Our stay was incredibly comfortable this time! The room was spotless, which was very pleasant to see, and the bed was so soft, I slept like a baby until morning. The decor here is beautiful, and the host is wonderful – so warm and genuine, patiently helping with any issues we had. The host personally picked us up and dropped us off, and the location is easy to find and convenient for getting around. The guesthouse even has its own restaurant, offering amazing value for money! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit, I truly recommend it to everyone!

I really liked staying here! The hotel was lovely and clean, very conveniently located, and the cats are absolutely friendly and delightful. I was very pleased with the Ancient Wall View from my room - close enough to see, but not close enough that people were looking into the room! The room itself was also perfect for me, with a comfortable bed and a very modern bathroom. Getting in was miiiiiildly confusing, just because I didn't realise that the hotel requires walking down a tiny (clearly signposted) alley to get to the stairs - not too bad, but I had to walk past twice to realise where I was. Overall a great stay!

Return to this OJC hotel after 2 years. Excellent location with plenty of food pushcarts store just below the hotel. Having supper almost every night during my the 4 nights stays .MacDonald 3 minutes walk to a shopping mall . Train station just 2 minutes walking distance.. Bell Tower night lighting is awesome beautiful. We book a one day tour from the hotel lady to visit Bing Ma Yong .. lunch meal is included however taste and quality is just average (vegetarian as shown on photo). Transport is quite badly arranged after end of event… the young lady Tour Guide 小包only give us the Bus plate number and expect us the search around in the big open field carpark. Never expected they changed to be small mini buses. We almost miss the bus for our next concert event..

The hotel is in a good central location, close to the subway and plenty of restaurants, street food stands and a large shopping centre, and walking distance to the towers and wall. We didn’t interact much with the receptionists. The view from the room was lovely and the room was clean, some furniture a bit old and tired, the carpets in the hall not very clean, but the worst for us was the smell of cigarettes that’s in the whole building, but in our room was very strong smell, and the air conditioning made it worse.

This was my first time visiting Xi'an, and I chose the Yibo Hotel. Its location is excellent, right by the train station, making subway access incredibly convenient. My experience was fantastic. **Service:** The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the hotel cleaning aunties were super enthusiastic, greeting me proactively and asking if I needed my room cleaned or if I was extending my stay. **Amenities:** The large TV offered a great screen mirroring experience. The room was spacious and bright, and the soundproofing from the windows was excellent. The room also featured 'Xiao Ou' smart controls, which was a nice touch for hands-free convenience. Plus, there's a microwave available for use at the front desk. Really good!

My stay at Gaya Hotel was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. Housekeeping was done punctually every day, and the cleanliness was impeccable, even in the corners – it made for a really comfortable stay. The front desk was super thoughtful during check-in; I arrived early, and they not only arranged my check-in smoothly but also upgraded my room for free, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff patiently introduced me to nearby attractions and detailed travel routes, kindly advising me on which snack stalls to avoid (the ones that aren't good value) and recommending good shopping malls in the vicinity. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, right by a subway entrance, so you can reach most attractions directly by metro, making travel hassle-free and quick. From the service attitude and cleanliness to the convenient location, everything was faultless, offering excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!

Absolutely fantastic! The hotel even offers a complimentary airport shuttle, which is super convenient since it's only a 10-minute drive away. Plus, there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it perfect for business travelers. The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and efficient during check-in, paying attention to every detail ❤️! I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room – spotless! The bedding smelled fresh, like sunshine, clearly well-maintained. I instantly felt relaxed. The breakfast selection was also very diverse. I highly recommend this hotel! The service was incredibly heartwarming. On the night I checked in, I suddenly felt unwell with an upset stomach. After I contacted the front desk, the staff immediately brought warm water and common stomach medicine, and thoughtfully gave me instructions and kept checking on how I was doing. It was truly touching. The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable – no dust on the tables or in the corners. The bedding was clean and soft against the skin, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The hotel facilities were complete; the air conditioning and water temperature were stable, and the internet was fast, perfectly meeting all my daily needs. The location is excellent, parking is convenient, and it's close to shopping areas, making travel hassle-free. The staff provided smiling service throughout, and check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, with no delays or perfunctory attitudes. The overall environment was quiet and comfortable, and the value for money was absolutely amazing. It's rare to find such a thoughtful hotel. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to anyone who needs a place to stay!
