3-Star Hotels in Matanzas, Cuba

It is impossible to find beach towels. Due to the low flow of water, the toilet bowl was filling in 1 hour. The food was good. Especially in the à la carte restaurant. The staff were very pleasant. They helped in times of need. The hotel location is a half hour walk from the center. Thanks for everything.

hotel is using pictures of swimming pool, which they do not have. it belongs to other hotel and if you want to use it, than need to pay extra 35 usd/day per person. Breakfast choice was fine, room clean and with working AC, but...located between 3 night clubs/disco. that means loud music every day between 9pm and 4 am. Even strongest clubbing lovers were tired. breakfast and check in has place in other hotel. in general, I do not recommend.

The facilities were good enough for what you pay. I should not complain about the food since given the circumstances they did their best to keep us fed at all times. In fact, they offered a large variety of meat and veggies, desserts, etc. On the other hand, for heavy drinkers, this place should be an oasis since you can have access to all the alcohol you want at all times. My husband certainly loved that fact. Regarding the entertainment, the first night with dance performers was good, however, the second one with singers was not. I think they should work harder on this issue. If you want a get away from Havana, this is definetely the place to stay. A very relaxing,enjoyable spot for honey mooners or loners who simply want to have time on their own.

This is the second time at the hotel, the food is good, the bar is not bad, there was no toilet seat in the room, before lunch the water in the shower was cool, a good level for an inexpensive hotel

In general, the food is not bad, the beef is excellent, the fruit is good, but there are few tables, the waiters are slow, the entertainment is excellent, the beach is ok and with cocktails nearby, the price-quality ratio is very good, but the rooms are old and are being slowly renovated, there is always hot water, it’s loud music from 10 to 23, did not interfere with sleep, I would come back here again

Atendentes no check in impacientes, pouco simpáticas, ao serem demandadas por algum problema, Toalhas de banho manchadas, problema sem solução durante os 8 dias em que lá estive. Alegam que não têm toalhas de banho sem manchas. Banheira em mal estado de conservação, cortina da banheira encardida. Problemas com a fechadura do departamento comunicada ao hotel por voltadas 13 h do segundo dia hospedar em (não abria) não solucionado, levando o hóspede a ficar da 18h às 0h buscando a solução na portaria, tendo que se deslocar várias vezes pelo hotel para tratar do problema, solucionado apenas no dia seguinte. Alimentação e bebidas não álcoólicas simples, de qualidade regular servida no café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Alimentação.mais sofisticada de boa qualidade no jantar, nos dois restaurantes que atendem por reserva. Falta de informações ao turista sobre as opções de uso de transporte público na região de Varadero (BusTur). Atendentes priorizam indicar o uso de táxi para os turistas.
