"This is a wonderful place to stay if you don't want seafront. It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach if you want to watch the sunrise and five minutes away from Walking Street. The rooms are a generous size and cleaned every day. The place is clean and tidy and staff are always on hand to help with your every need. The pool is cleaned every morning and no restrictions on when you can use it is a plus for me, as I'm up at 6.00 a.m. and can swim for an hour before breakfast. The breakfast itself is simple but adequate - we went at low season so this maybe different at other times. To finish on a positive note there is a pick-up and drop-off service to from and to the ferry terminal - we called it our own Executive Transfer. Those who have experienced this will know what I mean!

We had an awesome time at Lipe Beach Resort! Since we went during the low season, it was super peaceful and just what we needed. The view from our room was stunning, and our cozy bungalow was right on the white sand beach 🏝️ — paradise! 🌊
Breakfast was a la carte with some good options to choose from. The bed was comfy, there was hot water, and they even upgraded us to an AC room, which was a nice surprise. The staff were really friendly and made us feel right at home.
Getting around was easy with taxi boats right at the resort — perfect for exploring the island and snorkeling. Oh, and the furry friends around the resort were adorable — always ready to say hello and get a belly scratch! 🐱 🐶
All in all, I’d definitely recommend Koh Lipe Beach Resort if you’re looking for a chill, beautiful spot to relax. ☀️"

"Absolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list.
Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday.

"I enjoyed my three nights here. It was low season, so the resort wasn't too crowded, but the staff maintained professional standards. Everything smelled so nice - the linens and towels, and the room itself had a fresh fragrance. The cabin was very nicely designed with teakwood. The bathroom was clean and comfortable, and the side door of the bathroom led to an outdoor shower and drying area if you got sandy and wet from outdoor activities. The resort is nearby the walking street, where I went often, and also sports a full service bar and restaurant. On my last day, the staff drove me to the ferry departure site (during low season, the ferry departs on the other side of Pattaya beach)."

"Hotel is located right on the main road, not too far from the walking street and sunrise beach. Interesting decor inside the room, but even more unique is the bathroom structure with the upper half having no walls and essentially being barricaded by bamboo. We only stayed 1 night with the room appropriate for the family, I think. In any case, depending on the season and the price, we might stay there again."

"Koh Tarutao National park is a GEM! 💎
We spent an incredible 9 days in a Grand Garden room and it was great. Location location location! Very nice staff everywhere and the shuttle to walking street was effective. You can book all of your transportation with them through email and even book a private boat to come pick you up for a day (DO IT!).
Con’s: 1 Groundwater supply. It is brown and ruined multiple clothing items of white color. 2 Breakfast: while there was a large selection, only a select few items were healthy options. Symbolic cafe at the beach has way better options, but it’s expensive and not included. The orange juice is fake with sugar and so are the other drinks available. Again the staff were great but please consider removing the gesture from the man at 10am who tells each table that breakfast is ending. There are signs and the timing is listed in the booking details, it felt insincere and you could tell he wasn’t comfortable doing it either. 3 the cleaner was ineffective, leaving the ground water stains to build up in the sink and the toilet. Changed sheets every 3 days even though they were brown from the water. She was kind and sincere."

-Great location; about 10 mins walk from the Bundhaya jetty. Super easy to get to sunset/sunrise beach. Is the departure point to go out snorkeling.
-Awesome service staff; friendly, helpful.
-Steps away from the best massage - Triluck Massage!
-Lots of options as breakfast; noodles, bread, eggs, salads, fruit, etc
-We got a twin room - layout is spacious and sufficient for 2 pax.
- AC works great!!
-Bed/Towels are clean and there’s hot water.
CONS
-If you’re going by international standards, the hotel is between 2-3 stars. Room could use a deep clean - some stains in bathroom and flooring. It’s not dirty, but I think from wear and tear over the years.
-Room smells musty - would recommend airing it a bit.
-Weird taped up socket hole by the bed, warping of some cabinetry, ants in the bathroom. It’s not that bad if you ain’t looking for a 4-5 star service, and just want a good/clean-ish place to rest your head."

The sea view in front of October is top-notch. The restaurant has these views. The sunrise in the morning is very good. The restaurant doesn't have many dishes but they are all delicious. The service staff impressed me. Very very very very good.
I think the most regrettable thing is the facilities in the room. It is relatively shabby. If you don't care about the accommodation conditions. It's really good if you want to play. The beach outside is really good.

It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name ”Cast Away.”
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning

NNINI HARTINI ASNAWIThis was one of the most peaceful and memorable vacations I’ve ever had. Waking up to the sound of waves and the beautiful sea view was magical. The staff made us feel so welcome, and the entire resort had a warm and calming vibe. Thank you, Cabana Lipe Beach Resort, for an unforgettable experience. The food is amazing.. Can’t wait to return! ❤️

GGuest UserTide was crazily high with lots of debris and rubbish, sandbags at front door exposed so all around looked pretty untidy. Very clean room, lovely staff, no English spoken, wrong time of year for Koh Lipe, not many shops open in the street, rubbish all over the island and only a few hotels open and ready. Motorbikes/sidebars whizz up and down walking street which is narrow, so look have to look out for them constantly. Retailers not friendly as so bored without customers in Sept/Oct. Covids had a huge effect on this beautiful island, won't be coming back for a couple of years unfortunately...all looked very grim!!!

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit away from all the action. Its own clean pool on the beach, albeit tiny. Towels are provided. The staff is nice, but the cleaning is so-so)
The breakfasts are good. The room is so-so, there are cracks in the floor, it's old, the sockets don't work, they spark, instead of 2 beds there is a double and a single bed, they gave 3 beds with one single bed. It's a bit strange to sleep like that. There was no table in the room. But there was a beautiful cat with kittens. Please feed the cats when you stay at this hotel and pour fresh water🫶
