Pros: the room is quite big, you can check in as early as 7am, the front desk service is also good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Cons: the decoration is too old, the glass door of the bathroom is full of dirt, and the towels have been used for a long time and are very rough. The introduction of the station drop-off service was not told until I asked about it. The key point is that it is very difficult to get a taxi in this place in the morning.

The overall experience here was even better than some five-star hotels. First, the 1.3-meter-wide twin beds and complimentary breakfast for children under 1.4 meters are incredibly family-friendly. It ensures everyone eats well and sleeps comfortably, with plenty of room even when co-sleeping with a child. Second, the entire room boasts smart home features, including automated curtains and toilets. What's also impressive is the bathroom design: it not only has wet and dry areas but also separate cubicles for the toilet and shower, allowing simultaneous use without any disturbance. Third, the toiletries are excellent. The selection of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion is of very high quality. Given the dry climate of Dunhuang, the daily provision of body lotion is an especially thoughtful touch. Fourth, the service is outstanding. They proactively contact guests a day in advance to confirm airport or train station pick-up arrangements, and any requests are promptly and efficiently addressed. Moreover, the front desk staff always greeted us warmly whenever we left or returned, which was a very nice personal touch.

Let me summarize first. It was a very good experience to travel to the Northwest! It has folk characteristics, and the bed is a big kang in the northwest. You can order food and eat it on the bed in the room. The facilities are also complete. Although it is not in the city, it is only about ten minutes away from the city by taxi, and it is convenient to call a taxi (the boss will also help you call a taxi) What's more! Their hand-pulled lamb is especially delicious! When it was served, the white meat looked unappetizing, but it was absolutely delicious once you tasted it! The meat is just the right amount of soft and hard, and the taste is just the right amount of salty and fragrant! What's more important! The boss is really nice. I had to catch an early morning train the next day, and he arranged a room for me to wash up despite the extremely busy schedule. The service attitude of the other young girls was also very good, friendly and thoughtful. ps. When traveling alone, I always have to lock the hotel room door several times to feel uneasy, but the door of their room is that old-fashioned wooden bolt, which is very sturdy. If you don’t open it from the inside, you may have to take the door apart before you can open it. It gives you a full sense of security!

Checked in on New Year's Eve. Two wind towels were given as a gift when I checked in. I took a photo of it specially because it was my favorite color, hehe. Cleanliness: The room was surprisingly clean. No weird smell. Facilities: Free toiletries are provided. The bathroom is spacious. The eco-friendly slippers are comfortable, but you can’t take them away. Environment: Entering the hall, it is cozy, warm and the heating is very good. Service: The beauties in the lobby are enthusiastic and warm. To emphasize, heating is very good in winter. The bedding was clean and tidy. We stayed for two days and went out to the scenic spot on the second day. They cleaned and tidied the room without any request. It is convenient to eat. There is an authentic beef noodle restaurant opposite the hotel, a convenience store next door, and a large supermarket around the corner, which is open on New Year's Eve. A perfect trip to Dunhuang! Dunhuang of the world, where my heart longs for!

The hotel provides free transport service for hotel guests to the airport. There is a restaurant on site and food prices are reasonable. The hotel counter staff and restaurant staff are friendly and courteous. There are food and drink vending machine available on the ground floor. There is also a friendly fluffy cat welcoming guests at the reception. Will stay at the hotel in our next trip in Lanzhou.

We drove to Gannan and stayed here on the first night. The environment was nice. We went there late, and the boss left someone there to wait for us. I had a headache and nausea early the next morning, and my blood oxygen was only 80. I saw online that it might be altitude sickness. I wanted to ask the boss's wife for two bottles of oxygen to see if it could relieve it. Unexpectedly, the boss's wife was very considerate. While comforting us, she arranged for the staff to take us to the hospital for examination. It was very heartwarming when we were away from home. Thank you to the boss's wife and the ******* brother who took us to the hospital.

At that time, I was on the plane from Shanghai and then contacted the hotel and said that there was a pick-up service. After landing, I immediately called them. They were really efficient. It was about a minute or so. The driver has contacted me, just like the special car, and it didn't take long to pick up and leave. Then talk about the hotel front desk. The service is perfect. I smoked outside and they said it was too cold outside. Really touched. And there is a drop-off service. Great location: walking distance from the train station. The room was big and well decorated. I enjoyed sitting on the sofa. There was great attention to detail, everything necessary was available. The bed was perfectly soft, I had a great sleep. Breakfast buffet was amazing too! The staff was very friendly.

Hotel is very nice. The location is close to the Shanzhou Night Market and it takes roughly 5-10 Minutes by walking there. In one of the side alleys are hidden gems, namely restaurants that do not appear on Google Maps or Apple Maps. I recommend to explore the surrounding area. Also the hotel is very clean in general, however my room has stains of previous travelers in the rug. I recommend to thoroughly clean it professionally. The staff were excellent and super friendly. Check In was very easy as foreigner and the overall service was very good.
