjoy your time in the restaurant. The clinking and clanking of dishes could be heard all the way to the reception.
The portion was far too expensive for the quality. Schnitzel €29. Schnitzel (pork) maybe max 150g a few potatoes and two sauces. The max price for this would be €20. If it was made from beef, the price €29 would be ok.
The service was absolutely fantastic. That's the pluses.
No kettle no desk, but the design was sleek and modern. They have a free flow coffee machine with hot water dispenser at the lobby, however a but of a pain to trek down for hot water for tea. No slippers provided (ostensibly for sustainability but the tiled bathroom was freezing). Overall very comfortable night’s sleep on the bed however, and the bench seat was the perfect height for me (limited mobility due to hip disability) i would have liked a shelf in the bath to put my own toiletries on and the water temperature fluctuated lots during a shower. The room heater wasn’t terribly warm, overall the room temperature stayed stubbornly at 23 degrees (definitely colder at some spots) and still chilly for tropical natives like me. It was a fairly close walk from the bus terminal (unfortunately the paths were iced over and no one had cleared the ice when I arrived. No cabs available so I had to hoof it over with luggage in tow. Without the spikes I had with me to pull onto my boots, I would have no doubt fallen a few times. The staff were overall pleasant and professional. There’s a map provided of the main attractions as well. If you do succeed at getting a cab, there is a driveway adjacent so the driver can pick you up from the hotel itself. Not too far a walk from the old town - about 20-30 minutes.
Cheap and close to Tram Station. A 15min walk to the Ferry Terminal D if you’re going to and from Helsinki. Room is clean and cozy. There is a kitchenette if you want to cook food. Water heater is also available if you want coffee or tea. No breakfast available.
Location: Great, right next to the train station, accessible by almost all trams and buses
Room: A little small, but very clean, the bathroom is also very clean
Breakfast: There are many kinds, and there is also fish to eat, not only ham. I only stayed for two nights, and the breakfast dishes were exactly the same for both days, with no change at all. If you stay for a few more nights, you will really get tired of it.
Facilities: The room facilities are not too new, but they are not old, and the hotel facilities do not look bad. At this price, this kind of accommodation is worth it.
Highly recommend to stay!!
It is an open unit, there is no room, there are room facilities, small washing machine, bathroom equipment is enough, but the bathtub is very high, be careful when going up and down. There is a considerable terrace with tables and chairs.

PPetra KarimiesVery nice hotel and excellent location with parking places. Only minus was that it's not for free (10€/night). Not possible to adjust the room temperature.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location in the old town so it’s very convenient and the design around the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have antique furnishings. Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online.

MMA AlamJust within the centre of the old town. Nice clean room. Easy to commute everywhere. Lots of interesting places around. The front desk staff are extremely professional and great helpers. I had an early morning flight, when I informed the front desk staff, she arranged a breakfast takeaway package. This was so kind of Her. I will definitely stay here.
