The Dunhuang landmark Rebounding Pipa is right in front of the hotel. It is very close to the Dunhuang Shazhou Night Market. It is only a 5-minute walk away. It is convenient for eating and transportation. You can take the No. 3 bus at the door directly to Mingsha Mountain, and there are direct buses to the Mogao Grottoes. I had a comfortable stay and had a lot of fun during my trip to Dunhuang. I hope to come again if I have the opportunity.

Very affordable and great value for money with all the helpful front staff to housekeeping. Just around the corner is the street food with lots of restaurants n the Shahzhou nite Market is just 15 minutes walk away. I highly recommend anyone wishing to come to Dunhuang seeking reasonable and quality accommodation to stay here.

Excellent location. Concierge went out of her way a few times to tell me the location of the mass manufacturer, show me how to work the washing machine, even help me to do stamping and send me off. Love the room especially with voice- controlled Xiao Du (the Chinese version of Alexa) but the sink is in a somewhat awkward position. Room was soundproof from noises from other rooms but not from the corridor. Still amazing stay, highly recommended

We had a very pleasant experience at Oasis Island: the room was built g and the beds comfy, located in the heart of the night market which for our kids was a big source of joy! The parking voucher covers less than half of what you pay for the daily parking at the public parking, but that’s just a minor issue compared to everything else. Will definitely come back and warmly recommend it

This is a perfect choice for a hotel if you have an early flight from Lanzhou Airport as it is quite closeby. They even have a shuttle van that will take you to the airport for free, so you don't have to walk with your luggage. The staff was very friendly too.

The transportation is so convenient. On the left side of the entrance is Dazhong Lane Night Market, which leads to Zhongshan Bridge (within 10 minutes). On the right side behind is Zhangye Road Pedestrian Street and Xiguan Subway Station. And the price is so cheap. It is no different from the Ibis I stayed in Dubai.

Although the surroundings were very lively, once we entered the hotel, it was like entering another world, quiet and comfortable. The waiters are all super nice, Xiao Yu and Xiao Wang are like friends chatting with you and making recommendations. The hotel facilities are not to mention, there are laundry rooms, conference rooms, etc., which can fully meet your various needs. It’s really a great value! So I highly recommend you to try it.

Even though there is a circumference groove on the shower room floor to drain water, the swinging glass shower door leaves space at the bottom, causing water to spill outside and pool on the floor. The floor is marbled so it could be slippery. Another is that even though I had the hotel's WeChat account and had tried to contact them, as I thought I would be able to use the translation function on the app, I was not able to reach anyone or get any response.

I chose to stay close to the airport so that I can bound a flight easily to diffrent places. The hotel is also within 15 minutes walk to Lanzhou new area railway to give me easy train ride (40 minutes) to Lanzhou west (main) station. The only down side is if you are coming back late, there are very limited trains to the new area railway, and nothing to Zhongchuang airport railway either except private ride (around 75 km, price is 28 yuan for the shared ride or 200 yuan for solo). However, once you can manage to get to the airport, there will be free shuttles from the hotel just by calling to their friendly staffs. I can highly recommend the hotel to anyone. I really appreciate the visions of the hotel founder (his book can be found when you enter the room :) who successfully created hotel homes for travellers. I felt comfortable and home there.
