This stay was absolutely perfect! The staff were friendly and responded to requests quickly and efficiently. They were warm and patient, and even enthusiastically recommended some special Xi'an local delicacies. The room was exceptionally clean, with soft, odor-free bedding, and a spotless, dry bathroom. All the facilities and equipment were complete and in good working order. The environment was beautiful, quiet, and not noisy at all, making it an excellent choice for accommodation and travel. It's definitely trustworthy and offers incredible value for money. I highly recommend it! 😘😘

Hotel is nicely located near Huiminjie @ Muslim Quater. Everything about the stay was pleasant except for the wifi. The connection was extremely slow. I needed to get some work done, and in the end my hotspot worked much better. Another issue was the centralised aircon system. During winter, it kept blowing warm air and the room felt quite suffocating. When I asked for help, the reception staff simply advised me to switch it off. Even with the aircon turned off, the room still felt stuffy. For those arriving by Didi, use the hotel’s main address from drop-off. If you use the “allocated” address shown in the app, the driver may drop you far from the actual hotel entrance and you’ll have to navigate the rest on your own. Overall, the stay was fine but these issues made it less comfortable than expected.

The hotel is right next to the Bell Tower, and the subway entrance is just a right turn when you step out, making transportation incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. It's within walking distance of the Drum Tower and the Muslim Quarter, surrounded by all sorts of authentic Xi'an delicacies. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, even offering little gifts. Plus, since it's the off-season, the price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It was a really satisfying trip!

The B&B boasts an excellent location, right in the city center, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping options nearby. The room's decor is unique, and the bedding is clean and soft. Overall, the room is spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The host is warm and welcoming, and communication was seamless. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of hot water and suitable water temperature. Very close to the Han River, a few minutes walk out. There is a yard behind, parking is convenient. 2 bottles of water were given. Planted green plants! The facilities are a bit old, I don't think it affects it. Cost-effective!

Traveling to Ningqiang, I am used to setting here, the room area is quite large, the surrounding traffic is also convenient, the parking lot is large, that is, the breakfast is indeed a bit sloppy, anyway, except for eggs, and one does not know what meat, the others are vegetables. It is convenient to eat around, there is a mama fish recommended

I absolutely have to give this a perfect score! This B&B was also awarded ”Most Popular B&B” in 2020, and here are a few more reasons why: 1. The owner is fantastic; they offer high-speed train station pick-up and even came to get us after we hiked Mount Huashan. 2. The value for money is excellent, it's very clean, and the rooms are spacious – definitely worth it! 3. The projector they use is a JMGO H6, which is even better than a private cinema experience.

Free pick-up and drop-off, they even provided climbing gloves. The room was spacious and clean, and the facilities were new and in great condition. The owners are incredibly friendly; staying at such a B&B truly offers peace of mind! Let me share my experience: During breakfast at the B&B, the owner told me it had snowed the day before and the mountain was icy, so I'd need crampons. I initially said I didn't need them, thinking it would be fine. But then, as I got into the car, the owner insisted I take a pair of really high-quality crampons, telling me it would be quite dangerous without them and that I could just use them for free. I was instantly so touched. Later, they even reminded me to contact them after descending the mountain, and they offered a free ride to the North Station! As someone who climbs mountains frequently, I've never encountered such wonderful hosts – so much heart! Full marks are well-deserved for this establishment. I'll definitely tell my friends to stay here when they visit Mount Hua.

The stay here was great! I went to Xi'an with my boyfriend for just a couple of days, and the location was perfect for walking around the Muslim Quarter and experiencing the local life at all hours. Even early in the morning, the food street market was still open! The host girl was really nice and helpful, and their cats are so fluffy and cute. The place also offers free drinking water, which is a nice touch. I'd definitely recommend it!

Staff were super friendly and accommodating, despite not speaking English. They upgraded my room to one with a window and helped when I had questions. Only warning is that the hotel room did smell like cigarettes which did not bother me as a smoker. Otherwise a great option in Xian in a good location.
