The hotel is family owned and run. Located on the main road through Arans it is well located for Winter ski or summer hiking and cycling holidays. Rooms are clean and tidy with all amenities expected in an apartment. My room was on the second floor near the elevator, but there was no noise associated with guest movement. On the ground floor is a restaurant and bar that cater predominantly for guests. Menu selection and drink choices are good. If you are looking for a relaxing mountain holiday I could not recommend this enough.

I loved it, I found it casual and it was all right!!! The staff were very attentive, pleasant and friendly. The service is very good. We'll be back safe! Congratulations x the work you do and how you do.

Very noisy hotel impossible to sleep in the morning after 6 pm when we chose it for altitude and calm!
