Excellent service. Spacious and immaculate room. And the staff? Friendly, warm and welcoming. My stay here in Xi’an was made better with Convenient City Inn. I’m very pleased I chose them. And I highly recommend them for anyone else looking to visit the ancient capital of west China! Notes: 🟢 I usually check negative reviews before I book a stay. Others have noted cleanliness concerns, but as you can see from my pictures, the room was cleaned to a high standard—plus you are provided with fresh towels and brushes etc. daily. 🔵 Some noise came from the vents at night, but it wasn’t enough to affect my stay. I would say the noise was like a low rumble. It made no difference to my quality of sleep. I hope this helps you! ✌️

I stayed in all female sharing room for 4. I have less expectation after my Beijing trip but to my surprise this hostel turned out nice. Bed is comfy. Toilet is a but small but cleanliness is good considering it is shared. There’s just broken floor of the bathroom in our room. I love the mirror with power button to turn the lights on. They even have laundry room in 3rd floor. Hot water in the lobby. Location is somewhat okay to metro, drum tower and muslim quarter. Easy checkin and out.

My flight arrive around 2am. First time First time to Xian. Called hotel responded by sending a van tonpick. Checking in was quick. The room was clean, welcoming. All amenities in working condition except the hotel phone. So have to go downstairs to book van trip. Enquiries. Quite inconvenient. Breakfast is local food. No bread, coffee . Overall experience is good.

Fantastic 4 night stay! Perfect location a few minute's walk from Zhonglou MRT Exit F, there are escalators so no need to carry luggage up any stairs. Hotel is walking distance from the Bell Tower, Drum Tower, City Wall Yongning Gate, Huimin Street. Lots of yummy food nearby. The cleaning aunties were very friendly, and front desk staff very helpful :) Room was clean and comfortable, I had a great stay.

The bad was super comfortable as well and the amenities are just top notch. Friendly housekeeping who cleaned and refreshed the room. We could even do our laundry for free! One of the better hotels I've stayed at in China, and good location.

It was very convenient staying at this hotel. Very close to Bell and Drum Tower and other sites like Muslim Quarter. I can also walk to some cafes from the hotel. The ladies on the reception are all friendly and helpful. I checked out late and it was okay. Everyday the room is tidied up and free water bottles are replenished. I can recommend staying at this hotel.

This was exactly as it was advertised! A bed within the airport without anything else. No sink, no toilet, no shower. Just a nice quiet place to catch a nap without needing a cab or anything else as required by any off-site hotel. It was a bit awkward to go brush teeth etc in the airport restroom, and given the fact that it is nothing more than a bed, it might be considered a bit pricey. But if I were in the same circumstance ever again (arrived at midnight with an early morning train the next day), I would stay here again. Note that the Trip.com site really needs better instructions on how to get to these capsules... you need to go to the departure floor and these are on a hallway right at the side of check-in counters.

Serve by Xiao Mong. Hotel is clean and a good size one. Can open 2 luggage at same time. Description is accurate. Location is fantastic. Food and attractions are just outside hotel. All the activities are around the hotel. Train station is just 2 mins away. Buses are around the corner.

Very conveniently located. Very good view of bell tower from shopping center beside. Staffs very very helpful. Breakfast is a good spread of local & western. Metro nearby. Many restaurants and eatery downstairs. Free gift from hotel during checkout!

