My stay at this hotel was an unforgettable experience of warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, not only greeting every guest with a smile but also ensuring everyone felt right at home with their thoughtful and meticulous service. Whether it was handling check-ins or simply coming and going, they were always patient and enthusiastic, as if fulfilling each guest's needs was their top priority. The hotel's facilities and environment were also a major highlight. From the exquisite decor in the lobby to the comfortable layout of the guest rooms, every detail showcased the hotel's commitment to quality. In the rooms, the spaciousness, soft bedding, high-definition TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi all elevated the guest experience to a new level. This hotel not only earned praise for its service attitude but also excelled in its facilities, providing every guest with a comfortable, convenient, and pleasant lodging environment. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, it is an ideal choice for accommodation.

The Staffs were very very helpful in helping to recommend tours, local travelling to tourists' places , what to see for tourists i.e. us. They recommended where to taste local authentic foods even to beware of fraudsters, eat healthy and spend worthy etc. The hotel, Ibilis was wonderful and up to standard for locals and international tourists. We appreciated the staffs' courteous ways of dealing with tourists (both local and international i.e us included. The hotel is at the right location to many touristic places and local /international food places too. We like to stay again in this hotel, Ibilis Hotel when we come as a family again and also recommend to our extended families, friends and travel companions! Bravo!

Traveling with friends, I saw online that this hotel had excellent service. The front desk promptly resolved any issues we had. The room facilities were complete, and the location was convenient. We're very satisfied and highly recommend it to everyone.

The hotel's location is superb, with a subway station right downstairs. It's just a 5-minute walk to ”The Song of Everlasting Sorrow” and Huaqing Palace. The entire building where the hotel is located is full of restaurants, which is incredibly convenient. The owner saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us for free from a 1.5-meter bed to a 1.8-meter king bed, fearing the original might not be big enough. The room was also much larger. The owner is truly so kind and thoughtful! ❤️❤️❤️ The afternoon tea was fantastic, and they even provided breakfast in the morning. It really felt like coming home! We were so lucky to find such a wonderful guesthouse and such a great owner. I wish the hotel fully booked every day, thriving business, and endless prosperity!

The room itself was decent and easy to find, right next to a mall. The front desk service was good; they even stored our luggage for us. Although check-out was officially at 2 PM, they let us stay an extra ten minutes or so, and we didn't even have to return the key card to the front desk. However, the cleaning service was really disappointing. They insisted on cleaning while we were still getting ready, even though they said they'd be done quickly. It was a bad experience. (On the plus side, the room size was good, it had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, a bay window, and a small table, which was perfect for a little drink.)

The room was spacious and bright, and the hygiene was excellent. The host's place has parking available, and a 20kW charging pile which is super convenient. The host even drove us to the tourist service center and picked us up from the inn after we finished exploring. On the first floor, you can grab a bite to eat. Breakfast is 10 yuan per person and includes thick purple rice porridge, an egg, unlimited side dishes, and steamed buns. For lunch, they offer biangbiang noodles and various homemade dishes. Highly recommend!

This stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right by the Yongning Gate city wall. It's super convenient to access the wall, find food, and hail taxis. The room was spotless, the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, though no shower cap. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard. The Chengtian room had excellent soundproofing; I barely heard any noise. The front desk staff were also incredibly enthusiastic and even offered complimentary drinks. The common areas were clean and odor-free. On a hot day, it's nice to just relax with a coffee there. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price is reasonable, making it suitable for both business trips and tourism. I've already recommended it to friends. For families traveling with kids, I recommend the loft room (Chengtian); kids will love it! You can even 'climb onto the roof and lift the tiles' (a playful Chinese idiom for having great fun). The only issues were a slight tripping hazard where the stairs meet the bathroom, and also at the door frames between the bedroom and living room, which could be a bit of a toe-stubber. Just something to be mindful of.

There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so getting around and finding food is a breeze. 2. **Spotless Cleanliness:** The room was tidy and odorless. The desk, floor, and bathroom were all impeccably clean, and the facilities were well-maintained. There was ample hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. 3. **Attentive Service:** Check-in and check-out were very fast, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests. The service experience was excellent. 4. **Outstanding Value for Money:** The price was affordable, and the stay experience far exceeded other hotels in the same price range. This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Xi'an. I sincerely recommend it to all tourists!

Arriving weary and tired to be welcomed by lively, friendly locals having drinks by the roof terrace pool. This is not the welcome I expected to Xi’an at all! But it was very fun. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I understood what was going on, and striving to make adjustments to my booking details where necessary. The distance from the centre means much less traffic when travelling to and from the station or other sites - making the location very convenient. The food and drinks by the roof terrace have a very wide selection, which is all delicious and comes with great service. I would definitely stay again.

It's my 2nd stay here, and this time I got a room with a much tiner window. Didn't mind it since we were only staying 1 night this time. Although this 2nd booking costs more (because of) free gifts (guided tour of terracotta and hanfu experience), I don't recommend it, if you're intending to make use of the gifts. The hanfu experience merely lets you choose from a very limited selection. You will have to pay additional 99rmb for styling, and they will upsell you 168 for a better selection of clothes, and another 100rmb or more for photography. Basically, if you sum up everything and also factor in having to make your own way to their studio, you will be much better off just walking into a store nearby the hotel to arrange for your own. I enquired randomly and easily found others which are comparable but yet more convenient. The same goes for Terracota guided tour. Free version is only available in chinese, and the tour agent wasn't very forthcoming about details for it. She kept upselling their (very expensive) package tours. We were much better off buying our own tickets from Trip.com, and booking our own didi over and back (theirs is a fixed time) All in all, the hotel stay itself was good and recommended, but their attempt to give the ”free gifts” was terrible. I think it's much better if they didn't include these and indirectly spoil their overall experience.