A well maintained Hotel with modern amenities and friendly and helpful staff. The room we stayed in had many plug points, separate toilet from the shower cubicle, and a practical standalone wash basin. The hotel is about 5-8 minutes walk to the Muslim Quarter and a further 2-3 minutes to the Great Mosque of Xi'an. The nearest metro station is Guangjejie which was closer than the Muslim Quarter. The Bell Tower and the Drum Tower were within walking distance from the Muslim Quarter. Taxis can be hailed from anywhere. We took a taxi to the Xi'an Ancient City Wall arranged by the hotel front desk.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and bus stop, making it easy to get around. The reception staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. We arrived in Xi’an early in the morning and wanted to check in, but the room wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist made every effort to arrange the earliest possible check-in for us (even upgrading our room category) to ensure we didn’t have to wait too long. I was truly touched and impressed by their effort. Additionally, the receptionist provided detailed guidance and even helped us find fun places to visit. When we arrived at the hotel my friend was sick AF and was throwing up every 5minutes. Thankfully the room was huge (not like other hotels in china, and to be honest is big even for european standards) so i could enjoy some time in the room by watching drag race global (#teamnehellenia) on the sofa, by watching the view from the window and by taking long walks in the room all of this while he was vomiting in the bathroom. The location is great is just 20min by didi from the airport and 20min from xi'an north railway station by subway (just one stop). Next to the hotel there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat in general. The only downside was that the hotel only had 2 washing machines (very weird since ibis hotel in jiayuguan has several and it is way smaller) and they do greenwashing!!! (the trashcan should is separated for recycling waste and non recycling waste but if you look more closely you realize that inside there's only one bag for the trash. And please please please make sure to visti hua shan mountain it's beautifull up there e soprattutto è pieno di fregni rari con le tette e braccia enormi e bara! BEST HOTEL IN CHINA HANDS DOWN

Facilities: All facilities are complete and quite new. Hygiene: Very good hygiene. Environment: Although it is near the airport, you can hardly hear the sound of airplanes. Service: The service is in place and free airport pick-up is provided.

Amazing hotel. We booked the largest queen room. It was very spacious and provided a very nice rest before we took off again. We stayed for two nights in total, and wish we could have stayed longer. Within a 5 minute car ride away, you can experience local food and get a nice foot massage. In addition to the amazing room, the staff was extremely helpful as well. The front desk assistant with glasses was very helpful and made our trip very smooth and peaceful. Morning breakfast was great as well. The noodle soup was great, and a nice taste of Xi'an noodles, if you aren't able to explore more. Highly recommend.

The location of the hotel is very remote. It takes an hour for a takeaway order to be delivered. There is basically nothing to eat or do around. As an airport hotel, it is understandable that the price/performance ratio is acceptable. It would be a good stay experience, if it were not for the location. Question, I plan to live there forever. Facilities: Completely equipped with everything you need Hygiene: Overall clean and tidy. The toilet seat in the bathroom is not very clean. You can prepare a disposable toilet seat. Environment: The room is large and well-lit, and the bedding is changed after each guest. Service: Pretty good. Will take the initiative to say hello to guests when meeting them. Exclusive airport pick-up and drop-off service: Just call the hotel when you arrive and wait at the departure gate. The arrival speed is quite fast. Good night porridge: I didn’t drink it, but it seemed to end at 12 o’clock in the morning. However, the hotel’s breakfast is still worth eating. It has a rich variety, freshness, and good taste.

Convenient Services The hotel offers convenient pick-up services from the station and the starting point of the hike, making logistics a breeze. Outstanding Hospitality Despite my late arrival, Nini showcased extraordinary hospitality. She prepared delicious food and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Effective Communication Communication was smooth throughout my stay. We used translation apps when necessary, which worked perfectly to overcome any language barriers. Highly Recommended I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to climb Mount Huashan. The convenient location, helpful staff, and excellent service make it an ideal choice for visitors to the area. Gomo Hotel truly enhanced my Mount Huashan experience, and I'm grateful for their support in making my trip memorable.

This place is run by a very kind couple, they will take care of you fully through your entire stay in Huayin town! We visited Huayin to hike Huashan, and apart from taking a taxi to the guesthouse, all transport was provided by the boss - he drove us to the visitors centre for starting the hike, even coming to pick us when the ticket booth wasn’t open (Chinese public holiday) and drove us to the main visitor centre, and then he drove us to the train station on our last day. The lady boss helped to buy cableway tickets ahead of our hike so we wouldn’t have to queue. We also ate all meals here, as the food is great! The guesthouse is located in a small village at the foot of the mountain, a short walk from a small ticket booth for park tickets (only locals can buy Huashan tickets on WeChat, foreigners need to buy them in person). This ticket counter is closed on public holidays (no signs or announcements, we just bumped into some park staff who told us), so you will need to go to the main visitors centre (about 3 mins drive). You should download WeChat to communicate with the guesthouse - we messaged them and they helped to figure out what was going on, and sent a car to come get us. After descending from the mountain you may message them for pick up, but we chose to walk back to the guesthouse from the visitors centre (~10mins). It is really remote, there’s nothing much to do in the area apart from admire the views, but this is also precisely why this place is so lovely!

We loved my stay at this hotel. Initially, we were planning to book a room at the more expensive Hotsprings hotel, but I am glad we didn't. The hotel owners were kind enough to take us directly to the hot springs and we purchased a day pass instead. The husband and wife who own the hotel are wonderful people. They have Japanese-style cinema rooms with smart toilets and showers that are simply amazing. If you're looking for a weekend getaway with your gaming friends, they even have a room dedicated to E-sports. This hotel opened its doors in 2022 and they certainly went all out to differentiate themselves from the bigger hotels. The prices are so affordable that you can book a room just to watch a movie, spend the day at the pool or even enjoy the online gaming room with your friends. I believe they put a lot of thought into their offerings and I wish them all the best for the future. I will definitely visit again.

The owner is a very nice woman who helped me with the pick up to the foot of the Huashan mountain from where I started my way up. The room was clean and comfortable. The only trouble (as usually in China😬) was the old ladies horse-running along the corridor and screaming and shouting from 5-6 a.m. Probably, they were the hotel guests. One of them banging on the door of my room untill the security signal response, when it was still dark. When I opened the door, the lady seemed to get the wrong place, but she didn't even ask an excuse. As I understood, it is quite a normal practice 🤪 Anyway, I enjoyed my trip, and Huashan is really magestic!!!!

The hotel's location is very close to the Hua Shan tourist center and is a convenient place to stay. The hotel staff drove me to the tourist center in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon once I finished hiking. The room was very clean, with snacks and drinks (including bottles of water) for sale in the lobby downstairs. The hotel also has an extensive food menu for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to order from. The hotel staff also drove me to the train station when I left, and they were very understanding and helpful with my questions.

I took my children to travel to Huashan during the summer vacation. I compared several hotels online and finally chose Bana B&B. When we arrived at Huashan Station at 8:30 in the evening, it was raining outside. The boss personally drove to pick us up at the station. It felt like we were coming from out of town. Very satisfied with the service. I have nothing to say. The hotel is very convenient to Huashan Station, Huashan North Station and Huashan Scenic Area. The overall environment of the hotel is quite good. The facilities are very complete. They are basically new. Very clean. It is said to be spotless. It is very comfortable to take the children out to play. You don’t have to worry about the inconvenience of shopping. The boss is very considerate and has all the items and food on the board. This is good and worth recommending. I will come back next time if I have a chance😄

The tickets I bought at the hotel were full-price tickets, but when I swiped my ID card at the scenic spot, they were discounted tickets. It was my first time to stay in a famous hotel. With just one phone call, the proprietress showed up to pick us up at the high-speed rail station and introduced us all the way. When we arrived, we found that it was really at the foot of Huashan Mountain, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was sweet. I got up not too early in the morning, wrapped myself in my coat, and walked around in the slightly wintery atmosphere. Huashan Mountain was shrouded in mist, the branches were full of persimmons, and the kitchen had a strong smell of meat. It was great to live here! Thanks to the boss for allowing me to eat such delicious persimmons (taught me to take off the lid, wipe it with my hands, and suck it, it’s so sweet! The important thing is that I don’t need to wash it~.~)

The rooms are clean and tidy, well-equipped, good environment, excellent location, no free parking, you can park in front of the hotel or on the roadside parking space, there is no charge during the Spring Festival.
